Abstract

Customer purchasing behavior is unique because of the preference of everyone to a different things. It is influenced by many factors, including product, price, service quality, distribution, promotion and others. The puspose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, price, distribution and promotions on purchasing decisions at Gramedia Pandanaran Semarang Bookstrore, either partially or simultaneously. The result of the analysis can be concluded that: product has positive influence on purchase decisions. Price variable has positive influence on purchase decisions. Distribution variable has positive influence on purchase decisions. Promotion variable has a negative influence on purchase decisions. It is known that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0,281 which means that 28,1% of variation of purchasing decision can be explained by Product, price, distribution and promotion. Product, price, distribution and promotion has a positive influance jointly on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Product, Price, Distribution and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This research takes object at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Semarang. The problems raised in this study are, the influences of individual characteristics, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Semarang, in partially.The Population in this research are all of the employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Semarang which amounted as many as 208 people. The sampling technique which used is random sampling with 66 respondents. The method of data analysis is quantitative method which consists of: test of validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing through t-test.The results showed that, individual characteristic variable has no effect on employee performance, and work motivation influenced on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline and the ability to work on the performance of the employees of the Department of Manpower, Transmigration and Population of Central Java province. A sample of 100 respondents, using a quota sampling technique is a technique for determining the sample of the population that have certain characteristics to the number (quota) is desired. Samples were taken by delivering a fall or certain quorum of the group each unit consisting of a Secretariat, Sector Pentatrans, HI and Jamsos Field, Field wasnaker, Lattas Field, Field Dukcapil and Functional Division. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that motivation positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, work discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance and the ability to work and significant positive effect on employee performance. From the regression equation showed that the work discipline more positive effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.377; furthermore workability also a positive effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.368 and motivation positive influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.178. Abstract

The research objective was to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment of the employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pemalang.In this study population was all employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch Pemalang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sampling technique to establish certain criteria in accordance with the purpose or problems studied. The criteria used for determining the sample is already working at least 3 years, age, education and reguler employee and contract jobs. Based on the calculation model of summary obtained magnitude adjusted R2 is 0.872 this means that 87.2% of the variation of organizational commitment can be explained by the variation of the three independent variables are the organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis showed that organizational culture has positive influence on organizational commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this research to know the influence of motivation, competency, self-efficacy of commitment organizational. Object the study is done PT. JasaMarga (Persero) Cabang Semarang. Technique the sample colletion in this research using accidental sampling with the number of respondents 62 people. Data collection donethrought the distribution of the questionnaire. Analysis techniques the data used the analysis of multiple regression. The research of study obtained that motivation have had a positif impact and significant of commitment organizational, the more powerful a motivation in self employees so commitmen organizational employees to this company also rose. Competence not affect significantly to commitment organizational, competency in employees not necessarily can improve the commitmen organizational of the company. Abstract

Each company has a desire to improve and develop the business in ways that are arranged in a program to improve employee performance. In order to improve the performance, so that employees can work on target companies, ultimately enabling the company to compete with other companies. As for which is used as a population are all employees of BNI Semarang branch office numbering 77 employees. Sample selection technique using the method Purpose Sampling. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, price and brand image perceptions on purchase decisions Oppo F1s Selfie Smartphone Expert in Semarang. The population studied in this research is that consumers buy Oppo F1s Selfie Smartphone Expert in Sales Center phone Solar Semarang Simpang Lima. The minimum sample size in penelitianini, the number of indicators of research as much as 18 so that the number of samples is 5 times the number of indicators or as many as 5 x 20 = 100. The sampling technique used Proposive Sampling. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: The product quality has positive influence on purchase decisions. Perception price positive influence on purchase decisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work ethic, compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of DJKN Regional Office of Central Java and Yogyakarta.The sample of research is 68 respondents by using sampling technique that is population research or census research or saturated sample. Methods of data analysis using linear regression.Test results obtained that there is a positive and significant influence work ethic on employee performance. Other results indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct and  indirect service quality, trust, corporate image, and  customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on loyalityThe population of this research is the customers to the store jenang karomah in kudus.The total sample 100 respondents with purposive sampling. Data obtained by the questionnaire. This research variable quality produk  (X1) servie  (X2),price (X3), customer satisfaction (Y1), and loyality (Y2).             The result of the research indicated that the quality product (X1), service (X2), price (X3) show that there are influance bigger than loyality(Y2) trough customer satisfaction.                The conclusion from the study of the quality product (X1), service (X2), price (X3) effect on loyalty (Y2) through satisfaction (Y1) .It is suggested to Toko Jenang Karomah to improve quality product, In the belief Toko Jenang Karomah should be able to increase the trust of its members and on corporate image should Toko Jenang Karomah able to show stability. Keyword :Product Quality, service, price, satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

Profitability is a reflection of the financial perfomancein the Corporate Banking. Profitability rate changes will be affect to the investors decision on investment in the banking company.The purpose of this research is to analyze how the effect of NPL, LDR, CAR, and BOPO to ROA or return on assets of the go public banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used samples of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Based on the observations, Period Registered Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of study between 2011-2013 year is 34 Company for 3 years as many as 98 data. Research data analysis methods using linear regression. The test results showed that the NPL have positive effectand significantly Against ROA ongo public Banking Companies, LDR have no significantly effect against ROA on go public Banking Companies, CAR have no significantly effect against ROA on go public Banking Companies, and BOPO have negative effect and significant  againts ROA of the go public Banking Companies  listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.         .
