Abstract

PT.Swadharma Sarana Informatika is a provider of Information Technology and Automated Teller Machine (ATM) management facilities, using an Application Operating System (SOA) to support website-based or online financial reports 24 hours a day. In the implementation of input there are complaints by users or users of the SOA application, within a period of two months it is often slow in responding to it because the data on the server is full so the backup needs to be held by the central SOA server maintenance team, when the server used to manage resources experiencing problems will cause the cessation of all activities on the network. The user factor is a very important factor to consider in implementing a new system, empirical studies are needed to evaluate the real conditions of users for new applications that are applied. UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) is a method that is widely used by researchers to measure how successful and user acceptance of implementing an information technology-based system. This method is considered suitable for understanding the level of user acceptance with the variables used are (performance expectancy), business expectations (effort expectancy), social influence (social influence), facilitating conditions (faciliating conditions), Gender (Gender) and user behavior ( Use Behavior) of SOA acceptance level. Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test using Kolmogonov-Smirnov One Sample Method, Linearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Simple Linear Regression Test are used to determine the results of this study, the results obtained indicate that there is a significant positive effect on Performance Expectancy Variables ), Effort Expectancy Variables, Social Influence Variables and Faciliating Conditions Variables have a positive effect on Behavioral Intention.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan duta pariwisata merupakan penelitian pembangunan sistem atau aplikasi berbasis web yang dirancang khusus untuk membantu proses penilaian pada proses seleksi acara pemilihan duta pariwisata. Sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode SAW diimplementasikan pada kasus pemilihan duta pariwisata dibuat dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem RAD (rapid application development), pemodelan sistem menggunakan model terstruktur dan pengujian menggunakan tabel uji proses sesuai dengan metode pengujian Black Box. Hasil dari aplikasi ini adalah bisa mempercepat perhitungan nilai pada kegiatan seleksi duta pariwisata yang dibuat oleh Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Jayawijaya.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menekankan pada penerapan Metode Fuzzy Sugeno dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil pada tempat studi kasus Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Penerapan metode fuzzy sugeno dilakukan dengan tahap pendefinisian input dan output, pembentukan himpunan fuzzy dan penyelesaian dengan metode fuzzy sugeno. Hasilnya adalah metode fuzzy sugeno dapat membantu mengatasi masalah Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil di tempat studi kasus. Selain itu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis Komputer untuk Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil menggunakan Fuzzy Sugeno menghasilkan persentase kelayakan masing-masing konsentrasi jurusan teknik sipil dan memberikan rekomendasi konsentrasi yang paling layak bagi mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy SugenoAbstractThis research emphasizes on the application of Fuzzy Sugeno method in Decision Support System for Determining Concentration of Students Civil Engineering at Case Study of Civil Engineering Department of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. The fuzzy sugeno method is done by defining input and output stages, fuzzy set formation and completion using fuzzy sugeno method. The result is fuzzy sugeno method can solve problem in Determining Concentration of Students Civil Engineering at Case Study. In addition, Computer Based Decision Support System for Determination of Civil Engineering Student Concentration using Fuzzy Sugeno resulted in the percentage of eligibility of each concentration of civil engineering department and give the most appropriate concentration recommendation for the students.Keywords: Decision Support System, Fuzzy Sugeno

Abstract

In this paper, we discuss the problem solving of village food barn management using Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. This research was carried out by adopting the stages of the CBR cycle and the nearest neighbor algorithm. The results of the study show that the application of CBR and K-nearest neighbor algorithms can support the resolution of knowledge problems in village food barn management using technical problem solving based on the symptoms and solutions to existing problems. Based on the test results, the problem-solving accuracy was 92%.Keywords - case-based reasoning, K-nearest neighbor, food barn, problem-solving

