Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of product quality, price perception, and the location of the customer satisfaction. The population used in this study is that customers Bika Padang Andalas Semarang. In this study sampling was done by waiting for consumer who are making purchase and also consumer who have complete a purchase in Bika Padang Andalas as well as those are willing to be the respondent. Researchers use sampling methods accidental sampling with respondent number 100. The influence between variables is described by using multipleregression analysis. The result showed that the variables of product quality and significant positive effect an customer satisfaction, perception of price positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, and the location is positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction.   Keywords : Quality Product, Price Perception, Location, and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract - The object of research done at PT. Sun Star Motor Kudus. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Sun Star Motor Kudus. The population is all employees of the marketing division active in PT. Sun Star Motor Kudus consisting of 43 people. The sampling technique was done by using census or saturated samples because all study populations were sampled. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. Test results obtained that there is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant impact of work environment on employee performance. And there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, work environment, work discipline and employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of motivation, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. Object of study in this paper is the PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP IV Semarang City. The sampling technique in this research is to use simple random sampling (random) sample of 60 respondents as data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent in order to obtain information. The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question item, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The result showed that the motivation has a positive effect and significant to the employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect and significant to the employee performance, and compensation has a positive effect and significant to the employee performance.Keyword : motivation, work discipline, compensation, and employee performance

Abstract

This research analyzed the influence of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Size to Dividend Policy of LQ45 Company which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A method of the sample using purposive sampling with the same period the end of 2012 until 2015. The data collected were 180 company, but only 29 a company that meet the criteria sample, so that as many as 116 companies that become the sample. Relations and influence between variable explained by using the method regression multiple analysis. The results of the research show that Profitability and the Size of the company have a positive significant effect on Dividend Policy. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of quality of work life, empowerment and compensation on job satisfaction. The object of this research at the PT.Sango Ceramics Indonesia. The sampling technique in this research use the purposive sampling technique with 85 respondents. Data collected through questionnaires. Technique analysis of the data used include the test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple regression analysis, T test to test and approve the research hypothesis. The results of the research that quality of work life has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the stronger quality of work life within the employee, will improve satisfaction in employee the organization. Empowerment and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the more employees feel empowered by the organization, the level of employee satisfaction wiil increase. Compensation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, that the more just and true way of distributing compensation to employees, will improve stronger satisfaction to reach organization target. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance and job satisfaction of employees mediated PT. Maheswara Tour and Travel Semarang. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT. Maheswara Tour and Travel Semarang numbering as many as 80 people. Census sampling technique. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity using factor analysis, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Leadership positive effect on job satisfaction. Work motivation positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership positive influence on employee performance. Work motivation positive effect on employee performance acceptable. Job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance acceptable. Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the influence of the value of the product and the perception of price on consumer satisfaction and its impact on the brand loyalty Oli Top One. The population of this study is consumers who buy Oli Top One in the city of Semarang. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples in this study are customers who buy and use lubricating oil products Top One of at least twice already. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The value of the product positively affects customer satisfaction. Perception prices positively affects customer satisfaction. Value product positively affects brand loyalty. Perception positive effect on the price of brand loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has positive influence on brand loyalty. Consumer satisfaction is not as mediating variables influence the value of the product to the brand loyalty. Consumer satisfaction is not as mediating variables influence price perception towards brand loyalty.Keywords: the value of the product, the perception of price, consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception on Purchase Decision. Population in this research is consumer of Goodfellas Resto and Bar Semarang. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using non probability sampling technique with purposive sampling approach. Data were collected using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Technique of analysis using multiple regression method previously tested the validity and reliability test. In addition, this study also used the F statistical test and the coefficient of determination. The last test is hypothesis using t test. The results showed that the variable of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perception have positive and significant influence to Purchase Decision. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of variables the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operational Cost Ratio to Operational Income (BOPO), and Net interst Margin (NIM) of the Return On Asset (ROA) on Commercial Bank listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on the period 2011-2016. The population in this study is a commercial bank listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2011 until 2016. The samples are determined using purposive sampling. The criteria used are commercial bank listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011 - 2016 and the banks submit annual financial statements and completely. Method of data analysisused is panel data regression with selectionbetwenestimation method Fixed Effect Model (FEM) and the Random Effect Model (REM) through the Hausman Test. Hausman Test result of this study recommends using model REM. Based on the ouput, the largest constant value is found in Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk and the smallest constant value is in Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk.Based on the output Random Effect Model (REM) showed that CAR has no effect on ROA, NPL has a significant negative effect on ROA, LDR has no effect on ROA, BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA, and NIM has a significant positive effect on ROA.The ability of the independent variables to explain ROA changes in Commercial Banks listed on the IDX in the period 2011-2016 amounted to 82.6%. Abstract

This study is purposed to analyze the effect of store image and service quality on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention and alos the effect of service quality on repurchase intention at convenience store Siranda. The population is consumer of convenience store Siranda by taking 100 consumers of convenience store Siranda as the sample with non probability sampling technique by purposive sampling. The kind of data that used is primary data which collected direclty from the data collection techniques, ie, by distributing questionnaires. Data that taken from the questionnaire then tested the instrument by validity and reliabity’s test. Then proceed with the data analysis by normality and linearity’s test. Proceed with the classical assumption that include multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. Furthermore, its goodness of fit tested by F test methods, test the coefficient of determination R2 and hypothesis test (t test). The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and the image of the store positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and repurchase intentions and customer satisfaction as well the positive and significant effect on the repurchasing intentions. Key words : store image, service quality, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention
