Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of customer value, price, variety seeking, switching barriers and celebrity endorser of the brand switching decision IM3 prepaid card users. The population of this research is Stikubank Semarang University student who had done IM3 brand switching. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple regression. The results showed that the value of the customer, the price, variety seeking, switching barriers and celebrity endorser positive and significant impact on brand switching decision. This study has the limitations of the limited sample as one of the principal sources of data, which is limited only to the students of the University Stikubank ever did IM3 brand switching, besides the variables used in the study is limited to variable customer value, price, variety seeking, switching barriers and celebrity endorser. There may be other factors that have more influence in the decision making on brand switching IM3 prepaid cards, such as low levels of satisfaction, product attributes, and others. Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirically the perception of service, price perception, the perception of location, comfort perception, the perception of the completeness of the product and the perception of the quality of products on consumer buying interest for shopping at Pasar Baru Sampangan Semarang. The population in this study is that consumers who ever bought Sampangan Pasar Baru in Semarang. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method and number of samples to be processed into the research data of 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model The results showed that the price perception, perception and perceived comfort range of products positif significantly influence consumer purchase interest for shopping at Pasar Baru Sampangan Semarang. While perceptions of service, location and the perception of product quality perception does not significantly influence buying interest. Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of leadership, communication, and the work environment to employees performance of PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya, Jepara. Sampling technique in this research were 100 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective formulated to determine the effect of leadership, communication, and the work environment to employees performance of PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya, Jepara. Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable in the regression analysis test. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership positive effect on employee performance (2) Communications positive effect on employee performance (3) The working environment has positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

In order to maintain and increase sales, every company needs to hold the resulting product development efforts toward higher quality, thus providing effective, satisfying power and greater appeal. How and supplying the right product for the intended market, can satisfy its customers and can increase profits in the long run through increased sales. This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and the perception of price on purchase decisions Brand Samsung Smartphone in SMS Shop Semarang. This research is descriptive. The total sample are 100 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that in partial analysis are variables product quality influence on purchasing decisions, quality of service influence on purchasing decisions, and the price perception influence on purchase decisions. Abstract

Their competition is very tight with the rise of each cooperative and the emergence of cooperative service products with different attributes, making customers choose to get the best services from the bank by giving satisfaction to customers. This study aimed to analyze the influence of corporate image and customer confidence in the customer satisfaction Karya Utama KSP Jepara. The population in this study is the work of Jepara Top KSP customers from January to December 2015 that bejumlah many as 267 customers. Based on the calculation Slovin obtained a sample of 73 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is using purposive sampling method, the sampling based on certain criteria. The criteria set out in this sampling is customer Top KSP Jepara work for 2 years. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the company's image a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better the image of the company, customer satisfaction will increase. Customer confidence in a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better the trust of customers, then customeer satisfaction will increase. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of product quality, price perception, and the location of the customer satisfaction. The population used in this study is that customers Bika Padang Andalas Semarang. In this study sampling was done by waiting for consumer who are making purchase and also consumer who have complete a purchase in Bika Padang Andalas as well as those are willing to be the respondent. Researchers use sampling methods accidental sampling with respondent number 100. The influence between variables is described by using multipleregression analysis. The result showed that the variables of product quality and significant positive effect an customer satisfaction, perception of price positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, and the location is positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.   Keywords : Quality Product, Price Perception, Location, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Companies that want to survive in the competitive market should be able to deliver services in accordance with the wishes of consumers. The company's survival depends on the ability of companies to build long-term relationships with customers in order to create a good view of the quality and brand of the product or service itself. So the quality of service is essential in order to meet customer satisfaction. Quality has a close correlation with the customer satisfaction. Quality provides an impetus to consumers to establish a strong bond with the company. This study focus about is influence of service worker quality, perceived price, and location of customer satisfaction (Study on UNISBANK Semarang Student as JNE Customers). This research is a explanative research. The samples are Economics and Business Faculty students are 96 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the quality of service, perception of price, location and positive effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

Each company is in desperate need of qualified human resources to achieve corporate objectives that have been determined. Willingness and skill is not effective enough to do something without a clear understanding of what will be done and how to do it. This study analyzed the influence of motivation, work discipline, and job training to employees performance at employees of PT Geo Dipa Energi Dieng. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline, and job training to employees performance at employees of PT Geo Dipa Energi Dieng. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling method for selecting the 95 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable in the regression analysis test. The results of the research are: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees (2) Discipline of work and significant positive effect on employee performance (3) Job training and significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

Consumer satisfaction can be achieved by improving product quality, brand image, price, and promotion purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, promotion and price, to consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted with a purposive sampling method with the following criteria: a) It is the people who live in Semarang and surrounding areas; b.) is the Toyota Avanza Veloz. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Then analyzing the data obtained, including validity, reliability, test the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, and test hypotheses (T test). These results indicate that the quality of the products (quality of product) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, meaning that the higher the quality of the product will increase consumer satisfaction. Brand image (brand image) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, brand image means the better the customer satisfaction will increase. Promotion (promotion) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, which means that the effective promotion is done it will increase consumer satisfaction. Abstract

With so many retail companies in Indonesia, then consumers will be more selective in choosing a shopping center that will be used as a place to buy their needs. The problem in this research is "whether the variable quality of service, price, and beliefs influence on customer satisfaction in Hypermat Jogja City Mall. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable quality of service, price, confidence in the customer satisfaction in Hypermat Jogja City Mall. The number of samples in this study of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used was accidental sampling in which respondents are consumers who buy in Hypermat Jogja City Mall. Collecting data using questionnaires. The results showed that the variables of service quality positively affects customer satisfaction, price positive effect on customer satisfaction, and trust positively affects customer satisfaction d Hypermat Jogja City Mall.
