Training is very important to be implemented because of the increasingly big business competition Pt. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Malalayang Branch needs to apply good training to every employee so that employees and companies are ready to compete with similar companies in the business world. The purpose of this training is to train the employees of PT. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Malalayang Branch. Analytical techniques used are scale scale, and simple linear regression using SPSS 13. The result of scale range analysis indicates that the training implementation is included in the criterion well with the average score of 85.94. The results of the working scale range analysis included in the high criterion with an average score of 40.60. Results of a simple linear regression study that has been done shows there is a significant influence between training variables and employee performance variables, can be seen in the correlation coefficient of 0.855 which means having a perfect relationship. While the hypothesis test results t arithmetic = 11.435 greater than t table = 1.677 This means Ho is rejected and Haimaan, then training has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Branch Malalayang thus hypothesized in Chapter I that "If training is done properly, then employee performance will increase", is acceptable.Keywords: Training, Employee Performance

This research is purposeful to determine the extent of the effect of marketing mix on the level of sales. This research useda quantitative method. The subjects in this research were the consumers at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. The object of this research were the marketing mix and the level of sales at PT.Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. Population in this research were consumers of PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan, comprised of 437 people who have been netted for 2 months, with a sample of 81 respondents. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. Analysis of data used descriptive analysis, validity and reliability, the analysis of the correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, multiple correlation and linear regression. Hypothesis test used was T test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). From the results of data analysis found that the partial product of positive and significantly affect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. Product is the most dominant variable affecting on the level of sales. Prices partially positive and significant effect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. Partially promotion of positive and significant effect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. The place is partially positive and significant effect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. Simultaneously the product, price, promotion, and place a significant effect on the level of sales Yamaha Mio M3 Motorcycle at PT. Hasjrat Abadi Branch of Tumpaan. The company needs to sustain the product quality, the price of conformity, innovation in promoting and all is place in an effort to boost the level of sales.Keywords : Marketing Mix, The Level of Sales.

Supervision is one of the several functions of management within the organization, which has the meaning of a process of supervising and evaluating an activity. When doing a job, there’s a rules that have been established and is mandatory to be obeyed by all people who work in that place. The activities in organization without an supervision caused work discipline decreased and will affect to other activities which hindred the process of achieving the goals. Every company including Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado, definitely want to provide satisfactory service for the customer, for that hotel should give the maximal and valuable service to the costumers. In order to give the maximal and valuable service, the employees have to provided to give value to customers, so the employees should be diligent in working and doing their jobs, especially hotel working system closely related to timing. Bad service caused dissatisfaction. This research was conducted on the employees of Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado by using the quantitative method to find out whether supervision can affect employees work discipline in Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Manado. The results of this study indicate that supervision affects employee work discipline at Hotel Sintesa Peninsula Manado where supervision has been applied and have positive impact to the employees.Keywords : Supervision, Work Discipline.

The Purpose of the Study statement helps the subject assess the importance of the study with data issues and the measurement, to analyze the health of the Bank at PT. Bank SulutGo using CAMEL method. The results of this study may be able to provide benefits for various parties related to this research, that is for the company as a consideration in decision-making and policy that will be done for the sustainability of the company's business. And for the community as the representative of  the health of PT. Bank SulutGo, so that the public can have consideration to choose the bank institution. This research uses descriptive analysis technique, that is explaining the health level of the bank by using CAMEL method in which some aspects of Capital increase the ratio of CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), Asset Quality underlying KAP (Productivity Asset Quality) ratio, Management based on NPM ratio (Net Profit Margin), Profit resulting ROA (Return On Asset) and BOPO (Operating Income Operating Cost) and Liquidity based on LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) ratio. The results of this study indicate that the calculation the health level of the bank for the last 3 years (2015 to 2017) at PT. Bank SulutGo is on the predicate Simply Healthy. However, a statement for this research, PT. Bank SulutGo is in a stagnant position or did not experience a breakthrough. People who look for 3 consecutive years in 2015-2017 have the same results and only on the predicate Simply Healthy.Keywords: CAMEL, Bank, Health of the bank

Marketing practices are constantly being upgraded and updated to improve the chances of success for a company. Good marketing can’t be separated from the level of products and prices offered to consumers, products are varied and affordable prices will provide a distinct advantage for companies engaged in the field of trade because this will provide a boost to consumers to take a repeat action in the company. This study aims to determine whether the effect of completeness of products and prices on the repurchase of consumers at Freshmart Bahu Manado. The method used is quantitative research method, by taking sample members as much as 60 respondents by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there is a significant influence on the level of product and price to consumer buyback seen from the results of multiple regression tests and correlation coefficient test results. So the hypothesis states there exists the effect of product and price on consumer buyback is acceptable. with the conclusion that the better the quality of the product and the price offered will be the higher level of repurchase of the consumer, as well as the lower the product and the price offered, the lower the repurchase rate of the consumer. Keywords: Products, Price and Consumer Buyback

