Abstract

Bearing in mind that Isteshab principle is ranked as established principles and in proportion to other threesome principles, it locates at the top; therefore obviously in lieu of other operation principles, it acts like an indication and it has priority in opposition with acquittal principle, caution and authority with all kinds and fundamentalists have consensus in this case, but whatever in this problem makes difference and contention is the primacy quality of Isteshab principle which is perceptible in principle sources of some theories. Some fundamentalists considered primacy from respect of entrance; some from respect of government and some by separation of intellectual and quoted principles believing in government and entrance and some of them believing in to allocation. Therefore our try in this article is the examination of the primacy quality of Isteshab principle from fundamentalists’ viewpoint and adaption with sufficiency processor idea and sharehin. The result of essay is that apparently primacy aspect of Isteshab in proportion to other practical principles whether intellectual or religiously correct is simply from respect of entrance; because by Isteshab principle, threesome principles subject deliberately is no longer contemplated.

Abstract

Abstract

Islam provides full guidance on all aspects of man’s life. It regulates the conduct of man to be in line with the tenets of the Shari’ah. Every community or tribe has its own customs, traditions, norms, and values that bind them together. In the same vein, Hausa people were identified with their set of traditions and culture since time immemorial. Some of these customs were worthy of commendation while others were blameworthy. With the coming of Islam in the land and the reforms brought by different agencies, groups, and individuals, Hausa culture was made to conform to the teachings of Islam. The Colonialists reached Hausa Land when Islam was firmly established. When they failed in the massive conversion of the Muslims to Christianity, they resorted to promoting some of the Hausa cultures which Islam condemned and prohibited. This paper seeks to examine how Islam interacted with these un-Islamic Hausa culture as promoted by the colonialists and Christian missionaries to counter its teachings

Abstract

Religious pluralisme is a term used to refer to positive attitudes toward world religions (e.g., Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Budhism, Catholic, etc) with the aim ofcreating a harmonious, peaceful, and prosperous life within a pluralist society byupholding people's equal rights to live peacefully in this world. The aim of this articleis to elaborate on the concept of religious pluralism and its relation to Islamic education. There have been a controversy caused by the differing definitions ofreligious pluralism, which has led to certain misconceptions and hence its alienation from Islamic education in general. In the face of such challenges, efforts mustcontinually be made to foster mutual understanding and respect between people ofdifferent religions in order to avoid potential conflicts, either between peopleembracing different religions or people within the same religion. It is this positiveawareness which religious pluralism seeks to foster. Thus, incorporating the conceptof pluralism into Islamic education is a must, especially by making change to thesystem of Islamic education which for a long time has focused only on buildingindividual or communal piety. The new priority should be given to the creation ofsocial sensitivity toward pluralism, either through cultural, language, or religiousinterventions. This all aims at reinforcing the notion of Islam as Rahmatallil’alamin.
