Abstract

The role of labor is very large for the success of a business that directly affects the employee performance process. With the existence of this then the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) should really pay attention to employee factors is a benchmark for progress achieved. Based on the factors that support the performance of this research took the title "EFFECT OF STYLES OF LEADERSHIP, MOTIVATION AND DISCIPLINE WORK ON EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE. (Case study at the Regional Personnel Agency of Semarang City Hall) ". Research on leadership style (X1), motivation (X2), and work discipline (X3) toward the performance of employees of Regional Personnel Board (BKD) of Semarang City Hall (Y) took 100 respondents sample with 5% significance level, data used primary data , Data analysis using qualitative and quantitative analysis which includes validity test, realibity test, multiple linear regrensi, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test, t test. Based on data analysis about the influence of leadership style (X1) motivation (X2), and work discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y) can be drawn the following conclusion: From the above three variables can be seen most dominating (bigger effect) on Employee performance (Y), t test partially (individual) there is positive and significant influence between Leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y). Test f that Leadership (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant and positive effect on employee performance (Y) simultaneously. While the rest is explained by other causes beyond the variables studied for example: organizational culture, job satisfaction, training, education and salary.Keywords: leadership style, motivation and work discipline.

Abstract

Consumer purchasing behavior is unique because of the preference of everyone to a different product. It is influenced by many factors, including price, product quality, service quality, differentiation and other promotions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, perceived price and promotions on purchasing decisions Yamaha Mio motorcycle M3 125 PT Jaya branch Harpindo Ngaliyan Semarang, either partially or simultaneously. Data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from the original source. While the techniques used for data collection using a questionnaire to ask a number of written questions that are used to obtain information and respondents. The sample in this study is that consumers who buy and use the M3 125 Mio motorcycle on Harpindo Jaya Branch Ngaliyan Semarang as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling is a sampling technique on certain considerations that consumers who buy and use the M3 125 Mio motorcycle on Harpindo Jaya Branch Ngaliyan Semarang. Test equipment in this study using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. The better the quality of the product, it will increase the purchasing decision. Perception price positive influence on purchase decisions. The better the perception of the price, then the buying decision will increase. Promotion of positive influence on purchase decisions. The more times the intensity of the sale, then the purchase decision will increase. Product quality, price perception and promotion of positive influence jointly on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Economic development of a country can not be separated from the banking sector. To foster economic stability, the banking sector plays a very important. Through the banking sector, the public can trust funds to be saved and then the bank will distribute the funds in the form of loans or credits to the business sector and other parties that need. The function of banks as intermediary institutions, especially in lending has an important role for the movement of the economy as a whole and facilitate economic growth. Assessment of financial performance is one important factor for banks to determine profitability or profit earned bank. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Third Party Fund, Operating Expense to Operating Income, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio to the profitability of banks went public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2015. The population of this research is the Bank Go Public in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2015. Data were derived from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples were selected by random sampling method is 15 banking companies go public. The analysis technique used in this research is the analysis of panel data regression. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan to Deposit Ratio positive effect on return on assets, Operating Expenses to Operating Income Fund Third Party negatively affect the Return On Asset. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style, organization culture toward the employee performance. The sampling of this research was using saturate sampling technique over 70 respondents. Collecting data was using questionnaire by distributing to the respondents to collect the information. Using Correlation to find the validity of data, using Cronbach alpha to find the reliability of data, also using regression analysis to find the score of variable effect. Furthermore, the results of the research are: (1) Compensation has positive and significant impact toward the employee performance. (2) Leadership style has positive and significant impact toward the employee performance. (3) Organization culture has positive and significant impact toward the employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Leadership Style, Organization Culture

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the influence of style leadership , motivation and compensation of the performance of employees at PT. Pinnacle Apparels Semarang.The research uses a method of survey with the questionnaire as a means of data collection.Population in this study performance employees in PT. Pinnacle Apparels.Technique the sample collection with accidental sampling were 100.Technique data analysis used with linear regression multiple.The research results show that style leadership have had a positive impact and significant of the performance of employees, motivation have had a positive impact and significant of the performance of employees, compensation have had a positive impact and significant of the performance of employees. Abstract

The study of a very important purchasing decisions made by businessmen who market their products online. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of perception of risk, trust, information quality on purchasing decisions online. A sample of 100 respondents, using a non-probability sampling technique with the sampling method used is purposive sampling, its sampling with the criteria that the respondent is an adult and has been making purchases online. Methods of research data analysis using linear regression. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of corporate image, trust, satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kudus branch office. The study tested three hypotheses.The population of this research is customers PT. Bank Tabungan Negara of Kudus branch office. The sample size is 100 respondents withmethod convenience sampling. Data testing techniques used include validity test with product moment correlation, reliability test with alpha cronbach and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research are: Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, trust does not affect customer loyalty and satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty.Keywords: Corporate Image, Trust, Satisfaction and Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirically the effect of product quality, price perception, and quality of service to customer satisfaction in the convection Inkraft Semarang.This research was conducted at the site of convection Inkraft Semarang. The population in this study are customers whove booked on convection Inkraft Semarang. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method, ie customers who never make purchases or bookings convection Inkraft least 2x, the customer is at least 17 years of age and the number of samples to be processed into the research data of 100 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that perceptions of price and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction in the convection Inkraft Semarang. While the quality of the product has no effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: product quality, perceived price, quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Deposits (DEP), Loans (LOA), and Size Bank (SIZE) to Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012- 2015. This study was conducted using secondary data. Population in this research is all banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2012 – 1015. The sample in this research use purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research are 28 banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) with purposive sampling technique, that is sample determination technique based on criteria. These criteria are banking companies listed on the BEI 2012- 2015 and submit complete financial and yearly reports. The hypothesis test showed that NIM has positive and significant effect to CAR, negative DEP is not significant to CAR, LOA is significant effect to CAR, and SIZE has negative and insignificant effect on CAR. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of perceived compensation and perceived work environtmenton the job performance with motivation as mediator in PT. Pisma Garment Indo Demak. The independent variable that are presumed to affect the job performance in this study is restricted to compensation and work environtment with motivation as the mediating variable. The population in this study is employees of PT. Pisma garment Indo demak which amounts to 250 people.this study use random sampling method Samples are taken at random, regardless of the extent of the population. This study using statistical test that include validity test with factor analysis,reliability test using Cronbach’s alpha, double regression analysis, and significance test using the coefficient of determination to prove the validity of hypothesis and for mediation test. The result of this study correctly proved that model’s ability to explain correctly, perceived compensation variable’s influence, perceived work environtment and motivation to job performance is amounted 55 %. Whereas the other’s is amounted 45% as explained by variables outside the data-model. Mediating effect test proved that the effect of compensation and work environtment on the job performance are mediated by motivation. Keywords : perceived compensation, perceived work environtment, motivation and job performance
