Abstract

This study on the effect of product quality, brand image and perception of the price of the purchase decision process latptop Toshiba. The data used in this research is the primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument, which is then processed by calculation SPSS (Statistical Product and Solutions) version 16. The population in this study is the Faculty of Economics and Business, which uses Toshiba laptop in the University Stikubank Unisbank Semarang , which amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling, that the sampling deliberate in accordance with the requirements of sample is required. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are significant positive and not significant between the quality of the product to the purchase decision process. There is a significant positive effect between the brand image of the purchase decision process. There is a significant positive effect between the perception of the price of the purchase decision process. Keywords: Quality Product, Brand Image, Perceived Price, Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research was conducted at PO. Nusantara Kudus due to the phenomena that occur in actual revenue earned PO. Nusantara Kudus from 2012 until 2014 which is not in accordance with the target set by the management PO. Nusantara Kudus. The research objective to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and customer satisfaction corporate image of the PO. Nusantara Kudus. A sample of 100 respondents, using accidental sampling technique that is based on a sampling by chance in distributing questionnaires to passengers PO. Nusantara Kudus. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that there are significant positive and significant correlation between the quality of service to customer satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence between customer trust to customer satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant influence between perceptions of corporate image on customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study analyzed the Influence of Leadership, Compensation, and motivation on employee performance in CV. ISTANA BOGA Semarang. The research object in this paper is CV.ISTANA BOGA Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use the Simple Random Sampling totaled 135 respondents. Analysis of the data used include the product moment test validity, test reliability coefficient alpha (Alpha Cronbrach), multiple regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership positive and significant effect on the performance employee, the more often the motivation is given it will improve the performance of employees (2) Compensation not significant and positive effect on employee performance, the training level of discipline given employee will be increased. (3) Motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance, the better the work environment employees will feel comfortable.   Keywords: Leadership, Compensation, Employee Motivation and Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the board of directors, independent directors, audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership on the financial performance.Populasi in this study are all real estate and property company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2008-2014. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling. Based on purposive sampling of 115 companies obtained before and after the outlier in the outlier sample as many as 109 companies for 7 years. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Board of Directors, the Independent Commissioner does not significantly influence the direction of affairs negatively affect financial performance. Institutional ownership not significant positive correlation with the direction of the Financial Performance.The Audit Committee significant influence with a positive correlation to the direction of Financial Performance. Managerial Ownership significantly influence the direction of a negative relationship to the Financial Performance. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of audit quality, leverage, earnings growth, profitability and the size of the company going concern audit opinion on the companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2014. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample in this study as many as 28 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample in this research is the company to use the Indonesian Rupiah and the company has experienced a loss of at least one financial reporting period during the observation period 2012-2014. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of the analysis can be concluded that: Quality audit does not affect the going concern audit opinion. Leverage positive effect on the going concern audit opinion does not affect the profit growth going concern audit opinion. Profitability negatively affect the going concern audit opinion. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the factors - factors that affect stock returns in manufacturing companies. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013.The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. Based on the purposive sampling obtained a sample of 124 companies. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that each variable has a different effect, namely ROA, PBV provide positive and significant impact on stock returns, while DER, EPS, AG provide positive and significant influence on stock returns. Abstract

In the global era, development of the retail industry in Indonesia is so fast, the development of the retail industry in Indonesia has increased over the last 10 years, both retail supermarkets and retail non-self-service, with the rapid development of the retail business, then competition in the field of retail marketing or retail are increasingly increased. This study aimed to analyze the effect of customer service, merchandise assortments, perceived price, and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions in Matahari Department Store Semarang. The population is all consumers who ever bought at Matahari Department Store Semarang. Samples in this study were 100 respondents to the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Analysis tool used to test the hypothesis in this study is t-test and f-test. In this study using a test instrument to test the validity by factor analysis (KMO) and reliable test. The results showed that customer service, merchandise assortments, perceived price, and store atmosphere had positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of Firm Size, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy and Profitability of the Firm Value. The research was conducted on an industrial manufacturing company that went public in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method with the research period 2010 to 2013. The data used in this study is data from manufacturing companies that met the selection criteria. The analytical method used in this research was multiple regression analysis.The research proves that the firm size, dividend policies and profitability is significant positive effect on firm value, while the dept policy is unsignificant negative effect on firm value. Adjusted R square value is 0.938 it explains 93.8% of dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 6.2% is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Total Assets Turnover, Return on Assets, Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio of share price on publicly traded companies incorporated in LQ45 Index in 2012-2014. This research was conducted using secondary data. The population in this study are all publicly traded companies incorporated in LQ45 Index in 2012-2014. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The research proves that, EPS and PER positive and significant impact on stock prices, ROA significant negative effect on stock prices and TATO and not significant positive effect on stock prices. Adjusted R Square value is 0,999 this means that 99.9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 0.1% is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

The objective of the study is to examine the effect of current ratio, Return On E quity, Debt to Equity Ratio, and size to the stock price. The research was conducted on a manufacturing company have listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange periodic 2011-2013. The sampling method in this study using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research is data from  manufacturing companies that meet the selection criteria . The analytical method used in this studyis multiple regression analysis.  The multiple regression shows thatCR, ROE and Size have positive and significant impact on stock prices, while DER has positive and not significant on stock prices. Adjusted R Square is 0,689 this means 68,9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 31,1% is explained by other causes outside the model Keywords: Stock Price, Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Size
