Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of  CR, DER, EPS and ROA on Stock Prices in LQ45 company is go public in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research wasconducted again because that empirical evidence were linked with fundamental factors with stock prices still showed the different results that need further research to prove how the influence of fundamental factor on stock prices especially the LQ45 sector in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study was taken because there are still differences between the research study with each other.This research was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research was LQ45 company obtained from share which was listed and “go public” in Indonesian Stock Exchage period 2013-2015. Sampling technique used waspurposive sampling. There is 68 companies that can be analysed. This study is analyzed by using multiple regression.The multiple regression shows that CR have negative and significant impact on stock prices , DER has positive andnot significant effect on stock prices, EPS and ROAhave positive and significant impact on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0.850 this means 85% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable , while the remaining 25% is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Current Ratio,Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share and Return On Assets.

Abstract

This research was conducted at KSP Karya Utama Mandiri (KARUMA) Semarang with the aim of research to determine the effect the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness of service, assurance, empathy and physical evidence (tangible) service to satisfaction KSP customers KARUMA Semarang. A sample of 100 respondents, using accidental sampling technique that researchers choose any members of the population who happen to meet with researchers that are considered to provide the necessary information. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that the dimensions of reliability service, responsiveness dimensions or responsiveness, assurance or guarantee the dimension, the dimension and the dimension of empathy or concern tangibles or physical evidence of a positive effect partially and simultaneously toward customer satisfaction KSP KARUMA Semarang. Keywords: service quality, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangibles customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of perceived price, brand image, service quality to customer satisfaction and the impact to customer loyalty of De Vintage Barbershop Semarang’s customers. The population in this study were consumers who made for minimal twice purchase of treatment at De Vintage Barbershop Semarang. The number of samples studied were as many as 108 people were selected as respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study was questionnaire filled out by respondents. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression. Data processing using SPSS Version 21th. The results of this study showed that perceived price has positive effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image does not affect customer satisfaction. Service quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived price does not effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has affect of customer loyalty. Service quality has positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirically the product quality, price perception, and promotion to the buyer's purchase decision process electric cigarette products in Ray Vapestore Juwana. The population in this study are all consumers in Ray Vapestore Juwana. Sampling was done by using the formula method Slovin and the number of samples to be processed into the research data of 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model. The results showed that the quality of products, the perception of price, promotion and and location significantly positive influence the purchase decision of consumers to buy products at Ray vapestore Juwana. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the perception of price, quality of service, corporate image and confidence of customer satisfaction on customer AHASS Workshop Cendana Cepiring, Kendal. This study is a survey using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study is the customer Workshop AHASS Cendana Cepiring, Kendal. The sampling of 100 respondents. Samples used in the population is infinite (infinite population) and using purposive sampling technique. Analysis techniques using Statistical Product and servise Solutions (SPSS) version 20, and the analytical tool used in this study include some tests namely: validity and reliability, normality test, the hypothesis F (simultaneously) and t test (partial) and ujideterminasi (R²). Results of analysis using multiple linear regression showed that the variables perception of price, quality of service, corporate image and confidence significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Cendana AHASS Workshop Cepiring, Kendal. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline to employee performance financial entities kendal district. The sampling technique of this study was to use until saturated, totaling 80 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline, and motivation, the performance of employees. Data collected using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Work Discipline, Motivation.

Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of leadership, motivation, and the work diciplene to employees performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia. Sampling technique in this research were 79 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires in order information. The research objective formulated to determine the effect of leadership, mottivation and the work diciplene to employees performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia.Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable in the regression analysis test. The results of the research are: 1) leadership positive and significan effect on employee performance 2) motivation not positive and not significan effect on employee performance 3) the working diciplene has positive and not significan influence on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance of Semarang City Land Office. The population in this study is the Employee of the Land Office of Semarang are still active a total of 219 people. The sample in this study as many as 69 people. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Leadership positive and significant influence on employee performance. Motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This research was conducted in Bread Brownies Maylisa caused due to a phenomenon that occurs in terms of revenue earned Roti Brownies Maylisa from 2013 until 2015 which is not in accordance with the target set by management Bread Brownies Maylisa. The aim of research to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and brand image on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as a mediating variable.Sample of 100 respondents / customers Roti Brownies Maylisa. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to customers Roti Brownies Maylisa with consideration or the following criteria: (1) customer aged 17 years and above, and (2) at least never bought Roti Brownies Maylisa by 5 time. Methods of data analysis using linear regression.The test results showed that there are significant partial positive and significant correlation between quality of service, trust and brand image on customer satisfaction. Other results showed partially not there are positive influence between quality of service and brand image of the customer loyalty. Partially there are significant positive and significant correlation between confidence and satisfaction on customer loyalty. The test results demonstrate the mediating effect of satisfaction were able to mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, satisfaction does not mediate the effect of trust on customer loyalty and satisfaction does not mediate the effect of brand image on customer loyalty. Abstract

Consumer needs and desires vary as a guide for any company to design the right marketing strategy in order to meet the expectations of every consumer. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the quality of products, promotions, and pricing of the Samsung handphone purchasing decisions. The sampling technique in this study using this type of accidental sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data were analyzed using the validity test using Pearson Correlation and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha. Further tested by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) The product quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. (2) Promotion of positive influence on purchase decisions. (3) Prices positive influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: quality of product, promotion, pricing and purchasing decisions
