Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the liquidity of the stock is proxied by trading volume activity, bid ask spread, stock returns before and after the announcement of stock split policy on companies that do stock splits listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. In this study, the liquidity of the stock is proxied by trading volume activity, bid ask spread, stock returns before and after the stock split. Data were taken 54 companies that conduct stock split policy in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2015. The data used is secondary data with data collection documentation. Data analysis using SPSS 22 software and menunggunakan Test Paired t test with 95 percent confident level (α = 0.05) to test the hypothesis. The results showed that there are significant differences between the average stock trading volume and bid ask spread for twelve days before and twelve days after the stock split. As for the variable stock returns before and after the stock split was not a significant difference. Keywords: liquidity, return, stock split, trading volume activity, bid ask spread, stock returns

Abstract

Each company has a desire to improve and develop the business in ways that are arranged in a program to improve employee performance. In order to improve the performance, so that employees can work on target companies, ultimately enabling the company to compete with other companies. As for which is used as a population are all employees of BNI Semarang branch office numbering 77 employees. Sample selection technique using the method Purpose Sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that There is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance There is a positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee job satisfaction There is a positive and significant influence on employee performance discipline Keywords: motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that affect the performance of employees at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. These factors are motivation, work discipline and perceived organizational culture. High motivation can improve employee performance of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. This study uses primary data that is questionnaire. The population is 515 employees. Meanwhile the sample is 135 respondents. Prior to tha analysis, test of validity and reliability of the quesstionnaire is conducted. Furthermore, hypotheses testing use SPSS version 20. Based on the regression test, it is known that motivation, work dicipline and perceived organisational culture affect positively and significantly on employee performance. The value of r-square is 63,3%. It means that 63,3% of Y variable can be explained by the independent variables. The rest explained by other variables outside of the model. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation and discipline of work on employee performance. The object of research in PT. Sido Muncul Semarang. A sample of 100 respondents, using random sampling technique is random sampling to employees of PT. Sido Muncul Semarang. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that compensation positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation and significant positive effect on employee performance and labor discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the service quality, commitment, and corporate image on customer loyalty in the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Office of Kendal Youth Unit. This study tested three hypotheses. The population in this study were all customers of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Unit Office Kendal. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria used in this study is the customer who lives in Kendal, a customer who has been least 1 year, minimum age 15 years old. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: the service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Commitment has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study heads for analyzing the effect of service quality, trust, and satisfaction to the customer loyalty in the Legend Coffee Semarang. The sample in the research is the customers of Legend Coffee Semarang as much as 100 peoples. This study used purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria that had been used were the customer of Legend Coffee Semarang which were 17 years old minimum, and has been done purchasing for 3 times in the last three months. Methods of data collection in this study is questionnaires filled out by therespondents are consumers of Legend Coffee Semarang. The analysis used in this research include factor analysis to examine the validity, the cronbach alpha formula to examine the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to examine how big are the influences, the regression analysis to examine how big is the effect partially of each independent variable tested using the determination coefficient and model fit test to test and to prove the partially effect of each independent variable. The result of analysis can be concluded that: the service quality could give the positive and significant impact to the customer loyalty of Legend Coffee Semarang, the trust could give the positive and significant impact to the customer loyalty of Legend Coffee Semarang and satisfaction could give the positive and significant impact to the customer loyalty of Legend Coffee Semarang. Abstract

Profitability is a reflection of the financial perfomancein the Corporate Banking. Profitability rate changes will be affect to the investors' decision on investment in the banking company.The purpose of this research is to analyze how the effect of NPL, LDR, CAR, and BOPO to ROA or return on assets of the go public banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used samples of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Based on the observations, Period Registered Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of study between 2011-2013 year is 34 Company for 3 years as many as 98 data. Research data analysis methods using linear regression. The test results showed that the NPL have positive effectand significantly Against ROA ongo public Banking Companies, LDR have no significantly effect against ROA on go public Banking Companies, CAR have no significantly effect against ROA on go public Banking Companies, and BOPO have negative effect and significant  againts ROA of the go public Banking Companies  listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.         . Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of DER, ROE, NPM, CR and DPR on Stock Prices in industry manufacturing company is go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research wasconducted again because that empirical evidence were linked with fundamental factors with stock prices still showed the different results that need further research to prove how the influence of fundamental factor on stock prices especially the industry manufacturing sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other.This research was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research was industry manufacturing company obtained from share which was listed and “go public” in Indonesian Stock Exchage period 2012-2014. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There is 132 companies that can be analysed. This study is analyzed by using multiple regression. The multiple regression shows that ROE and CR have positive and significant impact on stock prices , DER has negative and significant effect on stock prices, DPR have positive and not significant impact on stock prices and NPM has negative and not sigifikan impacton stock prices . Adjusted R Square is 0,353 this means 35.3% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable , while the remaining 64.7 % is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin,Current Ratio and Divident Payout Ratio.

Abstract

Consumer purchasing behavior is unique because of the preference of everyone to a different product. It is influenced by many factors, including price, product quality, service quality, differentiation and other promotions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, perceived price and promotions on purchasing decisions Yamaha Mio motorcycle M3 125 PT Jaya branch Harpindo Ngaliyan Semarang, either partially or simultaneously. Data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the original source. While the techniques used for data collection using a questionnaire to ask a number of written questions that are used to obtain information and respondents. The sample in this study is that consumers who buy and use the M3 125 Mio motorcycle on Harpindo Jaya Branch Ngaliyan Semarang as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling is a sampling technique on certain considerations that consumers who buy and use the M3 125 Mio motorcycle on Harpindo Jaya Branch Ngaliyan Semarang. Test equipment in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. The better the quality of the product, it will increase the purchasing decision. Perception price positive influence on purchase decisions. The better the perception of the price, then the buying decision will increase. Promotion of positive influence on purchase decisions. The more times the intensity of the sale, then the purchase decision will increase. Product quality, price perception and promotion of positive influence jointly on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of service quality, perceived price, corporate image on customer satisfaction and to analyze the impact of service quality, perceived price, corporate image, customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty. This research uses seven hypotheses. The population in this study is that consumers in Matahari department store Paragon City Mall Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this study is consumers who buy and be at least 17 years of age. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Quality of service is a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Perception prices positively affects customer satisfaction. The company's image positively affects customer satisfaction. Quality of service is a positive effect on customer loyalty. Perception prices positive effect on customer loyalty. The company's image a positive effect on customer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has positive effect on consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of price perception on consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the influence of corporate image on customer loyalty. Keywords: service quality, perceived price, corporate image, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
