Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of discipline and motivation on teacher performance with mediation on teacher’s job satisfaction Sub Rayon 02 SMA Negeri Semarang. This research uses field research, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the teachers who teach in high schools Semarang Sub Rayon 02 totaling 190 people. Samples were taken using proporsional random sampling technique of 129 teachers. Analysis techniques using multiple linear model testing analysis, R2 Test, F Test, hypothesis testing using the t test and the effects test mediation (path analysis). The results showed that: (1) discipline has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) motivation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) discipline has no effect on teacher’s performance,(4) motivation has positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers, (5) job satisfaction hasand significant effect on teacher’s performance, (6) job satisfaction mediates the effect of discipline on teacher’s performance, (7) job satisfaction, does not mediate the effect of motivation on teacher’s performance. Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the role of leadership style and organizational climate on the teachers performance of junior high school in the District of Tayu with organizational commitment as an intervining variable. The usefulness of this study to clarify and extend previous research on the role of leadership style and organizational climate on the performance of junior high school teachers in the District of Tayu with organizational commitment as a interviningvariable. This research uses a quantitative approach is supported by qualitative descriptive analysis. The population was teachers of junior high school in the district of Tayu, amount to 112 people. The research usescensus techniques, which all as the sample of population. Techniques of data analysis starts from instrument test, the classical assumption test, models test, goodness of fit test, regression analysis, hypothesis test and mediation test. The study of teachers of junior high school in the district of Tayu showed: (1) leadership style did not significantly influence organizational commitment, (2) organizational climate significantly influenced organizational commitment, (3) leadership style significantly influenced on the teacher performance, (4) organizational climate significantly influenced on the teacher performance, (5) organizational commitment significantly influenced the teacher’s performance, (6) in effective organizational commitment to mediate the effect of leadership style on teachers performance, and (7) ineffective organizational commitment to mediate the effect of organizational climate on teachers performance. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Teacher Performance and Job Satisfaction as madiation variable.Object in this study is in SMAN 1 and SMA 2 Pekalongan by the number of respondents 105 respondents and the census method. Test used is the instrument and path analysis.Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (1) Leadership positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Organizational Culture and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) Leadership positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (4) Organizational culture positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (5) Job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on teacher performance , (6) Variable job satisfaction mediates the effect of leadership style on teacher performance , while the satisfaction variables keja not mediate the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of motivation on the performance and competence of lecturers to be mediated by organizationalcommitmentin Marine Polytechnic state of Semarang. The population of this study is 98 lecturer of Marine Polytechnic State of Semarang. Analysis of the data was using double linear regression. Based on this study that themotivation positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, competence positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers, competence positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers.Organizational commitment positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers. Organizational commitment did not mediate motivation on performance lecturer for the indirect effect is smaller than the direct effect, and organizational commitment did not mediate the competence of the lecturers performance because the indirect effect is smaller than the direct effect. Abstract

In this study, the authors focused on the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, Achievement Motivation Against Teacher Performance. In addition, this study also conducted to determine the organizational culture as a variable moderate Leadership Transformasioanal and Achievement Motivation on teacher performance in SMP Negeri 04 Sub Rayon 04 Semarang. Total population in this study was 183 teachers, while the number of samples is 107 teachers. Data collection methods used in this study is the method of questionnaire with Likert scale 1-5. Furthermore, the author uses primary data obtained from respondents answers to aquestionnaire. Data processing using statistical techniques, multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data.The results showed that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Transformasioanal. simultaneously contribute to teacher performance as much as 38%. Moderate Achievement Motivation does not affect the performance of teachers. Achievement motivation was not significant with a significance of 0.420 is greater than 0.05. Organizational culture has a more dominant effect on teacher performance. Achievement motivation did not affect the performance of teachers, and the culture of the organization does not moderate Transformasioanal Ledership and Achievement Motivation Leadership on Teacher Performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the "Effect of School Organizational Climate, Self Efficacy, Leadership Style and Professional Performance Against Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment as Mediating. The method used is descriptive quantitative, seeking independent variables affect the dependent variable. Primary data obtained from the survey questionnaire as a data collection tool, the secondary data obtained through oral information from the school that became the object of research. Regression test results indicate that the independent variables, namely self-efficacy has a direct influence on performance. Leadership style has a direct influence on performance. Organizational commitment mediates professional commitment to the performance of job satisfaction mediates professional commitment to performance. Organizational commitment mediates the school organizational climate on performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment mediates professional commitment to performance. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the role of career plateau and job characteristics on organizational commitment through job satisfaction with moderation supervisory support to teachers of SMA Rayon 01 in Demak. Object of this study is the teachers Rayon 01 SMA Demak. Collection method used was purposive sampling method and questionnaire by sending a questionnaire to the respondent. After the data is collected and analyzed using SPSS 16.0. There are 92 respondents had participated in this study. Using Multiple Regression technique, results of this study that the characteristics of the job generating positive and significant effect on job satisfaction , career plateau and a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, job characteristics and significant positive effect on organizational commitment, career plateau, and a significant negative effect on oeganisasional commitment, job satisfaction and a positive effect significant impact on organizational commitment, supervisor support moderates the influence of career plateau on job satisfaction and that also moderate organizational commitment as well. Abstract

Regression test results indicate that the independent variables, which are not significant leadership on satisfaction, quality of work life (QWL) is significant to job satisfaction, whereas work environment affect the job satisfaction. interaction regression test data, we can conclude that the work environment can not be used as a moderator variable for leadership and quality of work life (QWL) on job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and Commitment to Performance Master Teacher Principal Leadership as moderation . This research was conducted on the entire teachers SMP , SMA Yayasan Pondok Modern Selamat Kendal, amounting to 106 teachers. Statistical analysis of the results obtained that ( 1 ) Teachers Competency gives positive and significant impact to teachers ( 2 ) Teachers Commitment gives positive and significant impact to the performance of teachers ( 3 ) Principal leadership has positive and significant effect to the teachers performance ( 4 ) Principal Leadership moderate of competence gives positive and significant effect to the performance of teachers , ( 5 ) Principal Leadership moderate of Commitment gives positive and significant effect to the performance of teachers . Moderation test proves that the head of School Leadership as moderating variables that affect the performance of the teachers contributor. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Work Motivation and The teachers’ Performance Competencies by Teachers Work Discipline mediation in SMK Negeri Semarang at Sub Rayon 2.The population in this study is 294 teachers, while the number of respondents is 100 samples and Civil Servants teacher of SMK Negeri SemarangatSubRayon2.The method of This research used descriptive method correlation. The collection data method use questionnaires with Likert scales in the range of 1 5, the data is used primary data or data obtained from respondents answers to questionnaire.Research results show that the effect on work motivation workplace discipline, teacher competence does not affect the work discipline, work motivation does not affect the performance of teachers, teachers’ competence was positively and significantly affect the performance of teachers, work discipline has significant positive effect on the teachers’ performance, work disciplne in influence on the performance of the teachers’ motivation , work discipline does not mediate the effect of job competence on teacher performance.
