Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance moderated transformational leadership and organizational budata teacher at Junior High School in the district of Pemalang Ulujami. The population in this study is a civil servant teachers Junior High School in the district of Pemalang Ulujami many as 125 teachers, primary data were collected using a questionnaire instruments to measure variables using a Likert scale. Hypothesis test used in this study is t-test at a significant level (a) 0.05. The results showed that motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, transformational leadership influence on the performance of the teacher, organizational culture does not affect the performance of teachers, transformational leadership moderating influence on the performance of teachers motivation, organizational culture moderates the effect of motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of motivation and discipline to the performance of teachers with organizational culture moderated. The specific objectives are to test and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of teachers, discipline influence on teacher performance, the influence of organiza-tional culture on teacher performance, organizational culture moderates the effect of motivation on teacher performance and the moderating influence of organizati-onal culture on teacher performance discipline. Research conducted an explanatory research study that proves the influence of motivation and discipline on teacher performance moderated organizational culture that has been formulated in the hypothesis. The population in this study is a teacher of Civil Servants Junior High School Ulujami the District Pemalang totaling 127 people from five (5) Junior High School. The research data is primary data obtained directly from the respondents to the questionnaire. If the data from respondents using SPSS version 22. From the test data and analysis conducted this study provide empirical evidence as follows: 1) Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance; 2) Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance; 3) influence of organizational culture on teacher performance; 4) organizational culture does not moderate the effect of motivation on teacher performance; 5) organizational culture does not moderate the influence of discipli-ne on teacher performance. Theoretical implications, and recommendations for fu-ture research are also discussed in the final part in this study. Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study was to investigate the influence of motivation and discipline to the performance of teachers with leadership style is moderated. The specific objectives of the study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on teacher performance, the influence disciplinary on teacher performance, the influence of leadership style on teacher performance, the role of the moderating influence of motivational leadership style on teacher performance, and the role of the moderating influence of disciplined leadership style on teacher performance. This research is an explanatory research study that proves the effect of motivation and discipline to the performance of teachers with leadership style is moderated. This study uses the study population (census) amounted to 127 respondents. Data of this research is primary data obtained directly from the source. The method of data analysis using a model of moderation with a quasitype interaction techniques. The results showed that  work motivation positive effect on teacher performance Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang; Dsiplin influential work on teacher performance Ulujami Junior High School in the District Pemalang; The style of leadership does not affect the performance of teachers Junior High School in District Ulujami Pemalang;  The style of leadership does not moderate the influence of motivation to work on teacher performance and leadership style did not moderate the influence of labor discipline on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life and psychological capital in organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction as mediating. This study was to examine and analyze whether job satisfaction plays a role mediating the effect of quality of work life and psychological capital in organizational citizenship behavior.From the test data and analysis, this study provides empirical evidence as follows: (1) Quality of Work Life and psychological capital on job satisfaction. (2) Quality of Work Life has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (3) Psychological capital and job satisfaction affect the OCB. (4) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of Quality of Work Life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. (5) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of Psychological Capital on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of personality and competence ofteachers on teacher performance in MTs Sekecamatan Winong moderated Pati regencywith the work environment. The specific objectives of this study was to examine theinfluence of personality and competence of teachers on teacher performance aremoderated by the role of the working environment. The usefulness of this study is toclarify and extend previous research on the influence of personality and competence ofteachers on teacher performance are moderated working environment.This study used a sample of teachers in MTs Sekecamatan Winong Pati regencymuch as 121 teachers. Sampling techniques in this study is random sampling.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows personality doesnot affect the performance of teachers, teacher competence affect the performance of theteacher, the work environment does not affect the performance of the teacher, personalitynot influence on teacher performance is moderated by the working environment, and thereis the influence of teacher competence on teacher performance moderated by the workenvironment.Keywords: personality, teacher competence, work environment, the performance of teachers.

