Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA, yang dilaksanakan diSDN 99 Pekanbaru pada semester ganjil TA 2012/2013 dengan subjek siswa kelas Vdengan jumlah 30 orang siswa. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah eksperimen one-grouppretest-posttest design dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Contextual Teachingand Laerning (CTL). Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar IPAsiswa kelas V SD Negeri 99 Pekanbaru, hal ini terlihat dari 30 orang siswa, yangmencapai KKM sebanyak 5 orang siswa (17%) yang tidak mencapai KKM sebanyak25 (83%) . Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah lembarobservasi, soal tes IPA, dan angket. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh data hasilbelajar IPA siswa kelas V SD Negeri 99 Pekanbaru tergolong rendah. Solusi untukmemperbaiki masalah tersebut yaitu dengan menerapkan model Contextual Teachingand Learning (CTL). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh aktivitas siswa dan gurumemberi respons yang baik dan positif untuk penerapan model Contextual Teachingand Learning (CTL) dalam pelajaran IPA. Hasil analisis data diperoleh skor rata -rata pretest 50,0 sedangkan pada posttest 93,8. Hasil analisis data uji t didapat nilai14,61. Jadi berdasarkan hasil penelitian hipotesis diterima, yaitu terdapat perbedaanyang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest setelah diberikan perlakuan denganpenerapan Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) terhadap peningkatan hasilbelajar IPA.Kata kunci: Hasil belajar, Model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL).

Abstract

Guru, murid, dan bahan ajar merupakan unsur dominan dalam proses pembelajaran.Kualitas pengajaran mempengaruhi keefektifan proses pembelajaran dan akanberdampak terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmeningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas V SDNegeri 099 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 34 orang siswa dengan 14 orang siswa laki-lakidan 20 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini secara khusus menggunakan rancangan penelitianone group pretest-posttest desaign. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswayang mencapai nilai di 60-100 pada pretest sebanyak 5 siswa, dan pada postest sebanyak25 siswa atau dalam bentuk persentase 15% dan 74%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian inimaka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah berpengaruhterhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas VSD Negeri 99 Pekanbaru.Kata kunci: keterampilan berpikir kritis, pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah.

Abstract

The research aim to examine effect of model cotextual teaching and learning(CTL) for improved student’s retention in sience learning. Contextual teachingand learning (CTL) was a concept which help the teacher to make world and thelearning was connected. The CTL was identically with presented real things in theclassroom. Instead retention were a memory of information who can be rememberafter ths students do the learning. One group pre-test-post-test design were usedto analyze data. 12 weeks after posttest the retest were do for analyze thestudent’s retention. The result proved the Model Cotextual Teaching AndLearning (CTL) were significantly influenced the student’s retention in siencelearning at fifth class SDN 130 Pekanbaru City. Mean of student’s retention inthis research is up to 130 % with ’very good’ cretheria. Furthermore, thecotextual teaching and learning (CTL) was identified dominantly influence thestudent’s memory or retention.Keyword: contextual teaching and learning (CTL), student’s retention, siencelearning.

Abstract

This study is correlational research that aims to find the contribution of leg muscleexplosive power to yield long jump squat style. The student sample was the son of varsity sportscoaching education Riau semester totaling 42 people. As the independent variable is theexplosive power leg muscle while dependent variable is the result of the long jump jongok style.Data (x) obtained from the test results without the leading long jump (standing board jump) toassess leg muscle explosive power while data (y) obtained from testing the long jump squat styleusing the prefix. Data were analyzed with statistical normality test is a test last lilifors alsoanalyzed the data to look for the correlation coefficient, and then proceed to test "t" after itsought the contribution. From the results of data processing for the normal distribution of dataobtained for the provision of data (x) and abnormally distributed in terms of data (y). r = 0.32,then through the test "t", t_ (count>) ttabel then there is a significant relationship between theexplosive muscle power with the outcome long jump squat style, via analysis of leg muscleexplosive power of determination have contributed 10.24% and 89 , 76% was contributed byother factors.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan Kemampuan PemecahanMasalah Matematis pendekatan RME mahasiswa PGSD semester V pada matakuliah Statistik Pendidikan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasilpenelitian menunjukan aktivitas/kreativitas dosen dan mahasiswa meningkat darisetiap siklus ke siklus berikutnya dan nilai mata kuliah statistik pendidikan padamahasiswa semester V tahuan akademik 2012/2013 meningkat dan hampir 50 %mahasiswa mendapat nilai sangat menuaskan. Pada hal sebelum tindakan (tes awal)menunjukan masih ada mahasiswa pada rentang kurang sebanyak 7 orang. Jadi, matakuliah statistik pendidikan menggunakan pendekatan realistik matematika (PMR)dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah.Kata kunci: Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan RME

Abstract

This study investigates one of the alternatives increase the ability of teachers in theprocess of learning science in the classroom using peer coaching. Abstract

This research is a quasi experimental research and design used is ARandomized Pretes-Postest Control Group Design. The subject of the researchdetermined by random toward experimental and control groups. The results of this studyshowed that there was differences class between implements the inquiry learning andconventional learning. Mean score N-Gain science of process skills students washighest in primary schools reached 0.29 A, while for the N-Gain lowest in primaryschools C of 0.15 As for the indicators of science-process skills, process skills of thehighest indicators in the experimental class there is the aspect of the hypothesis, whilethe lowest indicator contained in the aspect of the question. In the control class there areindicators that contained by aspects of the hypothesis while the lowest was on aspects ofobservation. The results visible experimental class science process skills results showedhigher levels of N-gain control of the class. The results in the experimental classsignificantly more improve students’ science process skills than conventional class.Keywords: Science Process Skills, Learning Science
