Abstract

This research is intended to discover the influences of work motivation, leadership and compensation on the employees performance in the credit union of "CU Lestari" Wonosobo. It worked on population and samples of 30-employees CU Lestari Wonosobo, with the measured variables including : work motivation, leadership, and compensation as a set of independent variables as well as employees performance as a dependent variable. The data was obtained by mean of questionnaires and analyzed with a double regression. The reasearch suggested that work motivation positively and significantly influences on the employees performance of CU Lestari Wonosobo. Work motivation resulted by appreciation, challenging job, persistence and ecouragement to gain achievement become the aspects of well-done assigments. Leadership, in the other hand, positively and significantly influences on the employees performance of CU Lestari. In the light of the employees preview, the leader in CU Lestari is capable for building up the natures of democratic leadership, such as being consultative, making collective decision, delegating assignment equitably and fairly, and so that this ecourages the employees to perform properly. Compensation positively and significantly influences on the employees performance of CU Lestari. Compensation in terms of salary, promotion and reward are the aspects of those encouraging work performance as well as maintaining employee loyalty. Work motivation, leadership and appreciation simultaneously influence on the employees performance in CU Lestari. The value of work motivation, leadership and compensation of the employees work performance reaches 83,7%. It is concluded that work motivation, leadership and compensation result in highly impacts on the work performance of CU Lestari. Key Words : Work motivation, leadership, compensation, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image and relationship marketing to customer satisfaction in improving customer loyalty Tupperware in Semarang. The population in this study are customers that buy Tupperware in Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: brand image positively affects customer satisfaction. Relational marketing positively affects customer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects customer loyalty. Relational marketing a positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has positive effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of brand image on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of relationship marketing on customer loyalty.Keywords:     brand image, relationship marketing, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perceptions, promotion and location to the purchase decisions of the product "BAGUS" camphor (Study on the consumer Giant BSB Semarang ). The population in this study are all consumers who shop at Giant BSB Semarang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples processed into research data as much as 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of research that has been done shows the quality of products and locations have a significant positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions of the product "Bagus" camphor . While the perception of price and promotion has no significant effect on purchasing decision.Keywords: Product Quality, Price Perception, Promotion, Location and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study to indentify that affect the performance of employees at Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah. these factors are perceived organizational culture, motivation, and work discipline. High perceived organizational can improve employee performance of Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah. This study uses primary data that is questionnaire. The population is 110 employees. Meanwhile the sample 110 respondent. Prior to the analysis, test of validity and reliability of the questionnaire is conducted. Furthermore, hypotheses testing use SPSS version 22. Based on the regression test, it is known that perceived organizational culture, motivation, and work discipline affect positively and significantly on employee performance. The value of r-square is 33,3%. It means that 33,3% of Y variable can be explained by the independent variable. The rest explained by other variables outside of the model. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of strategic orientation, sales manager control, and salesperson reliability on sales effectiveness through salesperson performance. This research was conducted at PT. TELKOM Witel Semarang which is one of state-owned companies.The sampling method used sampling saturated or census and the sample size as much as 90 respondents. The relationship or influence between variables is explained by using multiple regression analysis.The result of the research shows that strategic orientation has significant positive effect to salesperson performance. Sales manager control has a significant negative effect on salesperson performance. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of Work Motivation, Work Environment and Work Discipline Against Perceived Intention to Turnover Employess.Objek to research in this paper on CV.SANITAS BAKERY Semarang.Teknik sampling using census study, which is sampling all employees became respondents, totaling 100 respondents with data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain research informasi.Tujuan formulated to determine the effect Motivation,Perceived Work Environment, Work Discipline of the Intention to Turnover Employees. The data collected is tested the validity of the method of product moment and tested for validity by the coefficient alpha (alpha cronbrach), where the results of all the data is valid and reliable, to test the reliability, each of the independent variables were tested with multiple regression analysis, t test, and the test F.Hasil of analysis and discussion show that: (1) Work Motivation and significant negative effect on Employee Turnover Intention to higher motivation, the desire of employees out / move less and less; (2) Working Environment Perceived and significant negative effect Intention to Turnover higher employee work environment influences, terpersepsi the desire of employees to get out / move less and less; (3) work discipline and significant negative effect Intention to higher employee turnover rate influence labor discipline, the desire of employees to get out / move less and less. Keywords: Motivation,Perceived Work Environment, Work Discipline, Intention to Turnover

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work communication, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance of Savings and Loans Cooperative Center Pekalongan. The population in this study were 146 employeesat of Savings and Loans Cooperative Center Pekalongan. The Sampleused judgmen sampling technic with 102 respondents. The data used primary data and secondary data, analysed using linear regression . The results showed that the work environment, work communication, work motivation, and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Savings and Loans Cooperative Center Pekalongan. From these results can be concluded that a good work environment, a good work communication high work motivation, and high working discipline will improve employee performance of Savings and Loans Cooperative Center Pekalongan.Keywords : work environment , work communication, work motivation , work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of debt equity ratio, current ratio, return on assets and institutional ownership structure to stock return of property companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2015. The population in this study are all property companies listed on the BEI during the period of 2013-2015. Selection of sample by using purposive sampling method obtained by sample as many as 32 companies for 3 years so that the total sample of 96 data observation. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Debt to equity ratio has a significant positive effect on stock return. Current ratio has no effect on stock return. Return on assets have a significant positive effect on stock return. Institutional ownership has no effect on stock returns. Abstract

Along with the growth of the culinary business in Semarang, causing the higher level of competition which is faced by Nestcology. There are many kinds of consumer complaints which are given to Nestcology indicates that consumer satisfaction is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and located on consumer satisfaction in Nestcology. This research tests three independent variables they are product quality service quality and located that can affect variable dependent it is consumer satisfaction. Population of this research are consumers of Nestcology. Samples were taken of 100 respondents by using non-probability sampling technique with the purposive sampling approach. Data was collected by using a survey method through quetionnaires which were filled out by consumers. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result of indicate that variable product quality has the greatest influence on consumer satisfaction, followed by variable service quality. While variable product quality have an lowest influence compared to other variables. Keyword : product quality, service quality,located, consumer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as mediation. The study uses five hypotheses. The population in the study is all employees of Hospitalof Tugurejo Semarang. The sample use 98 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the sample were employees having been appointed as civil servants and have  minimum tenure of 3 years. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis concluded that: Compensation positively affect on work motivation. The working environment positively affect on work motivation, Compensation positively influence on employee performance, working environment positively influence on employee performance. Work motivation positively influence on employee performance. Work motivation does not mediate the affect of compensation to employee performance. Work motivation does not mediate the affect of the work environment on employee performance  Keywords: compensation, work environment, motivation and performance of employees