Abstract

Persaingan perusahaan yang sangat ketat pada era ini membuat sebuah perusahaan harus mengatur strategi proses bisnis untuk dapat mempertahankan pelanggan mereka, salah satu nya apa yang dibutuhkan dan diinginkan pelanggan mereka. Magenta Coklat, padang merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan kue. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk mengatur strategi bisnis yang akan dilakukan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan 2 perspektif CRM dan model LRFM. 2 perspektif CRM yang digunakan yaitu Collaborative dan Operational, dimana fungsi dari 2 perspektif tersebut adalah untuk mendapatkan strategi dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Model LRFM adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan segmentasi pelanggan berdasarkan kategori pelanggan sehingga toko dapat dengan mudah memberikan hadiah kepada pelanggan berdasarkan kategori. Model LRFM terdiri dari dari Length, Recency, Frequency, Monetary. Kategori dari LRFM adalah core customer, potential customer, lost customer, consumin resource customer. Dari analisis model (Length, Recency, Frequency, dan Monetary) LRFM sistem telah berhasil diimplementasikan pada sistem magenta coklat yang didapat berdasarkan hasil pengujian loyalitas pelanggan dimana persentase dari loyalitas pelanggan adalah 88,67% yang artinya persentase pelanggan yang merasa dirinya loyal diatas rata-rata 80%. Saran dari aplikasi ini berdasarkan hasil survei pelanggan yaitu aplikasi dapat ditambahkan fitur chatting agar dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi lebih dari admin magenta coklat. Kata kunci: Customer Relationship Management, LRFM,

Abstract

The measurement of customer relationship management (CRM) performance is very necessary to find out how much the level of performance of CRM in the company. CV. Lestari Motorindo Jaya Indralaya is a CV that is engaged in the sale of motorcycles, spare parts, and Honda motorcycle services located in Ogan Ilir Regency. The purpose of this study is to Evaluate and Also know the performance of CRM on CV. Lestari Motorindo Jaya Indralaya by using the CRM Scorecard. There are four perspectives on the CRM Scorecard method items, namely customer value, customer satisfaction, customer interaction, and customer knowledge. CRM performance measurement results in CV. Lestari Motorindo Jaya Indralaya is 3,937 in the Likert scale means having good performance. Abstract

AbstrakPendeteksian wajah (face detection) adalah salah satu tahap awal yang sangat penting dalam sistem pengenalan wajah (face recognition) yang digunakan dalam identifikasi biometrik. Sejauh ini, kendala utama yang dihadapi dalam sistem pendeteksian wajah berkisar pada masalah ukuran (resolusi citra), Resolusi citra merupakan tingkat detailnya suatu citra. Semakin tinggi resolusinya semakin tinggi pula tingkat detail dari citra tersebut. Haar like Feature merupakan metode yang lazim digunakan dalam pendeteksian obyek khususnya pendeteksian wajah dan fitur-fiturnya. Prinsip Haar-like features adalah mengenali obyek berdasarkan nilai sederhana dari fitur tetapi bukan merupakan nilai piksel dari image obyek tersebut. Metode ini memiliki kelebihan yaitu komputasinya sangat cepat, karena hanya bergantung pada jumlah piksel dalam persegi bukan setiap nilai piksel dari sebuah image. Untuk mengimplementasikan dan menganalisis kecepatan hasil algoritma haar dalam melokalisasikan fitur wajah penelitian ini menggunakan software MATLAB R2012b agar dapat mengetahui bagaimana cara menganalis dan mengimplementasikan serta mendapatkan hasil menganalisis pengaruh resolusi citra dari algoritma haar dalam melokalisasikan fitur wajah(mata,hidung, dan mulut). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara mandiri baik pengambilan data skunder maupun proses pengolahan datanya, untuk metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan studi laboratorium. Disarankan dengan adanya penelitian ini, penulis berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada peneliti yang lain untuk meneliti pengaruh-pengaruh lain yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan algoritma haar, sehingga algoritma haar dapat dikembangkan lebih baik lagi.Kata kunci: Pendektesian wajah,resolusi citra, haar like featureAbstractFace detection is one of the early stage is very important in a facial recognition system (face recognition) used in biometric identification. So far, the main obstacle in the face detection system revolves around the issue size (image resolution), the image resolution is the level of detail of an image. The higher the resolution the higher the level of detail of that image .Haar like Feature is a method commonly used in the detection of objects particularly the face detection and its features. Principle Haar-like features are simple to recognize objects based on the value of the feature but not the pixel values of the image of that object. This method has the advantage that the computation is very fast, because it depends on the number of pixels in a square instead of each pixel value of an image. To implement and analyze speed haar algorithm results in a localized facial features of this research using MATLAB R2012b software in order to know how to analyze and implement and get the results to analyze the effect of image resolution algorithm localizes haar in the facial features (eyes, nose, and mouth). This research was carried out independently both secondary data collection and processing of data, for the data collection method in this study the authors use the method of literature and laboratory studies. Suggested the presence of this study, the authors hope to contribute to fellow-researcher to examine other influences which affect the success haar algorithms, so the algorithm can be developed haar better.Keywords: face detection, image resolution, haar like feature

