Abstract

This study analyzed the influence of leadership, communication, and the work environment to employees performance of PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya, Jepara. Sampling technique in this research were 100 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective formulated to determine the effect of leadership, communication, and the work environment to employees performance of PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya, Jepara. Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable in the regression analysis test. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership positive effect on employee performance (2) Communications positive effect on employee performance (3) The working environment has positive influence on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment on Employee PerformanceSecretariat Dewan Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 83 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique for data collection is done by means of questionnaires.The analysis method used is data feasibility test, model feasibility test, hypothesis with used multiple linear regression The research results show that motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Secretariat Dewan Semarang City.Work has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Secretariat Dewan Semarang City.Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Secretariat Dewan Semarang City.Keywords: Motivation, Workplace Environment, Competence and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is describing and analyzing the effect of Service Quality, Perceptions of Price of customer satisfaction, and the effect of customer satisfaction of customer loyalty. The population of this study is the customer of Susan Executive Club Semarang. The method of taking sampling is used purposive sampling method, and got 100 respondent sampling. The analysis method is used doubled linier regression. Based on the analysis can be concluded that there is significant effect of service quality variable to customer satisfaction, and significant affect of sevice quality variable to customer loyalty. There is significant effect of perceptions of price variable of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Mulberry’s effect of service quality variable and perceptions of price to customer satisfaction amount 53,001%, and the effect of service quality, perceptions of price, and customer satisfaction of customer loyalty is amount of 55,433%.Key word : service quality, perceptions of price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, profitability, corporate social responsibility, and firm size on firm value. This research was conducted in Indonesia by using unit of analysis of manufacturing company. The population of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method using purposive sampling with research period 2014 until 2016 and obtained as many as 235 companies. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the capital structure had a significant negative effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on company value. Corporate social responsibility negatively affects not significant to company value. Meanwhile, firm size has a significant positive effect on company value.Keyword: Corporate value, capital structure, profitability, corporate social responsibility, and firm size.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of financial performance, firm size and corporate governance on sustainability report. This research was conducted at Burs Efek Indonesia by using unit of analysis of manufacturing company which have gone public. Sampling method using purposive sampling with research period year 2013 until 2015. Relationship and or influence between variables is explained by using method of multiple regression analysis. The results showed that financial performance and firm size have a significant positive effect on sustainability report. While corporate governance has no significant effect on sustainability report. Abstract

This study examines the effect of return on assets (ROA), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), bank size (BANK SIZE), loan deposit ratio (LDR), and inflation to non performing loan (NPL). The method used in this research is descriptive method that is quantitative. Sample technique using purposive sampling technique with research period year 2013 - 2015. The result of research show there is significant and negative influence between ROA to Non Performing Loan (NPL), there is no significant influence between CAR to Non Performing Loan (NPL) Which is significant and positive between Bank Size against Non Performing Loan (NPL), there is no significant influence between LDR to Non Performing Loan (NPL), and there is no significant influence and between Inflation to Non Performing Loan (NPL). Abstract

Each company is in desperate need of qualified human resources to achieve corporate objectives that have been determined. Willingness and skill is not effective enough to do something without a clear understanding of what will be done and how to do it. This study analyzed the influence of motivation, work discipline, and job training to employees performance at employees of PT Geo Dipa Energi Dieng. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline, and job training to employees performance at employees of PT Geo Dipa Energi Dieng. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling method for selecting the 95 respondents in the sample data collection method using a questionnaire by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in order to obtain information. Data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable in the regression analysis test. The results of the research are: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees (2) Discipline of work and significant positive effect on employee performance (3) Job training and significant positive effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence of product quality, brand image and price perception of Samsung Smartphone purchase decision. The result of the analysis is the quality of the product has no effect and significant so that all changes - changes that occur in the variable purchase decision is not influenced by product quality veriabel. Furthermore, the brand image does not have a positive and significant impact so that any changes that occur in the purchase decision variable are not affected by the brand image variable. While the perception of the price has a positive and significant effect so it can be stated that the perception of the price can affect the purchase decision. It is known that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0,535 which means that 53,5% of variation of purchasing decision can be explained by product quality variable, brand imageand price perception.Keywords: product quality, brand image, price perception and purchase decision

Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of perceived price, location and service quality to customer satisfaction of Yamaha Sukses Sejahtera Siliwangi Semarang’s customers. The population in this study were customers who made for minimal twice purchase of service at Yamaha Sukses Sejahtera Siliwangi Semarang. The number of samples studied were as many as 100 people were selected as respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study was questionnaire filled out by respondents. The analysis technique has been done by using validity test, reliability test,multiple linear regressions test, model feasibility test and hypothesis significance test.Data processing using SPSS Version 19th.The results of this study showed thatperceived price, location and service quality have positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The objective of the research are (1) to know degree of the honorary teachers organizational commitment in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency (2) to know what’s the motive that prompt the good honorary teachers organizational commitment in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency (3) to know what’s the dominant motive that influences to the honorary teachers organizational commitment in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency. The existence of this research is hoped can gives contribution in addition of scientific study reference about organizational commitment of honorary teacher and as a base of wisdom formulation in treat and motivate the honorary teacher. The population of this research is honorary teacher of elementary schools in Guntur subdistric Demak regency. The total of elementary schools is 39 with 168 honorary teachers. The sample was taken by using cluster sampling technique based on geographical location of 12 schools (as sample). From 12 schools taken 50 honorary teachers as respondents The data analysis of this research includes validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach Alpha, descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The result of the research shows that the majority of honorary teachers organizational commitment in good category. The motives that prompt a good honorary teachers’ organizational commitment are physiologist motive, social motive, egoistic motive, and actualization motive. The multiple regression analysis shows that the social motive and the actualization motive have a dominant influence to the organizational commitment of the honorary teacher in Guntur subdistrict Demak regency.