Abstract

This research purposed to examine motivation influence teacher’s competence about the job of SMAN 1 Jakenan teacher be mediated by organizational commitment.The spesific purpose of this research is to examine organizational commitment role in job motivation influence and teacher competence through the teacher’s work.The useful of this research is to explaint and enlarge the reseach before about organizational commitment role mediated job motivation influence and teacher’s competence about the teacher’s work.This research use the sum of SMA N 1 Jakenan teachers in Pati regency about 70 teachers.The sample removal technic in this reseach is by census technic,its mean that we use all of the sample. According to the reseach, we can conclude that: job motivation have positivs influence and significant to organizational commitment,teacher competence have positive influence and significant to organizational commitment, job motivation don’t have influence to teache’r work, teacher competence have positive influence and significant to techer’s work, organizational commitment mediation effec of motivation of the teacher’s work, organizational commitment doesnot mediate to the effect of teacher competence of the teacher’s work. Abstract

The general objective to be achieved in this research is to examine the professional competence and discipline against the performance of teacher motivation, while the goals are mediated in particular is a professional competence test influence of motivation, test the influence of the discipline of a professional test the motivation, competence of the teachers performance, test the influence of discipline against the performance of teachers and test the effects of motivation on performance of teachers. This study examines the influence of professional competence and discipline on performance teacher mediated motivation. In this study involved 152 people respondents, all of whom is father/mother teacher PNS and GTT JUNIOR Country Se-Town garden, Pemalang. The benefits of this research there are two (2), namely: teoristis benefits can serve as a study material to enrich, broaden and deepen the concept and theory of professional competence, discipline, motivation and performance of teachers, while the practical benefits as 1. the Foundation for similar researchers with regard to professional competence, discipline, motivation and performance of teachers. 2. become inputs to the school, academia, Government, and education service district/city and Government in an attempt to improve the performance of teachers.Keywords: Kompetensi Profesional, discipline, motivasi and teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and test the Influence of Professional Competence and Discipline Work on the Performance of elementary school teachers throughout the District Tirto Pekalongan with Organizational Climate moderated.This type of research is a field research (field research), using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is a civil servant teachers in the district elementary Tirto Pekalongan regency totaling 213 teachers. Samples were taken using purposive technique of proportional random sampling, some 139 teachers. Techniques of analysis using multiple linear analysis testing, ² test, and hypothesis testing using t test. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: professional competence has no effect on teacher performance, Work Discipline positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Climate Organizational positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Climate Organizational Professional Competence to strengthen the influence of teacher performance, and Organizational Climate Work Discipline strengthen the influence of the teachers performance.Keywords : professional competence, discipline work, organizational climate, and teacher performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of "The Effect of Professional Competence and Organizational Commitment to Teacher’s Performance with Organizational Cultures as a Moderated Variabel". In this study population of 207 people, whereas samples taken as many as 136 people as respondents purposive sampling method. Criteria UPT all public servants in the Department of Education and Culture District of Talun. Measurements using a Likert scale of 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) professional competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) organizational commitment does not affect the performance of teachers, (iii) organizational culture positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iv) organizational culture does not moderate the influence of professional competence working with teacher performance, and (v) organizational culture does not moderate the influence of organizational commitment to work with the teachers performance.Keywords: Professional Competence, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Performance Teachers.

Abstract

This research’s purpose is to find how the influence of self confident and emotional self control to the teacher’sefficacy moderated by Idealized influenced. The study population is a government school teachers in four JuniorHigh School in the district Juwana, Pati regency. Sampling using proportional sampling method . The number ofsamples by using the formula Slovin.. Collecting the data using questionnaires . The amount of data that can beanalyzed as many as 120. The data were analyzed using regression -based model of quasi moderator interaction.The results showed that ( 1 ) the dimensions of confidence affect the efficacy of teachers , ( 2 ) the dimensions ofemotional self- control affect the efficacy of teachers , ( 3 ) Idealized influenced influence on the efficacy of teachers, ( 4 ) Idealized influenced moderates influence of confidence on the efficacy of teachers , ( 5 ) Idealized influencedmoderates influence of emotional self- control on the efficacy of teachers .Keywords: Self confidence, emotional self control , Idealized influenced, teacher’s efficacy
