Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for customer satisfaction and analyze the most dominant factor influencing customer satisfaction.The population in this study are customers of Semarang Post Office Samples were taken by 100 respondents with non-probability sampling using purposive sampling are called judgmental sampling based on ratings (judgmental) research about people who deserve (eligible) to be sampled. The results showed that all independent variables Significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. From the analysis, explained that Overall, the independent variables proved to have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Bank Size (SIZE), and Inflation (INF) on Non Performing Loan (NPL). The study population was the whole bank to go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2013-2015. The sampling method using purposive sampling technique. There are 36 samples studied banks go public. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Inflation (INF) a significant negative effect on the Non Performing Loan (NPL), while the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Bank Size (SIZE) has positive and not significant to the Non Performing Loan (NPL). Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Saving, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loans, Return On Assets and Interest Rate on National Private Commercial Bank loan on the period 2011-2015. The population in this study is a national private commercial bank which are operating in Indonesia from 2011 until 2015. The samples are determined using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using panel data regression with selection between Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and the Random Effects Model (REM) through the Hausman test. Hausman test result recommends using FEM. Based on the output FEM showed that the Saving has a significant positive effect on Bank Loan, Capital Adequacy Ratio has no effect on Bank Loan, Non Performing Loans has no effect on Bank Loan, Return On Assets has no effect on Bank Loan and Interest has significant negative effect on Bank Loan. Abstract

The study examines the effect trust, services quality, and price perception of the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri-Tegal. This research was conducted at the Weleri rail station by using a go public transportation service company as the unit analysis.The sampling method used purposive sampling with the observation period from 2016-2017. Relationships and (or )influence between variable described by using multiple regression analysis.The result showed that trust has positive effect and significant to the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri-Tegal. The result showed that service quality has positive effect and significant to the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri-Tegal.The result showed that priceperception has positive effect and significant to the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri Tegal. Abstract

Newspaper is one form of media that has existed since hundreds of years. Newspapers have been attached to the soul of society as a necessity that is difficult to replace. Currently the development of the mass media increasingly stringent demands of companies should have the right competitive strategy so that their products can survive and remain in demand by customers. Through appropriate pricing strategy, the quality of high-quality products and a good brand image is the effort in maintaining customer satisfaction. The population in this study is the customer's Suara Merdeka daily newspaper in Semarang in 2015 as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the product quality, price and brand image had positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction Suara Merdeka daily newspaper in Semarang. Abstract

Economic development of a country can not be separated from the banking sector. To foster economic stability, the banking sector plays a very important. Through the banking sector, the public can trust funds to be saved and then the bank will distribute the funds in the form of loans or credits to the business sector and other parties that need. The function of banks as intermediary institutions, especially in lending has an important role for the movement of the economy as a whole and facilitate economic growth. Assessment of financial performance is one important factor for banks to determine profitability or profit earned bank. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Third Party Fund, Operating Expense to Operating Income, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio to the profitability of banks went public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2015. The population of this research is the Bank Go Public in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2015. Data were derived from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples were selected by random sampling method is 15 banking companies go public. The analysis technique used in this research is the analysis of panel data regression. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio positive effect on return on assets, Operating Expenses to Operating Income Fund Third Party negatively affect the Return On Asset. Abstract

The progress of science and technology to encourage people to pay attention to the health status in order to raise the quality of life. Therefore, the availability of health services for the community into something that must receive attention from the government as one of the efforts in the development in the field of health. Pharmacy is a certain place where efforts will be made in the field of Pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical and drug delivery work to the public. Patient satisfaction can affect the interest to return keapotek same. Satisfaction is an experience that will settle in the patient recall that affect the decision making process re-purchase the same products The population is all customers of PT Bina San Prima Semarang which totaled 233. The samples used were 150 respondents. The analytical tool used was 150 respondents. The results showed no effect between the perception of product quality to customer satisfaction, meaning that if the product quality affordable then it will increase customer satisfaction, there is influence between product quality to customer satisfaction, meaning that if a product increases, it will increase customer satisfaction, no influence between product quality against the intention Buy re-re, meaning that if the product quality affordable then it will increase customer loyalty, there is the influence of the products on customer loyalty, meaning that if a product increases, it will increase customer loyalty and no effect between satisfaction to customer loyalty, meaning that if the customer satisfaction increases, it will increase customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, growth and profitability (ROE) to corporate value. Samples were companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2012-2014 with 37 companies by using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study prove partially that the company's growth and profitability and significant positive effect on firm value, while the capital structure significantly negative effect on firm value. Simultaneously prove that the capital structure, the company's growth, profitability and significant effect on the value of the company with a significant level of 0.000> 0.05. Value Adjusted R Square shows the results for 0498, which means 49.8% are influenced by the value of the company's capital structure, the company's growth and profitability. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of product innovation, price perception and promotion of consumer satisfaction in Product Purchase Batik Bakaran Pati regency. This study uses primary data by the method of data collection by questionnaire. A sample of 100 respondents, using a sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling sampling with criteria that consumers who have never purchased Batik Bakaran Pati regency. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that the positive effect of product innovation to customer satisfaction, perception of price positive effect on customer satisfaction and the promotion of a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Overall the research model is said to be fit or worthy as a research model with determination coefficient value close to 1. Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of lifestyle, brand image, and percived price to purchasing decision of fashion product in Districtside Store Semarang. The population in this study were consumers who made a purchase of fashion products at Districtside Store Semarang. The number of samples studied were as many as 100 people were selected as respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study was questionnaire filled out by respondents. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression to examine the effect of partially each independent variable,there were lifestyle, brand image and perceived price to dependent variable that was purchasing decesion. The results of this study showed that lifestyle, brand image, and perceived price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Districtside Store Semarang.
