The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfactionon organizational commitment in PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk,Manado Area.This research is a quantitative research using simple regression analysisapproach. Data collection technique was done by distributing questionnairesfilled by 39 respondents. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significanteffect on organizational commitment of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk AreaManado. Based on the results of this study, companies should further increaseemployee satisfaction so that the organizational commitment of employees willalso increase.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment.

At Bank Mandiri KC.Dululolong Lasut Manado experienced theproblem of unstable customer savings rate. This unstable number of subscribersis biased by the downturn in the client's economic condition, or there are otherfactors between services that do not correspond to unsatisfactory interests orunsatisfactory facilities that customers turn to other banks. Planting thecredibility of the company, certainly not an easy thing, it takes an appropriatestrategy for the purpose and objectives can be achieved optimally, especially inthe field of marketing. Basically Relationship marketing is a long-termrelationship and bond between producers, consumers, suppliers, and otheractors. Customer loyalty is a behavior associated with a product's brand,including possible renewal of a contract in the future. This research usesquantitative method, sampling technique in this study using Simple RandomSampling, The formula used in calculating this simple correlation coefficient isproduct moment. From the results of statistical testing can be seen clearly thatthe free variable Relationship Marketing affect the dependent variableCustomer Loyalty. the influence of the given free variable is positive whichmeans the more active relationship marketing then result in higher loyalty ofcustomers generated. These results are also in accordance with the proposedhypothesis. This shows that relationship marketing is one of the determinants ofcustomer loyalty because good relationship marketing will create and maintaincustomer loyalty. To maintain the viability of the company, companies are often faced with the problem,such as the difficulty in increasing the volume of sales of the existence of competition fromsimilar companies increased the complexity of consumer behavior against a product,changing consumer tastes, as well as the uncertain economic conditions. Promotion is anactivity that can be done by the company with the aim to inform, persuade, and influenceconsumers to select or purchase products offered by the company. Promotions at ColumbiaKotamobagu PT. is seen from the 6 indicators i.e. advertising, personal selling, salespromotion, public relations, direct marketing tools, measurement scales use the ratin scale.This research is quantitative research using a simple correlation analysis and regressionanalysis. Data collection techniques in the study was collected in the form of primary dataand secondary data, and tools that on the collection of data through a questionnaire filledout by 300 respondents and analyzed using a simple correlation analysis and analysissimple regression. Based on the results of the analysis of simple correlation and simpleregression analysis showed that the independent variable is. promotion of the dependentvariables simultaneously affecting the increase in sales which means promotion toincreased influence sales are still in the low category. It is recommended also to companyPT. Columbia Kotamobagu so need to pay attention to the marketing mix policy especiallythe issue price is set so that the company can be reached by the consumer, so that it canincrease the level of sales.Keywords: promotion, increased sales

The continuity of the organization or company is determined by the existinghuman resources, both quality and quantity. Each organization has differentobjectives and in the implementation is done by employees. Employees are thereforea major factor in corporate activities. Each organization will basically have differentpolicies on the human resources it has to achieve employee productivity. In theachievement that affects the productivity of employees there are many factors thataffect work productivity, among others, is the existence of job satisfaction. With asense of satisfaction in working the employee will show a good personal in thecompany, a positive performance that satisfies the company and arises willingness towork high level of work productivity for the interests of the company, and facilitatethe achievement of corporate goals. Job satisfaction is an evaluation that describes aperson for feeling his attitude, happy or not happy, satisfied or not satisfied in workThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employeeproductivity at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. Job Satisfaction ismeasured through five indicators, namely Jobs, rewards, supervision of superiors,co-workers, and promotional opportunities. This research is a quantitative researchby using simple linear regression approach. Data collection techniques were done bydistributing questionnaires filled by 39 respondents and analyzed using simpleregression analysis and using test t test hypothesis. From the results of simple linearregression analysis of job satisfaction variables affect the productivity of employeesof PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. And result of hypothesis test showthat job satisfaction variable simultaneously have a significant effect to workproductivity of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Area Manado. Based on the resultsof this study, the company can continue to facilitate employees in improving jobsatisfaction so that employee productivity can be achieved..Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Productivity.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence onEmployee Performance at PT. BPR Prisma Dana Manado. Samples were taken by 50respondents. Data collection method used in this research is questionnaire and observation. Themethod used in this research is quantitative descriptive method, with the approach betweensimple correlation and multiple linear regression to measure the relationship between variables.In this study obtained the results of correlation coefficient calculations showing the relationshipbetween emotional intelligence and strong employee performance is also known coefficient ofdetermination or R Squere which explains the magnitude of the effect of emotional intelligenceon employee performance. R Square value can be interpreted that the influence of emotionalintelligence on employee performance, while the rest influenced by other variables not examinedin this study. The conclusion of this research is basically the employee's performance is good,but it is better for an employee to improve performance in performing every task andresponsibility by understanding emotional intelligence, because this can impact on theimprovement of employee performance quality so that it can have good impact also on progresscompany.

