Abstract

Abstract: This study examines and examines the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at Mabel company that is PT. Country From Furnitur Semarang. Object pene thesis writer of this thesis is an employee of PT. Country From Furnitur SemarangRandom sampling sampling technique amounted to 100 with return of sample back to 94 with data collection using questionnaires by distributing kuesiomern by spreading questionnaires to respondents to obtain information.The results of this study show that leadership has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Motivation has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Work Environment bepengaruh positive e and significant to Employee PerformancKeywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (Car), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (ROA) And Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) Of Return On Assets (ROA) The Banking Companies Period Year 2012-2014. Samples in this study is the overall financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, ie from 2012 to 2014, amounting to 31 companies that meet the requirements to report financial data are complete. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Results of research Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) negative effect on ROA. Non Performing Loan (NPL) a negative effect on ROA. Operating Expenses to Operating Income (ROA) but no significant negative effect on ROA and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to ROA. Keywords: CAR, NPLs, ROA, and LDR to ROA

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, self-efficacy and locus of control to the desire to employee performance. The object of study in this paper is PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia. The sampling technique in this research use the purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents is 75. Analysis of the data used include the product moment test validity, reliability testing with Alpha Cronbrach, multiple regression analysis, t test to test and aprove the research hypothesis. The results of the research are (1) organizational culture give positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee, the stronger organizational culture within the employee will improve employee performance. (2) self-efficacy give positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee, the stronger self-efficacy within the employee will improve employee performance. (3) locus of control give positive and significant impact on the performance of the employee, the stronger locus of control within the employee will improve employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, innovation and price perceptions of the purchasing decision process in the purchase of Tupperware products in Jepara. This study uses primary data and secondary data with data collection method with questionnaire. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents, using sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling is taking samples with the criteria of consumers who have ever bought Tupperware products in Jepara. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. Test results obtained that the quality of the product has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, innovation has a positive effect on the purchasing decision process and price perception have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Overall research model is said fit or feasible as research model with coefficient of determination value approaching 1. Keywords: innovation, price perception and purchasing decision process

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the influence of leadership, compensation and motivation of work against employee performance of PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia Semarang. The data used are primary data obtained direcly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were employee of PT. Sango Ceramics Indonesia Semarang numbering as many as 1000 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive kind of accidental sampling method with the number respondents as many as 100 people. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: (1) leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2)Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study attempts to analyze influence imagery and the quality of care of customer loyalty with satisfaction customers as variable intervening a study of Go-Jek Semarang.The population in this study is the customer Go-JekSemarang.The sample was conducted by using the method purposive sampling. Abstract

The purpose of this study waas to determine the effect of Self Efficacy, Work Discipline, Work Motivation on Organizational Commitment moderated Clan Culture Organization. The population in this study are employees who work there. The sampling in this research same with the population it was sensus. Data collection was done through questionaires. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of each variable of quality of service, product quality and price perception to customer satisfaction CV Pasti Jaya. Population in this research is buyer of CV Pasti Jaya. The sample in this study used random sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of the analysis can be concluded, that: quality of service has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction of CV Pasti Jaya. Product quality has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction of CV Pasti Jaya. Abstract

This study aims to test the Decision Rate of Computer Purchase Against the perception of price, promotion, and location using the method of science (Imporance Performance Analysis). Demak is a store for computer laptops and computers. The number of samples studied is a total of 100The person selected by the respondent with the use of the retrieval technique by using purposive sempling technique. The technique used in this research is the equivalence, the reliability of the data by using SPSS Version 19 and by the IPA method. The conclusion of this research is the perception of price, promotion and location has a high level positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The population in this study is the total number of employees who numbered 50 respondents.The sample used is census technique. The data used is primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. Technique used for primary data collection is done by questioner to respondent. Hypothesis test results show that Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