Abstract

Cabai Merah di Indonesia adalah salah satu komoditas hortikultura yang banyak dibudidayakan oleh petani, karena selain memiliki beberapa manfaat kesehatan cabai merah juga mempunyai harga jual yang tinggi. Banyaknya jenis Cabai Merah terkadang membuat para petani bingung untuk memilih bibit yang cocok dan sesuai untuk tanahnya terutama petani yang belum berpengalaman. Terlebih lagi virus dan bakteri Cabai Merah yang beranekaragam menjadi salah satu kebimbangan para petani untuk memilih bibit yang sesuai dan tidak mengalami kerugian saat panen.Dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini, digunakan penggabungan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additeve Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik dari bibit cabai merah yang akan dipilih. Empat kriteria dasar yang digunakan yakni rekomendasi dataran, ketahanan penyakit, umur panen dan potensi panen. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menghitung bobot dari setiap kriteria yang kemudian di hitung menggunakan metode SAW untuk menghasilkan alternatif terbaik.Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan bantuan dan rekomendasi alternatif terbaik kepada petani dalam memilih bibit cabai merah unggul yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

Data Mining is a technology used in data processing. This data mining technique is able to dig up information from old data or piles of data into useful information such as student data at a university. Student Data in Higher Education has a student data mine which, if processed using data mining techniques, will produce new and useful information such as information on the eligibility of a student in getting a scholarship. One of them is the zakat collection unit scholarship at universities in North Sumatra. The difficulty faced by the zakat collection unit scholarship selection committee is determining the eligibility for the zakat collection unit scholarship recipients because the selection process is still manual, so the selection process takes a long time. Based on the existing problems, a data mining system was made using the k-means algorithm that was able to classify students who deserved a web-based zakat collection unit scholarship using the PHP programming language. The purpose of this system is to make it easier and faster for the UPZ selection committee to determine the eligibility of zakat collection unit scholarship recipients

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn their daily life, humans usually use hands for the interaction between humans and machines or humans andhuman so that the human-computer interaction and computer-based Computer Vision using fingers has more valuethan using other objects. Many techniques are developed based on the Computer Vision model, one of the techniquethat is implemented in this field is Hand Tracking. The use of such techniques uses certain algorithms to improveperformance, one of which is the filter algorithm. Kalman Filter is an estimator algorithm in which informationfrom an object is detected in a frame and the status of the object in the previous frame to create an approximatestatus of the new state of the object so that the process of unstable object movements in the tracking process thatoccurs due to noise can be minimized by the kalman filter. The use of Hand Tracking techniques and Kalman Filteralgorithm is expected to meet the needs of more advanced human and computer interactions. The results of thisstudy are expected to be useful as a means of scientific development in the field of informatics engineering and theability to build software in the field of Hand Tracking techniques and Kalman Filter algorithm as well as expectedThis application can be used for personal or public interest.Keywords: Computer Vision, Hand Tracking, kalman FilterABSTRAKDalam kesehariannya, manusia seringkali menggunakan tangan untuk interaksi antara manusia dan mesin ataupunmanusia dengan manusia sehingga interaksi manusia dan komputer berbasis Computer Vision mengunakan jaritangan memiliki nilai lebih dibandingkan menggunakan objek lain. Banyak teknik yang dikembangkan berdasarkanmodel Computer Vision, salah satu teknik yang sering diimplementasikan dalam bidang ini adalah Hand Tracking.Sering kali penggunaan teknik tersebut menggunakan algoritma tertentu untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya, salahsatunya adalah algoritma kalman filter. Kalman Filter adalah sebuah algoritma estimator yang dimana informasidari objek terdeteksi di suatu frame dan status objek tersebut pada frame sebelumnya untuk membuat statusperkiraan dari status baru objek tersebut sehingga proses pergerakan objek yang tidak stabil pada proses trackingyang terjadi karena noise dapat diminimalkan oleh kalman filter. Penggunaan teknik Hand Tracking dan algoritmaKalman Filter diharapkan mampu memenuhi kebutuhan interaksi manusia dan komputer yang lebih maju. Hasilpenelitian ini diharapkan berguna sebagai sarana pengembangan keilmuan dalam bidang teknik informatikadan kemampuan dalam membangun perangkat lunak pada bidang teknik Hand Tracking dan algorita KalmanFilter serta diharapkan Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi maupun umum.Kata Kunci : Computer Vision, Hand Tracking, kalman Filter
