Journal Of Information Systems or abbriviated as JIS is a jorunal that published by Major Of Information Systems Faculty of Computer Science Sriwijaya University. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat memberikan pengaruh yang begitu besar khususnya e-Marketplace. E-Marketplace tempat bertemunya calon penjual dan calon pembeli dengan bebas seperti layaknya di dunia nyata. E-Marketplace memiliki konsep seperti pasar bebas. PT. Asianindo Pratama ingin memanfaatkan teknologi internet dalam penjualannya yang bertujuan untuk promosi dan meningkatkan omset. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan e-Marketplace yang cocok digunakan dengan melihat dari segi kualitas servis, kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas vendor yang dimiliki oleh e-Marketplace. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan menggunakan Software Expert Choice. Dari hasil penelitian kriteria yang paling unggul adalah kriteria vendor dengan nilai bobot 0,34, Kualitas informasi dengan nilai bobot 0,25, Kualitas sistem dengan nilai bobot 0,22 dan kualitas servis dengan nilai bobot 0,19. Sedangkan alternatif e-Marketplace yang paling unggul adalah Tokopedia dengan nilai bobot 0,48 atau 48%, Untuk di urutan kedua adalah Shopee dengan nilai bobot 0,34 atau 34% dan yang diurutan ketiga adalah Bukalapak dengan nilai bobot 0,18

Industri kosmetik telah mengalami perubahan besar selama pandemi COVID-19, dimana konsumen lebih memilih produk perawatan kulit daripada produk dekoratif seperti bedak, lipstik, dan parfum. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi PT Titian Citra Kharisma yang merupakan perusahaan bisnis yang bergerak di dalam bidang kosmetika untuk gesit dalam menentukan strategi yang tepat agar dapat terus bertahan. Saat ini semua transaksi penjualan lipstik Kamalia Lip matte tersimpan rapi dalam dokumen Microsoft Excel dan belum diolah menjadi informasi yang bermanfaat bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Sehingga penelitian ini menerapkan metode association rule dengan algoritma Apriori untuk memberikan rekomendasi penjualan paket lipstik sesuai varian yang paling diminati oleh konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan dan memberikan rekomendasi paket lipstik untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk Kamalia Lip matte serta dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan stok produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Weka. Algoritma Apriori menggunakan nilai minimum support sebesar 0,04 dan nilai minimum confidence sebesar 0,27. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dari berbagai varian Kamalia Lip matte yang ada, terdapat 2 (dua) kombinasi item yang sering dibeli secara bersamaan oleh pelanggan yaitu: dengan confidence sebesar 28,16% jika membeli varian soft pink maka akan membeli varian soft brown; dan dengan confidence sebesar 31,10% jika membeli varian fierce red maka akan membeli varian soft pink

AbstrakAkademi Komunitas Negeri Pacitan menyediakan beasiswa bagi mahasiswa. Pengelolaan data beasiswa masih dilakukan secara manual baik dari sisi pengajuan beasiswa, pencatatan data oleh petugas dan perhitungan rekomendasi penerima beasiswa. Pengelolaan secara manual dirasa kurang efektif dan efesien. Penelitian ini mengajukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk permasalahan diatas. Sistem berbasis web dengan dua hak akses pegawai dan pelamar beasiswa. Sistem menyediakan fasilitas pengajuan beasiswa, pengelolaan data meliputi penambahan, pengeditan, penghapusan dan pencarian serta pemberian rekomendasi penerima beasiswa. Sistem menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weight untuk penentuan rekomendasi penerima beasiswa dengan tahapan penentuan kriteria, pendefinisian kriteria cost dan benefit, pemberian bobot kriteria, pembuatan matrik, normalisasi, dan penghitungan nilai final semua kriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan pada sistem adalah penghasilan orang tua, jarak antara kampus dengan rumah, jumlah keluarga tanggungan orang tua, ada tidaknya kartu miskin, kondisi orang tua, kondisi rumah dan ipk. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework laravel dan DBMS MySQL. Sistem dapat menangani pengajuan beasiswa, pengelolaan data beasiswa dan memberikan rekomendasi penerima beasiswa dengan hasil akurasi sebesar 95% dengan data calon penerima beasiswa tahun 2019, 69% dengan data calon penerima beasiswa tahun 2017 dan 64% dengan data calon penerima beasiswa pada tahun 2016. Kata kunci: simple additive weight, beasiswa, sistem informasi, rekomendasi, sistem pendukung keputusan.

AbstractThe need for a strong personnel resources facing the village of institutional change is not only driven by internal factors but also external factors. Internal factors because when village officials should have the skills and knowledge such as making regulations parley villages along the body of the village, the village financial management, and others. The demands of rural communities will be their satisfactory services is something that must immediately responded village government. The results can be concluded from this study that the village government performance in providing services must be assessed due to the creation of good governance (good governance). With their performance appraisal is expected to cause a sense of morale officers Pugung village in the district, so it will be offset by good discipline as well. This decision support system designed to determine the performance of the apparatus Pugung villages in the district. The author in this study using SAW. With the decision support system is very useful in improving the performance of the apparatus Pugung village in the district, and as motivation village officials in providing services to the public. The results of this study best performance was obtained on behalf of Edi Setiawan from Sinar Agung village with a value of 0.92.Keywords: SPK, performance, village officials, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menyebar dengan pesat sehingga berdampak pada sistem pembelajaran beberapa sekolah di Indonesia, seperti di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 37 Pekanbaru yang telah menerapkan sistem pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yaitu penggunaan iPad yang tujuannya menggantikan buku sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran, penerapan sistem ini juga sebagai sarana untuk adaptasi transisi ke era digital. Dilakukannya analisis user experience dan usability dengan penyebaran kuesioner USE kepada seluruh siswa di SMP Islam Al-Azhar 37 Pekanbaru, sehingga terlihat bahwa variabel usefulness, ease of use dan ease of learning dengan uji simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel satisfaction. Tetapi dalam uji parsial, hanya variabel ease of learning yang tidak signifikan terhadap variabel satisfaction. Pengukuran usability menunjukkan bahwa nilai kelayakan sebesar 77,13% yang berarti usability sistem pembelajaran berbasis teknologi memiliki nilai layak. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pemberian rekomendasi terhadap beberapa permasalahan yang perlu untuk diperbaiki yang didasari oleh pengalaman pengguna (User Experience) dan usability sistem terkait.

