Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Change Management process and identify health or cholesterol level through Corporate Cholesterol Test.  From 9 department existed in Sutanraja Resort and Convention Center which already reviewed the health or cholesterol level through Corporate Cholesterol Test, it is known that there are 1 department that already have an indication of emerging diseases, that is Food and Beverage department, while the other 8 department can be said is still in healthy enough condition, with the details are: Sales and Marketing department is at a healthy condition; Accounting department, Human Resource department, Information Technology department, and Entertainment department are at a healthy enough condition; Front Office department, House Keeping department, and Engineering department are a healthy enough condition but began to lead to the emergence of the disease indications. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the Democratic Leadership Style, Individual Characteristics, Remuneration, and its effects on the Job Performance of the Police Force. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The population of this research is the Police Officers in Kepolisian Resort Kota Manado as many as 537 people. Sample size determined was 310 officers according to the Isaac-Michael table on the significance level of 5%, however maybe analyzed further as many as 219 officers. The research method used was the multiple linear regression analysis. The tool was used to find out the influence of independent variables to dependent variables. The research findings show that Democratic Leadership Style and Remuneration have significant effect on the performance of the Police Officers, while Individual Characteristics does not have any significant effect on the performance of the Police Officers. Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of Advertising, Personal selling, Sales Promotion, Publicity and Word-of-mouth on Purchase Decision of Precious Metals at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) South Manado Branch. This is an associative type of research using a judgment sampling approach and the multiple linear regressions as the tools of analysis. 100 respondents were used as samples, with the hypothesis testing of F and t-tests, where data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The findings show that Advertising and Personal Selling do not have significant effect on Purchase Decision, while Sales Promotion, Publicity, and Word-of-mouth have significant influence on Purchase Decision. Abstract

This research aims to discover the effects of customer value, customer relationship management on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The sample of this research is customers of Trio Taylor Store as many as 110 respondents. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data using the AMOS software. Research findings show that customer value has a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, while customer relationship management has significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of Relationship Marketing and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) North Manado Branch. Research findings show that Relationship Marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while service quality has insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality also has a significant effect on customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction has insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Based on the findings it is suggested the Relationship Marketing to have significant effect on both customer satisfaction and loyalty in Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA). This means that the management of Pegadaian should pay more attention on this matter. In this case in order to create more loyal customers the solution is to emphasize on Relationship Marketing. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Leadership Behavior, Fairness of Compensation, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment of the employees in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Manado. The findings show that Leadership Behavior, Fairness of Compensation, and Job Satisfaction have positive significant effects on organizational commitment of the employees in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Office (KPP) Pratama Manado. While job satisfaction is the variable with the highest contribution on organizational commitment. Therefore job satisfaction is the most dominant variable on organizational commitment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji, menganalisis, dan membuktikan pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Telkom Witel Papua Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimental dan menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional (data diambil dalam waktu yang serentak atau dalam waktu bersamaan). Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan Kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel Motivasi kerja adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Karyawan, dibandingkan dengan variabel-variabel yang lainnya. Elemen-elemen dari variabel Motivasi kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan antara lain meliputi: semangat kerja, tingkat kehadiran, tingkat disiplin dan tingkat menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai target waktu yang telah ditentukan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

Perubahan gaya hidup konsumen yang menuntut semuanya lebih praktis menyebabkan makanan instan semakin diminati. Salah satunya adalah mie instan, produk makanan cepat saji yang semakin digemari masyarakat karena kemudahan dalam hal penyajiannya, harganya yang terjangkau, mudah didapatkan dan sifatnya yang tahan lamaTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam melakukan perpindahan merek mie instan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di kota Manado. Jumlah  sampel yang diambil sebanyak 300 responden dengan teknik insidental sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yakni Teknik Analisis Faktor. Hasil penelian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam perpindahan merek mie instan yakni ketidakpuasan pelanggan, kualitas produk, promosi, variety seeking, harga yang lebih murah dan perubahan harga. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh Kualitas Layanan dan Nilai Pelanggan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Perilaku Pascapembelian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang menjadi pelanggan pada Hypermart di kota Manado. Teknik sampling yang dilakukan adalah insidental sampling dan jumlah resonden yang dianalisis berjumlah 278 sample dengan Path analysis. Kriteria yang dipilih oleh peneliti adalah Mahasiswa/i Universitas Sam Ratulangi, PNS kota Bitung, dan Pegawai di RSUD Bitung yang pernah berbelanja di Hypermart Manado. Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Nilai Pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kualitas Layanan memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pascapembelian. Nilai Pelanggan memiliki pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pascapembelian. Kepuasan Pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pascapembelian Kata kunci: kualitas layanan, nilai pelanggan, kepuasan pelanggan dan perilaku pascapembelian
