Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan rakyat miskin adalah Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM), program ini merupakan salah satu upaya penyelamatan dalam bentuk bantuan langsung yang menyentuh masyarakat miskin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pelaksanaan program nasional pemberdayaan masyarakat (PNPM) terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Gemuhblanten Kecamatan Gemuh Kabupaten Kendal.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kuantitatif, dengan tipe penelitian Explanatory. Sampel penelitian diambil secara sensus yaitu seluruh anggota simpan pinjam Desa Gemuhblanten sebanyak 37 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara Observasi, Interview Guide, Questionere dan Dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data meliputi editing, coding dan tabulating serta dalam menganalisa data menggunakan analisa kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment dengan r hasil = 0,581. Selanjutnya nilai tersebut dikonsultasikan dengan r tabel dengan N = 37 pada taraf signifikansi 5% diketahui nilai tabel 0,325. Jadi nilai r hasil lebih besar dibandingkan dengan “r” tabel (0,581 > 0,325). Hal ini  menyimpulkan bahwa hipotesa yang menyatakan “Ada Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat di Desa Gemuhblanten Kecamatan Gemuh Kabupaten Kendal”  dinyatakan DITERIMA Sebagai rekomendasi dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu 1. mengikutsertakan para pelaku usaha kecil/ rumah tangga dalam berbagai kegiatan kursus atau pelatihan untuk menambah ketrampilan dan kemampuan usaha.     2. pemerintah membantu pemasaran hasil produksi. 3. Perlunya menggerakkan pelaku usaha kecil/ industri rumah tangga untuk bergabung dalam asosiasi atau koperasi. Kata kunci: PNPM, Ekonomi masyarakat, Kesejahteraan, Simpan pinjam, status social Ekonomi ABSTRACT One of the government's efforts to realize the welfare of the poor is the National Program for Community Empowerment (PNPM), this program is one of the rescue efforts in the form of direct aid that touch the poor. The purpose of this study was to determine whether any effect of the implementation of the national community empowerment program (PNPM) to increase the local economy in the Village District Gemuhblanten Gemuh Kendal District.  The method used in this research is quantitative method, with Explanatory research type. The samples taken in the census are all members of village savings and loan Gemuhblanten as many as 37 people. Data collection techniques by way of observation, Interview Guide, Questionere and Documentation. Data processing techniques including editing, coding and tabulating and analyzing the data using qualitative and quantitative analysis.  Hypothesis testing using Product Moment correlation technique with results r = 0.581. Further consultation with the r value is a table with N = 37 at significance level of 5% is known the value of the table 0.325. So the value of r is greater than the "r" table (0.581> 0.325). It is concluded that the hypothesis which states "There's Influence Implementation of the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) to the Community Economic Improvement District in the Village Gemuhblanten Gemuh Kendal regency" stated RECEIVED As a recommendation from this research are 1. involving the small business / home in a variety of courses or training activities to increase skills and business skills. 2. government to help the marketing of production. 3. Abstract

Human Resource Mangement (HRM) in the process of trying to join a management strategy in this field of study has generated a lot of conceptions and practitioners of the articles on certain HR practices proposed to be associated with a variety of corporate strategy. Plus more research to examine the factors on HR practices from a strategic perspective. Through the development of new disciplines related to Human Resource Mangement Strategy (SHRM). The reason for this theory is still in the growth of the suggestions and criticisms are very significant is needed in this field of study. Resource-based view suggests that human resource systems can contribute to sustainable competitive advantage through facilitating the development of firm-specific competencies, produce complex social relationships, which is embedded in the history and culture of the company, and generate knowledge organization In this paper we provide an overview of the development of the theory of HR (Human Resources) in the development of human resource strategies based RBV. In HRM research should be based on organizational context, HRM issues is part of an open system, and the research that theoretically would be detrimental if it is not placed in the broader organizational context. In a change both in terms of operation, system and structure of the company because the business environment is dynamic and therefore difficult to dipridiksi.Namun SDM is a vital competitive advantage for the management of other resources that depend on human resources management.

Abstract

Workforce development can be viewed from two aspects, namely supplies or labor supply and labor demand or requirement. Manpower development in Central Java province aimed at balancing between labor supply with labor demand. Employment issues in the city of Semarang is urgent to solve one of which is the high Unemployment rate. The purpose of this study to analyze the creation of jobs in the city, in order to reduce the number of unemployed. Sources of data obtained from primary data using interviews (in-depth interview) and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) and secondary data collected by the method of documentation. The research variables are supplies or labor supply (supply) and demand or labor requirements (demand). Engineering analysis using analysis of Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT). Results of this study indicate that the overall employment number is far fewer than the number of unemployed. As a result, the number of unemployed is difficult to bereduced (backlog). Job opportunities in the field of trade and services is quite open and evolving, but in terms of the availability of labor engaged in trade and services not in accordance with the needs. Employment strategy is to open opportunities as possible for investment is in any field. Job creation or business needs to pay attention to other aspects of the investment, industry, trade, cooperatives and SMEs, as well as the business needs to be raised so that the efforts to reduce the unemployment rate can be realized, and the longer the backlog of unemployed will decrease.

