Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction of employees mediated PT. Maheswara Tour and Travel Semarang. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT. Maheswara Tour and Travel Semarang numbering as many as 80 people. Census sampling technique. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Leadership positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership positive influence on employee performance. Work motivation positive effect on employee performance acceptable. Job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance acceptable. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of non-performing loans, loan-deposit ratio, return on assets, size of the adequacy of capital. This research conducted by using secondary data. Population in this study was conducted with less using secondary data. Population in this research is the company commercial bank listed on the stock exchange Indonesia from 2010-2014. This sampel retrieval metho by using purposive sampling. There are 16 commercial banks company studied. This tudy uses multiple methods of analysis regression. Studies show that non-performing loan and no significant negative effect on capital adequacy, loan-deposit ratio and significant negative effect on capital adequacy, return on assets and a significant positive effect on capital adequacy, size and significant positive effect on capital adequacy. Adjusted R square value is 0,419 this means that 41,9% dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 58,1 % is explained by the variable-orher variables outside the research model. Abstract

With so many communications company in Indonesia, then consumers will be more selective in determining im card that will be used as their needs. The problem in this research is "whether the variable of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand image and brand loyalty influence on purchase decisions in SMA 1 Sukorejo. The number of samples in this study of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling in which respondents are all employees da students in SMA 1 Sukorejo. Collecting data using questionnaires.The results showed that variabe of brand awareness and a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions,perceived quality and significant positive influence on purchasing decisions, brand image and significand positive effect on puchasing decisions and brand loyalty and significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of Work Motivation, Work Environment and Work Discipline Against Perceived Intention to Turnover Employess.Objek to research in this paper on CV.SANITAS BAKERY Semarang.Teknik sampling using census study, which is sampling all employees became respondents, totaling 100 respondents with data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain research informasi.Tujuan formulated to determine the effect Motivation,Perceived Work Environment, Work Discipline of the Intention to Turnover Employees. The data collected is tested the validity of the method of product moment and tested for validity by the coefficient alpha (alpha cronbrach), where the results of all the data is valid and reliable, to test the reliability, each of the independent variables were tested with multiple regression analysis, t test, and the test F.Hasil of analysis and discussion show that: (1) Work Motivation and significant negative effect on Employee Turnover Intention to higher motivation, the desire of employees out / move less and less; (2) Working Environment Perceived and significant negative effect Intention to Turnover higher employee work environment influences, terpersepsi the desire of employees to get out / move less and less; (3) work discipline and significant negative effect Intention to higher employee turnover rate influence labor discipline, the desire of employees to get out / move less and less. Keywords: Motivation,Perceived Work Environment, Work Discipline, Intention to Turnover

Abstract

This research is analize influence current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, and earning per share to stock price manufacture company listed in BEI 2012-2014. This research is doing because inconsisten the result of previous research. This research was conducted using secondary data from the manufacturing company’s financial statements, published in 2012-2014. This population in this research are all of the company’s manufacture listed in BEI 2012-2014. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling method with sampling judgment sample selection criteria are specified in accordance with the purpose of research .Use the multiple linier regresion analysis, it can be seen that the current ratio of a significant negative effect on stock prices , debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on stock prices , return on equity significant positive effect on the stock price and earnings per share positive effect on stock price. Keyword : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share, Stock Price

Abstract

This study is purposed to analyze the effect of store image and service quality on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention and alos the effect of service quality on repurchase intention at convenience store Siranda. The population is consumer of convenience store Siranda by taking 100 consumers of convenience store Siranda as the sample with non probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. The kind of data that used is primary data which collected direclty from the data collection techniques, ie, by distributing questionnaires. Data that taken from the questionnaire then tested the instrument by validity and reliabity’s test. Then proceed with the data analysis by normality and linearity’s test. Proceed with the classical assumption that include multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Furthermore, its goodness of fit tested by F test methods, test the coefficient of determination R2 and hypothesis test (t test). The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and the image of the store positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions and customer satisfaction as well the positive and significant effect on the repurchasing intentions. Key words : store image, service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention

Abstract

High demand of board make the property sector is growing fast in Indonesia. Regarding of that, many investors have been investing their shares in real estate and property sector. Furthermore, investors also need funds from external sources. External sources funds can be obtained through the capital market. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Economics Value Added (EVA), Return On Investment (ROI) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to Stock Returns of Real Estate and Property company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012 - 2014. This study using data from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study is 57 companies, by using purposive sampling method the sample that used is 48 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis in order to describe overall of the relation between variables. The results showed that the Economics Value Added (EVA) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have a negative effect to the Stock Return. Meanwhile, Return On Investment (ROI) Return has a positive effect to the Stocks Return.Keywords: Economics Value Added (EVA), Return On Investment (ROI), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Stock Return.               .

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of advertising, price perception, brand image to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty products Luwak White Koffie. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study was the student of 2015-2016 at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang who consume Luwak White Koffie 86 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples used in this study are customers who already mengkosumsi products Luwak White Koffie at least twice or more. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Advertising has positive effect on customer satisfaction. Perception prices has positively affects customer satisfaction. Brand image has positively affects customer satisfaction. Advertising has positive effect on customer loyalty. Perception prices has positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has positively affects customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of advertising on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of price perception on customer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as mediation. The study uses five hypotheses. The population in the study is all employees of Hospitalof Tugurejo Semarang. The sample use 98 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample were employees having been appointed as civil servants and have  minimum tenure of 3 years. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis concluded that: Compensation positively affect on work motivation. The working environment positively affect on work motivation, Compensation positively influence on employee performance, working environment positively influence on employee performance. Work motivation positively influence on employee performance. Work motivation does not mediate the affect of compensation to employee performance. Work motivation does not mediate the affect of the work environment on employee performance  Keywords: compensation, work environment, motivation and performance of employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer buying interest back to the car Mitsubishi mirage in Semarang. This study uses three hypotheses. The population of this study is that people who buy cars Mitsubishi Mirage in Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this study is that consumers who buy and use cars Mitsubishi Mirage at least one year. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service is positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is positive and significant impact on consumer buying interestKeywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and buying interest back.
