Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the influence of style leadership , motivation and compensation of the performance of employees at PT. Pinnacle Apparels Semarang.The research uses a method of survey with the questionnaire as a means of data collection.Population in this study performance employees in PT. Pinnacle Apparels.Technique the sample collection with accidental sampling were 100.Technique data analysis used with linear regression multiple.The research results show that style leadership have had a positive impact and significant of the performance of employees, motivation have had a positive impact and significant of the performance of employees, compensation have had a positive impact and significant of the performance of employees. Keywords: style leadership, motivation, compensation, the employee performance .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer retention, customer value, relationship marketing on customer satisfaction and to analyze the effect of customer retention, customer value, customer satisfaction relationship marketing on customer loyalty. This research uses seven hypotheses. The population in this study are customers of Bank Mandiri Branch Pemuda Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples in this study are customers of Bank Mandiri Branch Pemuda Semarang active transactions for at least 3 times over the past 3 months. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Customer Retention positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer value positive effect on customer satisfaction. Relationship marketing positive effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of variable product attributes, price, and brand image to re-purchase intentions through customer attitudes Samsung smartphone users. Respondents are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business who want and never buy a Samsung smarpthone as many as 140 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. Data from the questionnaire were then tested by validity, reliability, hypothesis, and regression. Analysis using SPSS version 19.0. The result variable product attributes, price, and brand image influence on customer behavior and product attributes, price, brand image and customer attitudes influence on purchase intentions reset on Samsung smartphones. The final conclusion of this study can be recommended as an input for the management. Researchers believe that the approach through product attributes, price, brand image will affect the confidence and the evaluation of the customer's attitude so as to create repeat purchase intention on Samsung smartphone products. This study has limitations of the sampling period is relatively short, and the population is limited to the scope of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Sikubank. Therefore, in future studies suggested considering the time in the sampling period and extend the range of the sample population data and information in order to obtain a more complete. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsements, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions hijab Rabanni the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang who buy and use Rabanni hijab. The minimum sample size in this study, the number of research indicators as much as 20 so that the number of samples is 5 times the number of indicators or as many as 5 x 20 = 100. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Support celebrities positive influence on purchase decisions. Brand image positive influence on purchase decisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirically the product quality, erceived price, and promotion to purchase decision process on the buyers of products in Blacklight store Kudus. The population in this study are all consumers Blacklight store Kudus. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method and number of samples to be rocessed into research data of 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression model. The results showed that perceived price and promotion significant positive effect on consumer urchase decision process for purchasing products in Blacklight store Kudus. Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirically the effect of product quality, price perception, and quality of service to customer satisfaction in the convection Inkraft Semarang.This research was conducted at the site of convection Inkraft Semarang. The population in this study are customers who've booked on convection Inkraft Semarang. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method, ie customers who never make purchases or bookings convection Inkraft least 2x, the customer is at least 17 years of age and the number of samples to be processed into the research data of 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that perceptions of price and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction in the convection Inkraft Semarang. While the quality of the product has no effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: product quality, perceived price, quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Earning Per Share, Dividen Payout Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Equity of stock price on manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchane year 2012 – 2015. This research was conducted using secodary data. The population in this study are all manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchane year 2012 – 2015. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research proves that, EPS positive and significant effect on stock prices, DPR and not significant positive effect on stock prices, DER and no significant negative effect on stock prices and ROE significant negative effect on stock prices. Adjusted R Square value is 0,508 this means that 50,8% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 49,2% is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of variables Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net interst Margin (NIM), and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of the Return On Asset (ROA). Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression). The sample used in this study were 29 banking companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a purposive sampling techniques, namely engineering samples based on the determining criteria. Those criteria are banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2015 and submit annual financial statements and complete. The results of the study after partial hypothesis test showed that the CAR had no significant positive effect on ROA, LDR significant negative to ROA, significant negative NPL to ROA and NIM has a positive and significant impact on ROA. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline to employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) APJ. The population in this study were employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Network Maintenance numbering as many as 250 people. The sample in this study as many as 71 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples in this study are mployees who work more than 3 years. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: leadership style and significant positive effect on employee performance. Job motivation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Labor discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, employee motivation, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct and indirect product quality, e-promotion and brand image as an intervening variable on purchase decisions. The population of this research is the consumer products The Goods Dept in Semarang city and Yogyakarta city who had been shopping throught online store www.thegoodsdept.com . The total sample 100 respondents with purposive sampling. Data obtained by the questionnaire. This research variable product quality (X1), e-promotion (X2), brand image (Z), and purchase decision (Y). Data analysis with statistical analysis descriptive and path analysis. The result of the research indicated that product quality (X1) and e-promotion (X2) directly influence purchase decision . variable product quality (X1) and e-promotion (X2) influence indirect purchase decision. The result of the path analysis show that the product quality (X1) and e-promotion (X2) impact on the purchase decision through the brand image. The conclusions from the study is the product quality, e-promotion and brand image as variable intervening influential directly and indirectly of the purchase decision. Was recommended to parties The Goods Dept to improve the quality of their products, by means of the process selection tighter.
