Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between service quality and product quality for customer satisfaction when shopping at Sippa All Shop Medan boutique. In this study, 69 individuals were selected and determined using a simple random sample. Data Collection Techniques - Distribution of interviews and questionnaires to respondents who shop frequently at shifa olshop boutiques. The data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that service quality (X1) and product quality (X2) had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) of Shifa Olshop Boutique Medan. In the test, the coefficient of determination (R2) is used to determine the ability of the independent variable used in the regression equation to account for the dependent variation. This value obtained from the modified Rsquared has a value of 0.706, which means that the relationship between the two independent variables of the dependent variable changes by 70.6%, or it can be said that customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality and product quality. The remaining 29.4% was due to other factors not considered in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variableat the north sungkai subdistrict office north lampung, employees at  the north sungkai sub district office in north lampung in carrying out prigram or tasks are always given direction by the leader and the pettern of relationship that are well estabilished between the leader.and subordinates so that enthusiasm to feel motivated so that they can achieve agency goals effectively and efficiently. The data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the 35 respondets who filled out questionnaire and used econdry data, namely in the form of supporting data whose source in this study used path analysis with the help of the spss program. Based on the t-test, the spirit of the partial way of leadership style has a positive an significant effect on employee performance, the result of the f-test of leadership style and employee performace simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on motivation at the north Sungkai sub – district office north Lampung.

Abstract

Supply of materials is an important asset for a company which do  production process activities. If the supply of materials is optimal, it will support the smooth running of the company's production process. Supply of material’s planning and control systems are needed. The research is a quantitative study, which is to the detail review tp the use of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method for controlling the supply of materials in the Hong Brothers Plastic Industry. The research’s object is the amount of purchases, the amount of inventory, the amount of supply material used for production process activities, and the ordering costs and storage costs of the supply of materials. The results of study found an optimal supply of PVC materials used the EOQ method is 2732 kg with Purchase Frequency is 8 times, Safety Stock is 898 kg and ROP is 1070 kg with TIC is Rp 7,562,567. Meanwhile, paint materials used the EOQ method is 527 kg with Purchase Frequency is 8 times, Safety Stock is 105.4 kg and ROP is 139 kg with TIC is Rp 7,562,169. Then for Thinner used the EOQ method is 2565 liters with Purchase Frequency is 8 times, Safety Stock is 501 liters and ROP of 663 kg with TIC is Rp 7,562,486.

Abstract

The government accounting information system was developed on an accrual basis. Many obstacles in the application of the accrual basis are faced by the state financial management apparatus. Broadly speaking, these constraints are categorized into two factors, namely the preparation of information system technology and the operators who run the system. Information technology is an important tool that supports organizational effectiveness and efficiency in supporting good state financial governance. Literature study with the selection of topics relevant to the current conditions of implementing SAKTI 2022. The journal publications used are those published by universities and the Ministry of Finance. The keywords for journal search are "implementation" and "SAKTI”. The criteria for the selected journals are (a) studies that discuss the impact of implementing SAKTI, (b) original research, and (c) journals published by universities or institutions. The results of the review show that the quality of SAKTI is well received, although it is recommended that some features be improved. One of the risks borne by the durability of this system device is very important. Efforts to mitigate the risk require a high level of technical support. This requires proficient skills, fast response times, solution accuracy, and even empathy for system users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang. The main source for the success of the task in an effort to increase work productivity. The respondents of this research were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Tanjung Karang, totaling 30 respondents. Data collection using SPSS version 25.0. Based on the results of the discussion obtained multiple linear regression equations. The coefficient of determination test is 0.417. The test results show that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the f test results at a significant level of 0.000 simultaneously showing competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Peranan sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi. Seiring dengan perkembangan dalam era reformasi dewasa ini, semua organisasi publik dan aparatur negara dituntut untuk dapat melaksanakan tugas dengan penuh tanggung jawab untuk mencapai kinerja yang baik. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja tersebut adalah disiplin kerja. Namun fenomena yang terjadi dalam hal disiplin kerja adalah dapat dilihat dari kesadaran pegawai yang belum maksimal dalam menaati peraturan yang ada dalam instansi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kegagalan disiplin kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Gunung Labuhan Kabupaten Way Kanan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor Kecamatan Gunung Labuhan Kabupaten Way Kanan.  Dibuktikan oleh nilai Rsquare sebesar  36.4%, sedangkan sisanya 63.6% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap peningkatan jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru di Lembaga Kursus Bahasa Inggris Language Exchange. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar di Lembaga Kursus Bahasa Inggris Language Exchange yaitu sebanyak 75 orang yang terdiri dari 15 siswa SD, 30 siswa SMP, 20 siswa SMA dan 10 orang yang telah lulus dari sekolah. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada seluruh responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan pangkat secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru. Promosi dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan jumlah mahasiswa baru.

Abstract

Rendahnya pengetahuan menjadi tugas khusus bagi perguruan tinggi dalam mencetak lulusan yang berkualitas dan membentuk lulusan yang memiliki mental yang baik. kendala dalam pengembangan UKM, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan dan pelatihan yang hanya mengandalkan insting dan ambisi pengusaha, kelemahan dalam promosi, serta keterbatasan sumber modal. Penelitian ini untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh pelatihan dan pembinaan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap pengembangan usaha pada UMKM Binaan Rumah Kreatif PT. Semen Baturaja. Sampel penelitian ini menggambil sampel ini sebanyak 140 UMKM dan data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Temuan penelitian adalah pelatihan dan pembinaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha. Pengaruh yang paling kuat adalah pembinaan, sedangkan pelatihan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sangat rendah. Disarankan kepada Rumah Kreatif Baturaja agar dapat meningkatkan pelatihan dan pembinaan agar UMKM menjadi lebih mampu bersaing di dunia pemasaran.

Abstract

McDonalds merupakan perusahaan global yang memiliki banyak pesaing baru untuk bisnis sejenisnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan merek terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada produk McDonald’s. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada McDonald’s Kedaton, Bandar Lampung.

Pengaruh yang paling kuat adalah pembinaan, sedangkan pelatihan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang sangat rendah. Disarankan kepada Rumah Kreatif Baturaja agar dapat meningkatkan pelatihan dan pembinaan agar UMKM menjadi lebih mampu bersaing di dunia pemasaran.
