Abstract

The (soundness) level of Bank Umum can be assessed by several indicators. One of the main indicators that become base of evaluation is the financial report that concerned. Based on thefinancial report, will be calculated numbers of financial ratios commonly used as a rating of Commercial Bank (Bank Umum). Financial report analysis can help the businesses agents, isit government and other financial report users to assess the financial condition of the Bank. The results showed that the has no effect on ROA. LDR influence significantly on ROA. NIMno effect on ROA. BOPO influence significantly on ROA. The influence of NPL to ROA insignificant. These finding support the results of research conducted by Usman (2003) whereNPL did not influence significantly on earnings changes.Keywords: CAR, LDR, NIM, ROA, NPL, Banks, Financial Ratios

Abstract

KEK Bitung will provide many benefits for both economic developments for the North Sulawesi province, Eastern Indonesia, the Republic of Indonesia and even the World(especially Asia Pacific). KEK Bitung proposed by commodity based on the superiority of North Sulawesi Province, which is Coconut / derivative products, fishery / derivatives productand added with products that have great potential in the future, i.e. logistics. The results showed that for the financial feasibility analysis then found Bitung KEK in a financially suitable to do. For the public perception is essentially KEK Bitung considered to provide benefits or positive impacts to the surrounding community. The common factors are 1). social aspects of society, 2) Business opportunities, 3). Entrepreneurship, 4). The price of land 5). PAD (revenue) and Agricultural product prices, 6) the ability to socialize and fishery product prices 7). Bitung City landmarks. For the perception of potential investors or tenants all states interested in joining the KEK Bitung. Abstract

Job dissatisfaction often culminates in a desire to get out of the business/intention to quit. Some of the effects of high level intention to quit (are) i.e. the productivity of employee is declining, the company's business activity is disrupted, moral issues arising out of the work of other employees, the cost of recruiting, interviewing, and the high level selection, the administration cost checking of processing new employees the allowance and the cost of lost opportunities because of new employees had to learn new skills. Based on the results of the research found that Job Insecurity influence significantly intention to quit on employees at PT. PLN Manado area. The commitment of the employees did not influence significantly on intention to quit on employees outsourcing at PT. Asia PLN Manado area. Job satisfaction influence significantly to the Intention to Quit on employees at PT. Asia PLN Manado area. Abstract

The more competitive the banking sector cause to the increased management banking financial management which professionals in order to increase the value added in order to develop bank-backed fund inflows, stimulating the banking industry in Indonesia to go public. Banks go public have the obligation to publish financial statements. Based on the financial report will be calculated a number of financial ratios commonly used as the basis of the rating of the bank. Based on the results of regression analysis, simultaneously, a CAMELS method is not influence significantly on Stock Return as simultaneous, but partially concerning LDR variable that significantly influence the Stock Return meanwhile other variables namely CAR, NPL, NPM, ROA, IER not significant. Abstract

The financial sector plays a very significant role to drive economic growth of a country. The companys performance can be seen from the financial statements that will be issued by the company periodically. The population in this study are financial services companies listed in IDX on 2010 to 2014. This study used multiple linear regression for analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that ROA, EVA and MVA simultaneously has significantly effect on Stock Return. Partially ROA has no effect on stock returns with a significant level of 0.188. While EVA and MVA has a partially significant effect on stock returns. Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of emotional intelligence in the moderating influence the role of conflict and role ambiguity on the women in dual role. Respondent of this study is 72. The data collection in this study using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 72 pieces or all women working in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Branch Manado, while questionnaires were returned 50 and 48 it can be processed. This study using purposive sampling method and hypotheses are tested using an moderated regression analysis (MRA) with SPSS. The results of this study shows the emotional intelligence is able to moderate the influence of role conflict and role in the performance of and the ambiguities of the women in dual role. Abstract

The ability of a leader in mobilizing and empowering employees will effect employee performance. Certainly in the organization many factors that influence so that the goal can be achieved. While running of the organization or company certainly characterized by the behavior of individuals who are have an interest in their group. The results showed that the Leadership Style (X1) to Job Satisfaction Variable (Y1) is significant. Organizational Commitment (X2) on Job Satisfaction Variable (Y1) is significant. Abstract

The results of this research showed that in partial Transformational Leadership Style Principal (X1) is not significant effect on job satisfaction variable (Y). Variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X2) is not significant effect on job satisfaction variable (Y). Organizational Commitment variable (X3) is significant positive effect on job satisfaction variable (Y). From the results of the regression analysis as described above showed that two variables (Principal Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior) has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

Effectiveness Ratio PAD showed effective criteria to the regional finance performance because it can be seen that in the six years of research, namely in the first 5 years from 2009 to 2013 in the category Effectively that means the government of North Sulawesi province is able to realize the planned PAD compared with targets set by the real potential of the region, Further decentralization indicates that the Government of North Sulawesi province is still not fully meet the total revenue with this own-source revenue. Suitability ratio indicates greater volumes of realization of operating expenditures rather than capital expenditure. Growth ratio shows the number of unstable from 2009 to 2014.
