Abstract

Investors often make investment decisions based on the psychological aspects that make the investment decisions irrational. This decision was taken by looking at the sentiments that occurred because of the company's external factors. These external factors are economic factors in the country and the index of movement of stocks abroad. This study discusses economic factors and indexes of foreign stocks on the Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. The results of this study found the variable rate of USD / IDR, the Dow Jones and Shanghai Composite Index partially had a significant effect on the temporary Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan, interest rates, net foreign funds, JPY / IDR, CNY IDR and NIKKEI225 partially did not significantly influence the Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the service mix marketing factors which consist of products, prices, places, promotions, people, physical evidence and processes simultaneously or partially towards ovo user decisions in Manado, this study uses quantitative research methods with research sample of 100 respondents ovo cash users in the city of Manado. The results of this study found that product variables and processes partially had a significant effect on user decisions. While the variables of price, promotion, people and physical evidence partially have no partial effect on ovo user decisions in the city of Manado. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the confidence of servicecape and communication on patient satisfaction at RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado. The population in this study was 37,498 patients inpatients. For the five most poly patients who stayed were Poly Public Health, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Child Health and Cardiology. Data is analyzed using research data processing techniques using SPSS 22. From the results of the study obtained findings that trust, servicecape, and communication have a significant effect on patient satisfaction simultaneously. Abstract

Transportation is one of the important aspects in human life because transportation contributes greatly to life in relation to everyday human activities. The research sample is 100 consumer respondents of ships from PT. Sinar Bahari Sakti Manado. Using the factor analysis tool this study found that there were 4 (four) determinants of consumer satisfaction by users of sea transportation services, namely: 1) emotional factors, 2) product quality factors, 3) service quality factors, and 4) price factors. Based on these findings, it can be suggested that companies can improve the quality of their services, evaluate tariffs according to the benefits received by consumers, add product facilities, and conduct intensive promotions. Abstract

The tobacco industry is one of the largest economic sectors in Indonesia. Many cigarette companies compete in the tobacco industry, one of them is PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. with the product is Marlboro Black Filter. Competition between these companies results in the transfer of brands by consumers, some things that can cause brand shifts are price, promotion and product supply. The results of this study indicate that the price and inventory of products have a significant influence on the transfer of other cigarette brands to Marlboro Black Filter cigarettes. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of business risk, firm size and liquidity on stock prices with the capital structure as an intervening variable (case study on textile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 - 2017). The analysis technique uses path analysis (path analysis) with the AMOS program to assist in analyzing.The results of the study show that business risk has a significant influence on capital structure. Company size does not have a significant effect on capital structure. Liquidity has a significant influence on capital structure. Business risk does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Company size does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Liquidity does not have a significant effect on stock prices. This type of research is associative research using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The population in this study were all permanent employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service as many as 272 samples taken using the Slovin formula to 73 respondents. Abstract

This the research objective was to find out the effect of role conflict and role ambiguity directly on work stress at PT. Bank SulutGo, and to find out the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and work stress directly and indirectly towards the employee's performance at PT. Bank SulutGo. The results of hypothesis testing indicated that (I) the role conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress, role ambiguity has a negative and significant effect on work stress.