Retail business spread across the country is experiencing rapid development. Thisdevelopment is due to retail customers who prefer to buy different items in one place. Of themany marketing activities, supermarkets, mini markets and department stores compete to offera variety of shopping facilities ranging from services provided, discounts, payment options,and other facilities to create a sense of satisfaction for customers in shopping. The mainproblem in this research is "What Quality of Service Affects Galaxy Mart CustomerSatisfaction?". This study aims to determine whether the quality of service Galaxy Martinfluence on customer satisfaction. Talking about quality and customer satisfaction iscertainly closely related to marketing. The essence of marketing is to identify and meet theneeds and desires of consumers according to Kotler dan Keller (2016:27) “marketing ismeeting needs profitability†. Similar to retail, it can be understood as all activities involved inthe sale of goods or services directly to the end consumer for personal use rather thanbusiness use.This research type is quantitative research with technique of data analysis byusing interval scale research instrument, validity and reliability test, simple linear regressionequation and hypothesis test. Based on the results of research the influence of QualityCelebration is a variable that does not affect consumer satisfaction Galaxy Mart Supermarket.Based on the results of research hypothesis testing research states that the hypothesis isrejected because the influence of service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. Then itcan be concluded that Service Quality does not significantly influence Customer Satisfactionthat if performance is below expectations, customer is not satisfied. If its performance meetsthe expectations of satisfied customers. If performance exceeds expectations, customers arevery satisfied or happy. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of brand image oncostumer purchase decision of Telkomsel sim card. This is an associative quantitativeresearch with survey method to collect the data. The population in this research was allstudent at Faculty of Social and Political Science Sam Ratulangi Manado. Sample sizewas selected using slovin formula with total 100 respondents, and analyzed usingcorrelation analysis and simple linier regression. The result revealed that brand imagehad an impact on consumer purchase decision of Telkomsel sim card. This resultrecommends the company to understand the characteristics can be more reflected thebrand image of the costumer. So the more company make the brand image better, themore consumer wull be interested to use the products in that company.

Pressure on industi motorcycle Consumer needs anddesires are very multiform against type or brand of motorcycles then request thecommunity againts motorcycles continue to experience increased, therefore, marketinkrekatif and put the market strategy, take advantage of opportunities that arise in themarket related to the desires of the commonity therefore companies should set theprice according to the quality of the product because the price setaffect the quantitysold is because the price of the very influential towards the success of the productsmarketed by the company. The aim in this study is whether there is a connectionbetween the market segmentation with the price of motorbikes and detect otherfactorsthat also affect the market share within the company bike motors. Thisresearch is quantitative reseacrch using a simple linear regression analysisapproach. Engineering data collection done by spreading the questionnaire filled by75 respondents and analyzed using simple regression analysis and use test resultsfrom t. Linear regression analysis is a simple variabel market segmentationneffect against prices. Hypothesis test andresults showedthat thevariables simultaneously influential market segmentation significantly to price. The local government has important role in order to control and manage local finance, therefore in “UU No. 33 Tahun 2004 tentang Perimbangan Keuangan Pusat dan Daerah†stated that implementation of regional autonomy through provision of resource based on Central Government decision, “desentralisasiâ€, “dekonsentrasi†and “tugas pembantuanâ€, the financial balancing between Central Government and local Government has to be regulated based on clear competency, role and duty in the government.