This research is based on the existing phenomenon that is the influence of marketing communications to the image perusuhaan. The purpose of the research is to know whether marketing communications can affect in the formation of corporate image and the object of this research is PT. Telkom Indonesia Manado. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan atau fenomena yang disebutkan diatas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebnayak 130 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menngunakan dua variabel yang terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu (komunikasi pemasaran) dan varibel terkait yaitu (citra perusahaan). Pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validitas, dan uji realibitas, sedangkan metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinated R Square. In the calculation of multiple linear regression using SPSS verssi 20 software, the results of t test analysis show the variables Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Personal Selling and Direct Selling partially affect the image of the company and highlighted significant. So it can be concluded that the variables Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relation, Personal Selling, and Direct Selling jointly have a contribution influence on corporate image with the number of percentage of 0.126 or 12.6%. So means the level of Influence komunikasai Marketing of Corporate Image PT. Telkom Indonesia Manado stated low while 88.4 is a factor that is not researched by researchers. Keywords: Marketing Communication, Corporate Image

With the advancement of technology in this era of globalization, every company strives to always improve the quality of production and marketing management with the aim of maximizing the profits targeted by each company. To overcome the tight competition in marketing then one of the efforts undertaken by the company is to set a competitive pricing strategy so that sales increase the maximum. The right price and integrated can produce an effect to the customer to build relationship with the consumer so as to increase sales volume. This study uses quantitative method with the number of samples in this study are 84 consumers. Where researchers calculate the results of consumer responses on the questionnaire by using SPSS application version 21, so it can be known whether there is correlation and how much influence of price variables on sales of these products. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of t count is greater than t-table (24,447> 1,993). Based on the results of research data that has been processed, it can be concluded that the effect of price on product sales are at a very strong correlation level of 0.879 or 87.9%, while 12.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Conflict comes from the Latin verb configere which means to hit each other. Sociologically, conflict is defined as a social process between two or more people (or groups) where one party attempts to remove the other by destroying it or making it powerless. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of conflicts that occur in the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Manado samples taken as many as 30 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive research method of research that is research which combine between qualitative and quantitative method. In this research, the result of simple correlation shows strong correlation or influence between conflict variable and performance equal to 0,87% and based on that calculation hence sought the amount of contribution of conflict to performance with result of 75,69%. And in this research the authors get the result of conflict impact terhadapa employee performance that has a positive impact. The conclusion of this research result shows the reality of Manado Pegadaian employees handling and managing employees conflicts done efficiently and effectively then positive impact will arise through the behavior that is seen by employees as potential human resources with various consequences such as improving order, discipline in using work time, increasing productive cooperative relationship, work motivation. And suggestions to try to improve or sustain the application of existing conflicts through the application of a conscious presence of role conflict, accepting the conditions and stressful situations in work caused by the conflict, trying to be able to tolerate conflict, will have an impact on the improvement of employee performance. Keywords : Conflict, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the influence of ethical leadership on employee performance, to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and to determine the influence of ethical leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Asuransi Umum Bumiputera Muda 1967. A leader with high ethical leadership and organizational culture can influence individuals or groups to behave in accordance with organizational or corporate goals. Therefore, companies or organizations need to pay attention to matters that include leadership ethics and organizational culture so that employee performance can be developed for the progress of the organization or company. This research uses quantitative research method, with multiple regression analysis approach to know the level of influence between variables, and t test seen from the level of significance between variables, namely ethical leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2) and employee performance (Y). While to know the value of influence of ethical leadership variable and organizational culture together to employee performance seen from F count bigger dat F table. The results of this study indicate that ethical leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, so the hypothesis that there is influence of ethical leadership on employee performance, there is influence of organizational culture on employee performance and there is influence ethical leadership and organizational culture on employee performance otherwise acceptable.

The purpose of this research is to know the company's financial performance by using economic value added (EVA) method at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. During the period 2015 - 2017. Economic Value Added Analysis (EVA) is one way to explore financial performance. Economic Value Added (EVA) is an indicator of the implementation of investment. To process the data that have been collected from the results of research, the researchers in this research using the analysis of corporate financial performance using the method of Economic Value Added (EVA) by calculating Net Profit After Tax, calculate Invested Capital, calculate Average Cost Of Capital, calculate Capital Charges and Calculate Economic Value Added (EVA). After processing the results data show that the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the period of 2015 until 2017 EVA value continues to increase EVA value in every year of research. This proves that the company's managers are able to create economic value added for the company by maximizing profits that contribute to the increasing value of NOPAT and minimize the return on risk in infestation that causes the decline in Capital Charges value resulting in EVA> 0 value. The results show that during the period 2015 to 2017 PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. get a positive value with the highest EVA in 2017 of Rp. 21,396,554 (in millions of rupiahs) because in that year the company had the highest NOPAT from the previous two years and had Capital Charges which is low enough so that the company can obtain higher value added from 2015 and 2016. Then in 2016 the company has EVA lower of Rp 19,298,437 (in millions of rupiah) with the difference of 9.80% compared to the year 2017 and the creation of the lowest value in 2015 amounting to Rp. 17,231,693 (in millions of rupiah) with a difference of 10.70% compared to the value of EVA in 2016.Key Words : Analisis Economic Value Added (EVA), Financial Performance.
