Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance. The object of research in this writing is Vocational High School Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius 1 Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is using the census of 62 respondents as sample by using questionnaire (questionnaire) by way of spreading the list of questions to the respondent in order to get information. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of compensation, job characteristics, and motivation on teacher performance.The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, cronbach alpha formula to test instrument reliability, regression to test the magnitude of partial influence of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of his research are: (1) compensation has a negative effect on teacher performance. (2) job characteristics have a positive effect on teacher performance. (3) motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance. Key Words             : Work Compensation, Characteristics, Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance Plantation Archipelago IX Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 120 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test of determination (R²) indicate that employee performance can be explained by Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment of 57,7%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of research. The f test indicate that Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment jointly significant effect on employee performance. The t test indicate that Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.Keywords: Motivation, Leadership, Workplace Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of variables Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net interst Margin (NIM), and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) of the Return On Asset (ROA). Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression). The sample used in this study were 29 banking companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a purposive sampling techniques, namely engineering samples based on the determining criteria. Those criteria are banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2015 and submit annual financial statements and complete. The results of the study after partial hypothesis test showed that the CAR had no significant positive effect on ROA, LDR significant negative to ROA, significant negative NPL to ROA and NIM has a positive and significant impact on ROA. Abstract

The Bank is a trust institution that has an intermediary function, helps the payment system and implements government policy monetary policy. The function proves that the existence of a healthy bank, has a relationship with the economic growth in a country. Banking is one of the important sectors in Indonesia. In recent years, the condition of banking in Indonesia has begun to show progress towards improvement although it is still experiencing difficult stages in order to balance the financial position. This is reflected in positive developments in funding, capitalization, profitability, and quality of productive assets. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is the ratio of capital used to measure the health of the bank. CAR is based on the ratio of capital to Risk Weighted Assets (ATMR). In accordance with Bank Indonesia regulation, banks must have a CAR of 8%.The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Asset Quality (NPL), Liquidity (LDR), and Rentability (ROA) on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) in banking companies in Indonesia and listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015. The data used in this study comes from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method used purposive sampling method with 15 banking companies. This research uses regression analysis method of panel data. The results showed that the quality of assets (NPLs) did not affect the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Liquidity (LDR) had an effect on Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Rentability (ROA) influenced Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Abstract

The issues raised are whether the promotion factor and the quality of service to the purchasing decision in Sentra ponsel, Semarang. The purpose of the study was to analyze the influence of promotion, quality of service on purchasing decisions. A sample of 100 respondents, using anon-probability sampling technique withthe sampling method used is purposive sampling, its sampling with the criteria that the respondentisan adult and has been making purchases online. Methods of research data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that there are positive and significant effect between the promotion on purchasing decisions. there are significant positive and significant correlation between quality of service in purchasing decisions.Keyword :promotion, quality of service, and purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Types of data used are primary data is data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. Population in this research is employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 102 respondents. The Data collected were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, the reliability testing using cronbach alpha and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The test results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence of training on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of compensation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of labor discipline on employee performance.Keywords: Training, Compensation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, service quality and price perceptions on the satisfaction of members of Bank MuamalatTerpaduMandiri Sejahtera in UngaranKab.Semarang. The population in this study are members of Bank MuamalatTerpadyMandiri Sejahtera. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. Data processing using SPSS Version 19. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant positive effect on member satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on member satisfaction and price perception have a significant positive effect on member satisfaction Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality and Price Presentment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work capital efficiences, liquidity and solvability to profitability. Samples were food and baverage companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2013-2015 with 14 companies by using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.The results of this study prove partially that the work capital negative and significant effect on profitability, while the liquidity and solvability does not effect on profitability. Simultaneously prove that the work capital significant effect on the profitability of the company with a significant level of 0.000< 0.05. Value Adjusted R Square shows the results for 0.609, which means 60.9% are influenced by the value of the profitability, the work capital, liquidity and solvability. While the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables outside the study. Keywords: Work Capital Efficiences, Liquidity, Solvability, and Profitability

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and workplace employees pd on performance.Bpr regional banks Pati.Population this research is employees who worked in PD .BPR Regional Banks Pati .Sample in this research as many as 71 people .Technique the sample collection use purposive sampling .As for criteria sample in this research was employees who worked more than three years and experienced various leadership .Instrument the analysis used is the validity , reliability and linear regression multiple.The results of the analysis it can be concluded that leadership: have had a positive impact on the performance of employees .Motivation have had a positive impact on the performance of employees .Working environment have had a positive impact on the performance of employees . Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of of price perception, service quality and product quality to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang. The population in this study were customer who purchases the product more three times at Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang and the age more 17 years old. The number of samples studied was as many as 110 people were selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled by respondents. The analysis used in this research is linear regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable that is price perception, service quality and product quality to dependent variable that is customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And use path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perception of price, quality of service, and product quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang. Price perception, service quality, and product quality have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty at Padang Surya Restaurant Semarang. Customer satisfaction variables do not mediate the variable of price perception, service quality and product quality to customer loyalty.