Saat ini sistem infomasi memegang peranan penting dalam sebuah organisasi. PT. XYZ telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi Service Desk TI yang digunakan untuk mencatat dan memonitor keluhan atau permasalahan user (pegawai) PT. XYZ. Namun layanan yang diberikan oleh sistem informasi ini belum berjalan dengan optimal karena masih sering terjadi keluhan atau permasalahan sehingga perlu penilaian kualitas layanan. Pada paper ini akan dibahas tentang penilaian kualitas layanan pada PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan COBIT 5 PAM dan ITIL V3 2011. Penilaian kapabilitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat layanan agar layanan dari Sistem Informasi dapat berjalan dengan efektif agar dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Hasil dari pemetaan menggunakan COBIT 5 dan ITIL V3 2011 didapatkan empat proses yaitu DSS01 (mengelola operasi), DSS02, (mengelola permintaan layanan dan insiden), DSS03 (mengelola masalah) dan DSS06 (mengelola kontrol proses bisnis). Hasil penilaian kapabilitas dari keempat proses tersebut didapatkan rata-rata berada pada level 2 (managed process). Adapun rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk keempat proses tersebut adalah naik ke level 3 (established process) yaitu tujuan bisnis yang telah dibangun harus diimplementasikan dengan terdefinisi agar tujuan proses tersebut mendapatkan hasil yang dituju.

Nowadays, various government agencies/institutions have realized how important the role of information technology is in getting data and information from around the world quickly, precisely and accurately. One of them is in supporting and assisting in the efforts of Auditing the Management of State Financial Responsibilities. The State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah carries out its routine activities, namely conducting State Finance Inspections, Planning and Accountability (Audits) starting from SPI (Intern Auditor) to the Inspectorate General (Itjend) Ministry of Religion (Kemenag) and the Financial Supervisory Agency (BPK), here the researchers provide solutions that is, one way is to use a Supporting Application in conducting an audit. The purpose of this application is to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in the Audit of State Finance Accountability Management because this is one of the characteristics of Good Government / Good Cooperate Government. The results of this study: (1) can facilitate the activities of the Audit and Management and Accountability of State Finances; (2) preventing the occurrence of fraudulent KKN (Corruption practices; (3) the existing funds are also expected to improve student services at UIN Jakarta.

Abstract--The bankruptcy of PT Nyonya Meneer as one of the largest producers of herbal medicine in Indonesia, the change in the form of trade transactions from manual to digital forms, and the fact that Digital Disruption in the world is the background of the importance of formulating organizational strategies in achieving competitive advantage for organizationsThe strategy formulation method used consists of three stages, the input stage using IFE (Internal Factors Evaluation) and EFE (External Factors Evaluation) matrices, in the second stage matching, using the Internal and External matrix tools, and the final stages. Is the decision stage, where the tool used is QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Currently the system to determine the location of roadworks at the Department of Public Works Highways Ogan Ilir already running properly with the working guidelines of government regulation No. 34 of 2006 on the road needs to be improved in accordance with the streets according to their status as district roads. However, the process to determine which path should be repaired first they compare with the printed document, so that problems that occur are not effective in the process of decision-making and reporting. Therefore, this study about decision support systems determining the location of roadwork that aims to speed up the decision making process regarding the location of which road to be repaired first by a ratio of specified criteria. The method used mainly in the development of the system is a Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) that can help best decision against several alternative decisions to obtain an accurate and optimal decision. The system is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database in order to produce a support system that can provide an alternative in the decision.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the usability analysis of the Academic Information System (SISFO) at the PGRI Palembang University. This research uses 2 (two) methods in analyzing, namely, the Webqual 4.0 method and the SUS (System Usability Scale) method. The sample in this research amounted to 385 people both from students, lecturers and staff at the PGRI University of Palembang. The results of this study are, (1) through analysis using Webqual 4.0, it is found that overall usability affects user satisfaction, (2) through analysis using SUS it is found that respondents assess SISFO at PGRI Palembang University. using the system well, after a while of not using it. This research was conducted by applying quantitative methods according to the objective, namely to determine the quality of the academic information system (SISFO) at the PGRI Palembang University. To measure the quality of the academic system, this study uses the Webqual 4.0 method and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Based on the results of this study will be explained as usability. The hypothesis of the utility variable is that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. From this comparison, the results obtained are H0 rejected and Ha accepted, which means that the usability variable has a significant effect on usability satisfaction (Academic Information System) SUS. keywords: Usability, system Informasi Akademic (Sisfo)
