Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Transformal Leadership, Competence, Work Discipline on Teacher Performance, Leadership Transformal influences that act as a moderator variable relationships Teacher Competency and Performance Leadership influence and effect as a moderator variable relationship Transformal Work Discipline and Performance teacher in state vocational high school in sub rayon 01 Semarang. The population in this study was 247 teachers, while the number of respondents is 144 samples or teacher in state vocational high school in sub rayon 01 Semarang.Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale in the range of 1-7, and the data used are primary data or data obtained from respondents answers to the questionnaire. A statistical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the Teacher Competency positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, discipline and significant work has a positive effect terrhadap teacher performance, Kepemimmpinan Transformational positive and significant impact on teacher performance, Transformational Leadership moderate (strengthen) the effect of the Teacher Performance Competency, Transformational Leadership moderate (weaken) the relationship between the Performance Work Discipline Master. Transformational Leadership, Competence, Work Discipline, transformational leadership role in moderating the relationship Competency and Performance Teacher, Transformational Leadership in Work Discipline moderate the relationship and teacher performance together can explain the variation in teacher performance state vocational high school in sub rayon 01 Semarang was 56.2%, the rest explained by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of pedagogical competence, professional competence, and social competence to teachers’ performance as variables which are considered influencing the transformational leadership of principals. In addition, those variables are considered being influenced by Teachers’ performance of State Secondary Vocational Schools in Regional Area of Rayon 01 Semarang.The samples taken for this research were 141 teachers of official and non official servants of State Secondary Vocational Schools in Regional Area of Rayon 01 Semarang. The overall population is 242 teachers. The method used in collecting data was questionnaires based on Likert Scale with the range from 1 to 7. The data was primary data; it means that this research used respondents’ answers to the questionnaires. Multiple linear regressions were used as statistical technique in processing the data.The result of the study shows that (H1) the lower of teachers’ pedagogical competence the higher of teachers’ performance competence. Consequently, the first hypothesis is rejected. The second hypothesis is (H2), the higher of teachers’ professional competence the higher of teachers’ performance competence. This hypothesis is accepted. The third hypothesis is (H3), the teachers’ social competence is rejected. The fourth hypothesis is (H4) transformational leadership did not have influence the teachers’ performance competence, rejected. The fifth hypothesis (H5) is transformational leadership weakens the influence of pedagogical competence and teachers’ performance relationship. The sixth hypothesis (H6) is the influence of teachers’ professional competence is weakened by transformational leadership of principals. This influence is called weakening moderation. The seventh hypothesis (H7) is moderated-influence between social competence and teachers’ performance is rejected. In general, it can be concluded that the three independent variables and one moderating variable clarified 54,9% the teachers’ performance and the rest were explained by other factors that were not concerned in this research. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Job Stress on Organizational Teachers Performance. Culture as Moderator Variables in Sub Rayon 01 of Semarang. The samples in this study were 136 teachers and civil servants are certified as educators in Sub Rayon 01 of Semarang . Methods of data collection using questionnaires with linkert scale in the range 1-7 , and the data used are primary data or data obtained from respondents answers to the questionnaire. A statistical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the moderating influence Organization Cultural Role Emotional Intelligence and Job Stress on the Performance of teachers together can explain the variation in the performance of teachers in Sub Rayon 01 Semarang 61.7 % , the rest is explained by other factors not examined in this study . Emotional intelligence factors had a more dominant effect of 59.4 % compared to Job Stress in an effort to improve teacher performance while variable does not moderate the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Stress Emotional Intelligence to improve teacher performance in Sub Rayon 01 SMK Semarang City . Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the relationship between competence, motivation and principals leadership on teacher’s performance. The research questions that are delivered are (1) does the competence affect the teacher’s performance, (2) Does motivation effect teacher’s performance, (3) Does principal leadership teacher’s performance, (4) Does principal leadership moderate the effect of competency to the teacher’s performance, (5) Does principals leadership moderate the effect of motivation to the teacher’s performance.The population of this research is SMK teachers of civil schools in Sub Rayon 02 SMK Semarang City, the sun is 294. The sample determination uses purposive sampling, the it can be got 100 respondent of sample. The methodf of data collection is usung quesioner. The data analyze technique is using double regresion.The results of this researth shows that competency does not affect the teacher’s performance, motivation affects positively & significanly the teacher’s performance . The principal leadership does not moderate the corelation of competency andteaher’s motivation to their performance Keywords: Teacher’s competency, motivation, teacher’s performance. Abstract

This study to the purpose of thisnstudy is analyze the effect of organizational climate and leadership mediated by Organizational Commitment. The population is made ​​an object of primary school teachers in the district civil servants Plantungan Kendal totaling 100 people. Sampling was purposive sampling methods that selected according to criteria that are determined to be the respondent. The purposive sampling results can be seen that the number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The results prove that the models ability to explain the influence of climate variables and the Organization of the Principal Leadership Organizational commitment .The Influence of Organizational Climate, Principal Leadership, Organizational Commitment to Teacher Job Satisfaction. Mediation Organizational Climate with Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction Elementary School Teachers in District Plantungan Kendal. Principal leadership by mediating Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction Elementary School Teachers in District Plantungan Kendal. Abstract

