Abstract

This research aims to descrip and analyze the effect of leadership and job characteristics on nurses performance and the effect of leadership and job characteristics on nurses performance organizational culture with moderation. The research located at 24 community health center in kabupaten temanggung. Research Sample amount to 131 respondent by using sensus sampling method.Models to be developed during the research are four hypothecal models, which go for the multiple regression analyze and moderation regression analyze method of SPSS analitycal device.The result of research showed that variable of leadership and job characteristics have a positive and significant influence on nurses performance, job characteristic have the most dominant influence on nurses performance. Organisational culture cannot moderate the influence of leadership and job characteristics on nurses performance. Keywords : leadership, job characteristic, organizational culture and performance.

Abstract

This research aims to descrip and analyze the effect of locus of control and job characteristics on employee performance and the effect of locus of control and job characteristics on employee performance organizational culture with moderation. The research located at kabupaten temanggung. Research Sample amount to 115 respondent by using sensus sampling method.Models to be developed during the research are four hypothecal models, which go for the multiple regression analyze and moderation regression analyze method of SPSS analitycal device.The result of research showed that variable of locus of control and job characteristics have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, job characteristic have the most dominant influence on employee performance. Organisational culture can moderate the influence of locus of control on employee performance but organizational culture cannot moderate job characteristics on employee performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Self Efficacy and Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Commitment with organizational culture as moderation. Respondent in this study is employee of sub district exs Kawedanan Temanggung. Population is this research is 204 person and the sample collection technique using purposive sampling criteria : a minimum level education past high school and year of service at least 3 years. The number of respondents who meet these criteria as 166 person. Test instruments use validity and reliability, while the model test use R2 test (coefficient of determination), F test (Goodness of Fit) and t-test (t-test). Hypothesis Testing in this research use the regression analysis with t count criteria. Hypothesis testing is used t count frequency distribution test at significance level (α) of 5%.The results showed (1) Self Efficacy has positive impact on Organizational Commitment, (2) Transformational Leadership Style has positive impact on Organizational Commitment, (3) The Organizational Culture does not moderated the effect of Transformational Leadership Style has positive impact on Organizational Commitment. Abstract

This study aims to examine whether motivation and personality positively and significantly affecting performance through job satisfaction in BadanPelaksanaPenyuluhan, District of Temanggung. This study conducted on employees in BadanPelaksanaPenyuluhan, District of Temanggung that has civil servant status. The method used in this study was census, while the statistical technique used is validity test with matrix component, reliability test with cronbach alpha, multiple regression analysis, t-test and adjusted-R square. The results show that motivation positively and significantly influencing job satisfaction, personality positively and significantly influencing job satisfaction, motivation positively and significantly influencing performance, personality positively and significantly influencing performance, job satisfaction positively and significantly influencing performance, job satisfaction mediating the influence of motivation on performance, whereas job satisfaction was not mediating personality influence on performance. Abstract

This study examined effect of empowerement and motivation to organizational commitment by mediation of job satisfaction on Badan Pelaksana Penyuluhan Kabupaten Temanggung. This study is aimed to identificate : a). positive effect of empowerement and job satisfaction, b). positive effect of motivation and job satisfaction, c). positive effect of empowerement and organizational commitment. d). positive effect motivation and organizational commitment, e). positive job satisfaction and organizational commitment.The object of polulation are Penyuluh PNS of Badan Pelaksana Penyuluhan Kabupaten Temanggung, 86 respondent. Collecting data using sensus methodes. Sample of this study covered from 85 respondens. The instrument is tested by validity test, factor analysis and reliability test (alpha cronbach) and linier regression. T test used to prove the hipotheses while effect mediation test to prove job satisfaction as mediation variabel. The study shows that emporement have positive effect and significant to job satisfaction; empowerement and job satisfaction have positive effect and significant to organizational commitment. This study indicated effect empowerement and organizational commitment was not mediated by job satisfaction. Key word : Empowerement, motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is was to examine the effect of individual characteristic and work motivation to performance lecturer through job satisfaction and organisasional commitment. This research was conducted at Sultan Fatah Universty of Demak.Data on individual characteristic, work motivation, performance, job satisfaction and organisasional commitment is obstained through using a questionare to 110 respondent sample technique withdrawal with purposive from 135 population. Data were analyzed using analysis techniques with the help of Satistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS).The result showed Individual Characteristic and Work Motivation has a positive influence on job satisfaction. Individual Characteristic,Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction has a positive influence on organisasional commitment. Individual Characteristic,Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, organisasional commitment has a positive influence on performance.Based on the results of hyphotesis testing the problem of this study are Individual Characteristic has a not influence on lecturer performance in Sultan fatah University.  Keyword: Individual Characteristic, Work Motivation, Performance , Job Satisfaction Organisasional Commitment.