Abstract

Konsep satuan perpindahan merupakan konsep dasar yang sering digunakan  untuk evaluasi unjuk kerja kolom ekstrasi cair-cair. Adanya dinamika tetesan yang komplek, seperti yang telah dijelaskan dalam langkah pertama, maka dinamika tetesan harus diperhitungkan dalam penggunaan konsep satuan perpindahan. Faktor dinamika tetesan yang dilibatkan dalam pemodelan evaluasi unjuk kerja kolom isian berdasarkan konsep satuan perpindahan ialah dalam bentuk distribusi ukuran tetesan. Agar faktor tersebut dapat diperhitungkan, maka dalam pengembangan model evaluasi ini dilakukan pendekatan secara diskret dimana kolom isian dibagi dalam beberapa segmen dan ditiap segmen distribusi ukuran tetesannya dianggap tetap. Hal ini sesuai dengan pola kuantifikasi dinamika tetesan yang dikembangkan pada langkah kedua. Adanya distribusi ukuran tetesan ditiap segmen menyebabkan adanya berbagai harga koefisien perpindahan massa pada segmen tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan bahwa ukuran tetesan yang berbeda akan memberikan harga koefisien perpindahan massa yang berbeda baik di sisi fasa kontinyu maupun di sisi fasa dispersi. Dengan pendekatan diskret maka disetiap segmen harga masing-masing koefisen perpindahan massa dapat ditentukan sesuai dengan kelas diameternya. Dengan anggapan bahwa laju perpindahan solute sebanding dengan jumlah tetesan, maka harga koefisien perpindahan massa disuatu segmen diambil harga rata-rata dengan pembobotan yang sama dengan fraksi ukuran tetesan. Langkah ini memungkinkan untuk mengetahui harga teoritik tinggi segmen tersebut. Pendekatan distribusi tetesan untuk proses ekstraksi cair – cair pada kolom isian merupakan cara pemecahan seksama untuk mencakup peran dinamika tetesan dalam peneracaan massa. Model ekstraksi cair-cair yang diusulkan diperoleh melalui modifikasi Konsep Satuan Perpindahan (HTU – NTU) dengan memanfaatkan distribusi tetesan yang lebih seksama dan memberikan hasil perhitungan tinggi total bahan isian yang lebih baik

Abstract

The globalization of markets, rapid advancements in new technology, higher levels of competition, increasing focus on costs and cost management and the inevitable excess of demand over supply in terms of talented individuals all contribute to drive for change contemporary organizations. Models private university than can provide organizations with a robust, integrated and pragmatic approach to anable them to understand the dynamic of the change process and then proactively drive organization change. The main purpose of this research is to test and analyse the direct effect of organizational strategy, marketing relation, organization learning and performance  to service quality  of management  s-1 study program  accredited  in Kopertis Regional  VI Central Java. There are  research samples counted 392 respondent students.  They are  divided into  82 students for A accreditation, and 222 students  for B accreditation, and 88 students for C accreditation.  The research object is private universities, in this case the accredited management study program. This research took its samples  by  the techniques purposive random sampling and  student met in field.  The data analysis is carried out by applying structural equation model. To investigate the difference of service quality based on the accreditation criterion, this research used  ANOVA. The research result  indicates: 1.Organizational strategy has  a direct  effect on the marketing relation. 2. Organizational strategy has a direct  effect on the service quality. 3. Marketing relation has a direct influence on the organization learning. 4. Marketing relation  is influential and negative on the service quality. Negative condition show do not ready study program and lack of preparation of important anticipatory of marketing relation.This is due to the fact that  marketing relation has to be  applied on  broad relations, long-term relation and  within study program network and university  network based on the vision of the study program service.  5.. Organization learning has a direct effect on performance. Organization learning is street for organization to improve performance reacted precisely to change in environment which do not earn to be forecasted. 6. Organization learning does not have an effect on to service quality. The ability of study program becomes  the main focus to gain profit by creating customers satisfaction. 7. Performance   has a direct  effect on the service quality.  8. There is a different  service quality based on the criterion of accreditation.