This study aims at investigating of the relational dimension of social capital .and Cognitive Dimensions of Social Capital on Performance, Transformational leaderships moderated at SMK Negeri in Pati Regency. The specific aim is to investigate “How isThe influence of Transformational leaderships can moderate the relational dimension of social capital and the cognitive dimensions of social capital to the teacher’s performance”. This study used a sample of teachers at SMK Negeri in Pati Regency, as many as 121 teachers . The sample was taken using randem sampling technique by proportional method 50 percent of the population. The analysis technique uses partial regression. The results of this study show that : (1) the relational dimension of social capital positive and significant to the teachers performance , (2) the cognitive dimensions of social capital positive and significant to the teacher performance , (3) transformational leadership and significant positive effect on teacher performance , (4) transformational leadership weaken the relationship between relational dimension of social capital to the teachers performance ,(5) transformational Leadership weakens the relationship between the cognitive dimension of social capital to the teachers performance. Abstract

This study to analyze the effect of Self Efficacy and Work Discipline to Teacher Performance with Mediation Organizational Commitment. Population is used as the object of the teachers in SMK Pati totaling 221 people. Sampling was purposive sampling methods that sample selected according to criteria that are determined to be the respondent. From the results of purposive sampling can be seen that the number of samples in this study were 203 respondents. The results prove that the models ability to correctly describe the effect of variable Self Efficacy and Organizational Commitment to Work Discipline is 54.4%. While others described by 45.6% to a variable outside the regression model. Self Efficacy and Effects, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment to Teacher Performance by 69.5%. While the other 30.5% is explained beyond this regression model. Self Efficacy with Mediation Organizational Commitment does not have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMK Pati. Mediation test results note that the value is greater than the direct effect of the indirect effect.Discipline Working with Organizational Commitment mediation proved to have a significant impact on teacher performance in SMK Pati. The test results prove the direct influence of greater value than the value of the indirect effect.Keywords: Teacher Self-Efficacy, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of organizational commitment mediates labor discipline and competence on teacher performance at SMK Negeri in Pati regency The population in this study is the civil servant at SMK Negeri in Pati regency. By using the proportional heyer method obtained 132 respondents. The results of this study is the (1) job variable discipline positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, Job Discipline means higher than a teacher it will increase its commitment to the school. (2) Teacher Competency positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, means the better the competence of a teacher, the higher their organizational commitment. (3) Work Discipline has positive and significant impact on teacher performance, the higher the work discipline of a teacher it will be the higher their performance. (4) Teacher Competency positive and significant impact on teacher performance, meaning that the higher the performance, the higher competence posed. (5) organizational commitment was not significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that the higher the organizational commitment of teachers at SMK Negeri in Pati regency, had no effect on their performance, it is seen that the level of commitment organizational significance is 0.691> 0.05. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of work discipline, teacher competence, principal supervision on teacher performance (Study in junior high school teachers in sub rayon 05 kota Semarang). Specific objectives of this study to examine whether the moderating influence of the principal supervision of work discipline, and teachers competence on teacher performance.This study used a sample of junior high school teachers in sub rayon 05 kota Semarang as many as 175 teachers. This study uses a single period in 2013. Sampling technique in this study was a census technique, meaning that all of the population is made the object with the method of data collection using primary data is data obtained from respondents answers to the questions posed in the questionnaire related to teacher discipline, teacher competence, principal supervision and teacher performance comes complete with the identity of the respondents. About 175 questionnaires distributed 161 were returned, and then analyzed using SPSS19.The results showed that: (1) Work Discipline and teacher competence have a significant and positive effect on teacher performance, (2) Principal Supervision did not moderate the influence of work discipline on teacher performance instead principal supervision moderated influence of teacher competence on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence teachers ICT Competence, principal leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction on teacher performance in public junior high school Sub Rayon 05 Semarang. The population numbered 175 people, consisting of public junior high school teachers in Sub Rayon 05 Semarang. There are 175 questionnaires were distributed but only 161 people who return the questionnaires. Methods of data collection using primary data is data obtained from the answers (responses) of respondents to a series of questions that have been posed in the questionnaire related to teachers ICT Competence, principal leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction and teacher performance complete with identities such responders name, age, class etc.. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 19 to test the respondents descriptions, descriptions of variables, validity, reliability, classical assumptions, models and hypotheses. Results of data analysis showed that teachers ICT Competence has no effect on job satisfaction but a positive significant effect on teacher performance, principal leadership significant positive effect on job satisfaction but had no effect on teacher performance, organizational culture significant positive effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance, job satisfaction significant positive effect on teacher performance and the mediating effect of principal leadership on teacher performance but does not mediate the influence of teachers ICT competence and organizational culture on teacher performance.
