Abstract

This study aims to test whether there is an influence positioning strategy variable consisting of product quality, product usage, and product prices on consumer purchasing decisions. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the positioning strategy has significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions herbal health products Nutrend (studies on herbal consumers PT. Nutrend International in Manado City). Quality Products (Product Quality) has a positive effect. Positive effect on product usage. Positive effect on product prices. From these results it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions is a variable priced products. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the changes that occurred on intrinsic value and market value after the emergence of market crash, also to analyze both impact and its form that exist between market crash and both valuation methods. The research results show that: significant changes do occur in intrinsic value and market value after the market crash. The results also show that market crash gives a significant impact towards both intrinsic value and market value. The significant impact of market crash causes the heavy downturn in both market intrinsic value and market value Keywords: market crash, intrinsic value, market value

Abstract

Company and employees are two things that needed each other. If employees succeeded in carrying progress for the company, the advantage gained be plucked by both parties.For employees, success is actual potential self and opportunities to meet the life.For the company, success is a means of to growth and development company. Along with progress, companies often times ignoring about human resource management available. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) which represents human resource performance in KPKNL Manado. This research also ained to obtain the performance measurement result in KPKNL Manado using Human Resources Scorecard and to identify which of the KPIs have met given targetand which ones have failed. The research results showed that there are 17 KPIs that represents human resource performance in KPKNL Manado. Overally human resource performance in KPKNL Manado has successfully met given target as shown in all Human Resource Scorecard perspectitve. The result also indicated that there are 2 KPIs thet failed to meet target and the rest has succeed. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, education and training, and also discipline on the competence and performance of employees. The result of this research indicate that motivation and discipline had no significant effect on competence, but education and training has significant effect on competence. Motivation and competence had significant effect on performance while discipline has no significant effect on performance. Keywords: motivation, training, discipline, competence, performances.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see wether there is an influence of competency and compensation on job satisfaction and employee performance at Department of Marine and Fisheries of Sangihe Islands Regency.Data Analysis method using path analysis with SPSS 22.0. The result showed that competency not significant effect on job satisfaction but significantly effect on employee performance. The result also showed that compensation significantly effect on job satisfaction but,not significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction significantly effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test whether there is a difference in abnormal return and trading volume activity responded to dividend announcement made by companies in Index LQ45. This research conducted using event study method and uses paired sample t-test as the statistic tool. Cum-date dividend was choosed as the event day and thus make 11 days of window period consist of 5 days before cum-date, cum-date, and 5 days after cum-date. The sample consist of 34 companies which in the list of index LQ45 for the year of 2015. The findings in this research show that there is no significant difference between abnormal before the announcement and after the annoucement and there is no significant difference between trading volume activity before the announcement and after the annoucement. Abstract

Human resources are the driver creativity and innovation in a company which will enhance the reputation and profits of companies in a long time period. Inside the company, the differences should be organized in order to be able to create teamwork in passing changes to the current era of globalization. The results showed that the Justice Organization (X1) has significant influence on organizational commitment (Y1). Cultural Organization (X2) has not significant influence on organizational commitment (Y1). Organizational Commitment (Y1) has significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y2). Cultural Organization (X2) has significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y2). Justice Organization (X1) has significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y2).
