Abstract

Abstract

Max Weber was a sociologist known for his theoretical approach to "Social Action". Max Weber's methodology differed from structural theorists such as Émile Durkheim and Karl Marx in that he used this form of social action analysis. In his view, social action is the recognition that individual action is directed by certain motives and goals. An action has a subjectivity of meaning and can affect other people, so that it has a subjectivity of meaning for both oneself and others. Power, in contrast, is defined as the ability to carry out the will of someone who opposes it in a social setting, regardless of the source of that ability.

Abstract

Abstract

In 1858, Emile Durkheim presented a sociological theory of the concept of solidarity. According to Durkheim, solidarity is a bond between individuals and/or groups based on moral values and beliefs, which are developed from shared emotional experiences. Solidarity stresses the state of interaction between individuals and organizations and serves as the basis for a common bond in life that is supported by the moral standards and beliefs of society. The real realization of a partnership will evoke emotional experiences that will strengthen the partnership. Simple civilization has grown into a modern society. Primitive society's social solidarity is different from modern society's solidarity.

Abstract

In the application of laws and regulations in Indonesia, there are many weaknesses, one of which does not meet the concept of fair efficiency as regulated in Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislations, both at the level of formation, application or law enforcement. Today, technology is experiencing an increasingly rapid development along with the times. The development of technology is something that cannot be touched. The role of law as a tool of social control involves the state to run it, therefore the role of the executive and legislature in making the rule of law is very important and dominant because the state has the obligation to protect all its citizens.

The findings of our research are that AI can analyse global political data from various sources. AI can be used to analyse public policy data and provide recommendations to political leaders about steps that might be taken. One of the implementations of AI in global politics is in facilitating collaboration between countries in facing global challenges by answering complex problems such as climate change, cyber security and cooperation between countries.

Abstract

Indonesia's Foreign Policy has played an essential role in determining the direction of this country's international relations. One example is the termination of Indonesia's participation in the Inter-Governmental Group on Indonesia (IGGI) in 1992. This study analyses the factors underlying Indonesia's foreign policy decision to terminate the IGGI. Using a historical approach and foreign policy analysis, this research highlights the political, economic and strategic factors influencing these policies. The results show that Indonesia's termination of the IGGI was a response to regional and global political dynamics at the time and shifts in Indonesia's foreign policy priorities. The implications of terminating the IGGI on Indonesia's bilateral relations with donor countries and Indonesia's domestic political dynamics are also debated in this analysis. This study provides important insights into the relationship between Indonesian foreign policy and regional political dynamics in the past and its relevance in the current context of Indonesian foreign policy.