Abstract

This study is aimed to examine and analyze the influence of competency profesional, leadership transformasional, and communication interpersonal on improving job performance mediation job satisfaction to teacher’s goverment yunior school in the Boja.The population taken in this study is all the permanent teachers civil servant in teachers goverment yunior school in the Boja with 110 respondents. The method used for examining the data includes validity test with factor analysis and reliability test using the Cronbach’s Alpha formula, double regression analysis, signification test and determination of coefficient to prove the truth of hipotesa, as well as the mediation test.the result of the study showed that (1) Professional competence positively influences and significant to the job performance sebesar 15,7 %, (2) Professional competence positively influences and significant to the job satisfaction19,8 % (3) Leadership Transformasional positively influences and significant to the teacher’s performance,sebesar 10,6 % (4) Leadership Transformasional positively influences and significant to the teacher’s performance, sebesar 51,2% (5) Communication interpersonal positively influences and significant to the teacher’s performance,73,9% , (6) ) Communication interpersonal positively influences and significant to the job satisfaction, sebesar 16,7 %(7) Job satisfaction influences and significant to the teacher’s performance sebesar 16,1 %.(8) Professional competence is mediated job satisfaction on teacher performnce. , (9) Leadership Transformasional is mediated job satisfaction on teacher performance.(10) Communication Interpersonal is mediated job mediated job satisfaction on teacher performance. Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the organizational culture role of moderating influence of discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of Public Primary School Teachers at UPT Disdikpora Batang.In this study population is 338, whereas samples taken a number of 115 respondents with a purposive sampling method. By the criteria of minimum education level of S1, at least 30 years of age, years of service at least 10 years, rank / group at least class III and already citified. Measurements using a Likert 5 alternative scale. Alternative instrument used is the validity and reliability. Classical assumption used normality test, multikolonieritas test and heteroskedasticity test, While the test model used is the coefficient of determination (R²) dan F test (anova test). The hypothesis test used in this study used regression analysis with t criteria test frequency distribution for the level of significance (α) 5%.The results showed the variables of discipline, organizational commitment and organizational culture collectively have the same effect as 67.6% of teachers performance, while 32.4% influenced by other variables not included in the study. Based on research results can be summarized as follows: (1) Discipline has positive and significant impact on performance. (2) Organizational commitment has positive and significant impact on performance. (3) Organizational culture has positive and significant impact on performance. (4) Organizational culture has not role of moderating influence of discipline on the performance. (4) Organizational culture has not role of moderating influence of organizational commitment on the performance.Keywords: Discipline, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Teacher Performance

Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine and to analyse the role of organization culture and principal transformational leadership moderate the effect of work motivation on teacher performance in SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 05 Kota Semarang.The respondents of the study were 161 teachers of SMP Negeri Sub Rayon 05 Kota Semarang (SMPN 4, SMPN 6, SMPN 20, and SMPN 38). The primary data were collected by using questionnaire which consist of 65 indicators measuring variables of the study. This study used regression analysis.The findings of the study by using factor analysis revealed that work motivation, culture organization, and principal transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on teacher performance. However, culture organization and principal transformational leadership did not moderate the effect of work motivation on teacher performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of discipline and motivation on teacher performance with mediation on teacher’s job satisfaction Sub Rayon 02 SMA Negeri Semarang. This research uses field research, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the teachers who teach in high schools Semarang Sub Rayon 02 totaling 190 people. Samples were taken using proporsional random sampling technique of 129 teachers. Analysis techniques using multiple linear model testing analysis, R2 Test, F Test, hypothesis testing using the t test and the effects test mediation (path analysis).The results showed that: (1) discipline has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) motivation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) discipline has no effect on teacher’s performance,(4) motivation has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, (5) job satisfaction hasand significant effect on teacher’s performance, (6) job satisfaction mediates the effect of discipline on teacher’s performance, (7) job satisfaction, does not mediate the effect of motivation on teacher’s performance.
