Abstract

Goals to be achieved in the presence of this study, among others, is to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang, to examine and analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang, and to test and analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang. Based on the research and analysis of data on the influence of job satisfaction, motivation, and leadership style on employee performance (Case Study at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang), it can be concluded that job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang, motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch Semarang, leadership style positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Branch of Semarang. Abstract

The purpose this research to analyzes the influence of Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment to Performance. This topic was taken due to the lack of compliance of the number of taxpayers to pay taxes on the Tax Office Pratama West Semarang that indicate the employee's performance is still low. This research’s population are all employee of Tax Services Office Pratama West Semarang who numbered 127 employee. The sampling techniques is using purposive sampling. When collecting data, writers use questionnaire to get information. Data were collected then analyzed by Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) for validity test of the question’s item, cronbach’s alpha for realibility test, regression test get the result of the effect from each independent variables on dependent variable either partially or simultaneously.The result of this research are : (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee perfomance. (2) Job Satisfaction has a positive but not significant impact on employee perfomance. (3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee perfomance. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image and perception of the price to customer satisfaction and impact on customer loyalty cider bread in the city of Semarang. The population in this study is the customer Sari Roti in Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples in this study were at least 17 years and consume Sari Roti in Semarang. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality positively affects customer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects customer satisfaction. Perception prices positively affects customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has positive influence on customer loyalty Keywords: product quality, brand image perception of price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

The research objective was to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of the employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pemalang.In this study population was all employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pemalang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sampling technique to establish certain criteria in accordance with the purpose or problems studied. The criteria used for determining the sample is already working at least 3 years, age, education and reguler employee and contract jobs. Based on the calculation model of summary obtained magnitude adjusted R2 is 0.872 this means that 87.2% of the variation of organizational commitment can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables are the organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis showed that organizational culture has positive influence on organizational commitment. Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, motivation, and work dicipline toward performance of employee in PT. Lucky Textile Semarang. This research took a sample of 106 employee. Samples was taken by sensus. The analysis used is multiple regression. Analysis result demonstrates that competence, motivation, and work dicipline have a positive influence to employee‘s performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, motivation and discipline to organizational commitment in the staff CV. Mie dan Es Semarang. The population in this study were all staff CV. Mie dan Es Semarang which amounted to 102 people. All the members here will be sampled or so-called saturation sampling / census. Abstract

The research had goals to examine and to analyse influence between organisation culture, motivation, and commitment organisational to employee performance in PT. Bank Jateng Cabang Kudus. The Sample in this research had choose 110 PT. Bank Jateng Cabang Kudus employee. Sufficiency in the amout of a sample were 100 from population who fill condition for a respondent based on Coper and Emory. In The research data Analyse technique used to double linier regression but hypotheses test used to T test and F test. The result indicated that influence positive and significant between organisation culture (X1) to employee performance (Y), The result indicated that influence positive and significant between motivation (X2) to employee performance (Y), but The result indicated that influence negative and not significant between commitment organisational (X3) to employee performance (Y). The result coefficient determination value from Adjusted R square was 0,339 or 34%. So, It was mean influence organisation culture (X1), motivation (X2), and commitment organisational (X3) in a herewith to employee performance (Y) was 34% and while 66% influence of the others variable who not included in the research.. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the product quality, brand image and perception of price on purchase decisions (studies on consumer Honda Beat motorcycle in Semarang). The sampling method inthis study using purposive sampling research using surveys and questionnaires to 100 respondents in Semarang City. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regresion analysis. It was found that the product quality and significant positive effect on purchasing decisions Honda Beat motorcycle in the city of Semarang. However, it was found that the brand image is not positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Honda Beat in Semarang. While the price perception of positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Honda Beat in Semarang. Adjusted R Square value of 0,585 can illustrate that the dependent variable is explained by the independent variable variabelitas for 58,5%, while 41,5% are influenced by the other variables. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, price and brand image perceptions on purchase decisions Oppo F1s Selfie Smartphone Expert in Semarang. The population studied in this research is that consumers buy Oppo F1s Selfie Smartphone Expert in Sales Center phone Solar Semarang Simpang Lima. The minimum sample size in penelitianini, the number of indicators of research as much as 18 so that the number of samples is 5 times the number of indicators or as many as 5 x 20 = 100. The sampling technique used Proposive Sampling. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. Perception price positive influence on purchase decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and customer value on customer satisfaction of PT. Maybank Unit in Kudus. The population in this research was the saving customers of Maybank unit in Kudus. The sample was in this research as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The criteria of the sample in this research was the saving customers of Maybank unit in Kudus who were saving active lasted for at least 3 months. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression. It can be concluded that the service quality, trust and customer value affected positive influence on customer satisfaction.