Abstract

Pengakuan, pengaturan dan perlindungan terhadap HAM merupakan konsekuensi konsepsi negara hukum. Dalam pelaksanaannya HAM di setiap negara didasarkan pada pandangan yang berbeda sesuai paham yang dianut. Di Indonesia pemikiran tentang HAM nampak dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan. Permasalahannya : Bagaimana implementasi hukum tentang konsepsi perlindungan hak-hak tersangka dalam perkembangan pengaturan HAM di Indonesia ? Politik hukum mengenai HAM tertera di dalam : Ketetapan MPR No. XVII/MPR/1998 tentang HAM, Ketetapan MPR No. IV/MPR/1999 tentang GBHN, dan Undang-Undang No. 39 tahun 1999 tentang HAM dan UU No. 26 Tahun 2000 tentang Pengadilan HAM di bidang hukum pidana pelanggaran HAM di atur dalam UU No. 8 Tahun 1981 tentang KUHAP, yang salah satu tujuannya adalah melindungi hak-hak asasi manusia (tersangka/terdakwa) dalam proses peradilan pidana.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, to know the advantages and disadvantages of cash collection system in private hospitals in Semarang based on accounting information systems are still running during this time, then reengineered to improve cash collection cycle. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. Based on the research, known system of patient care Private Hospital in Semarang, which runs up to now too long because the patient is required to repeatedly (and back) to the Administration outpatients, after the patient completed through the process of health care, and this has resulted in process accounting become too long. Accounting information systems, especially in cash collection in the Private Hospital in Semarang, which is too long results in delays in the process of making financial reports to the Board of Directors. To improve cash collection cycle that has been running for this by making a cash collection system design is shorter in pemprosesannya, namely the patient's payment is made after completing all types of health care in the outpatient clinic at the outpatient administration of the Settlement and a statement made ​​by the Administration patients outpatient care. Design of computerized cash collection system using the method of real time to all processes at the transaction of patients at the Polyclinic and the batch method used in the accounting for all patient care data from the Administration outpatients in the process the next day as a step supervision.    The result is expected to be used as a guide in improving the cash collection system that runs so far in the Private Hospital in Semarang.

Abstract

Article is one of the important things when someone studies a language. In general, articles both in English and German have the same meaning, but different forms and functions will be seen in the sentences. These differences are supposed to be understood. In English, the definite and indefinite articles do not change at all in the gender and the plural forms of the words which follow, as well as in nominative case (as subject), accusative case (as direct object), dative case (as indirect object), and genitive case (as possession). On the other hand, in German, the articles change in the cases mentioned above. After analyzing the articles of both languages, the writer concludes that there are similarities and differences as well in using articles in English and German. The similarities are when we use the articles before the only one subject, for mentioning the second time, before names of group of islands and before superlative adjectives. Meanwhile, in German when we use articles for genders, singular and plural nouns, and cases, it will differ extremely from English.

Abstract

Sapir-Whorf Hypothesis is a hypothesis which shows an interrelationship between language and the mind. In Japanese the relationship between the mind and language has created a language reality in which language is influenced by the cultures of the Japanese society. The influencing cultures are Joge Kankei (vertical relationship, upper-lower, social stratifications) and Uchi Soto (inner-outer circle of people), and one of the language elements being influenced is the ‘offering-accepting’ expression. The ‘offering-accepting’ expression for nouns is represented by the words ageru, kureru morau in the ordinary style of the language, and sashi ageru, kudasaru and itadaku in the polite style. In services teageru, te morau and te kureru are used.The use of the ‘offering-accepting’ expression is based on who is talking to whom, from which he/she comes, and what is the status of the speaker and the interlocutor. The correct use of the expression reflects an understanding of the culture of the Japanese society.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai notaris mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan pada kantor notaris , adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja adalah Leader Member Exchange, Pemberdayaan dan Komitmen Organisasional. Hubungan antara atasan dan bawahan menentukan keharmonisan suasana kantor notaris ditunjang dngan  pemberdayaan dan   Komitmen organisasional yang kuat diharapkan akan diperoleh kinerja yang optimal.   Permasalahan  penelitian adalah bagaimana pengaruh Leader Member Exchange dan Pemberdayaan   terhadap Kinerja pegawai notaris di Propinsi Jawa Tengah secara langsung  maupun  melalui mediasi   Komitmen Organisasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis  dan mengetahui pengaruh Leader Member Exchange dan Pemberdayaan   terhadap Kinerja secara langsung  maupun  melalui mediasi Komitmen Organisasional. Penelitian ini termasuk  jenis  penelitian explanatory dengan menggunakan data primer dengan sampel sejumlah 105  dari populasi 1860 pegawai notaris di Jawa Tengah . Teknik pengumpulan data secara kuesioner serta mengunakan uji instrumen  berupa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Package  for the Sosial Sciences) . Hasil penelitian menunjukan  Leader Member Exchange  dan Pemberdayaan berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, Komitmen Organisasional  dan Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, .  Pemberdayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, Leader Member Exchange tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi Komitmen Organisasional, Pemberdayaan berpengaruh  terhadap Kinerja dengan mediasi Komitmen Organisasional.            Saran yang diberikan antara lain : Pimpinan agar memberikan arahan yang jelas didalam pelaksanaan   pekerjaan, menumbuhkan sikap dan semangat  yang tinggi melalui pemberdayaan  dan peningkatan komitmen organisasional.
