Abstract

The study examines the effect trust, services quality, and price perception of the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri-Tegal. This research was conducted at the Weleri rail station by using a go public transportation service company as the unit analysis.The sampling method used purposive sampling with the observation period from 2016-2017. Relationships and (or )influence between variable described by using multiple regression analysis.The result showed that trust has positive effect and significant to the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri-Tegal. The result showed that service quality has positive effect and significant to the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri-Tegal.The result showed that priceperception has positive effect and significant to the passenger satisfaction a Kaligung trains of economic Weleri Tegal. Abstract

This study attempts to analyze influence product quality and perception of consumer prices attitude and its impact on intention buy shoes converse consumers.The population research is consumers who buy shoes conversedi city semarang.sampel in this research as many as 100 people.Using techniques the sample purposive sampling.But sample criteria the research is customers who bought over and always shoes converse products.A the analysis used is the validity, reliability and linear regression berganda.hasil analysis it can be concluded that: product quality it has some positive effects in allah price konsumen.persepsi it has some positive effects in allah consumers.An influential positive on consumers buy intentions. Keywords: product quality, price perception, consumer attitudes and buying intentions

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of product innovation, price perception and promotion of consumer satisfaction in Product Purchase Batik Bakaran Pati regency. This study uses primary data by the method of data collection by questionnaire. A sample of 100 respondents, using a sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling sampling with criteria that consumers who have never purchased Batik Bakaran Pati regency. Methods of data analysis using linear regression. The test results showed that the positive effect of product innovation to customer satisfaction, perception of price positive effect on customer satisfaction and the promotion of a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Overall the research model is said to be fit or worthy as a research model with determination coefficient value close to 1. Abstract

This study aims to analyzed the effect of organizational culture, work motivation, leadership and work discipline on employee performance. The object of research in this paper is the PT. Banyu Herang Abadi XL Pekalongan. Research method using census, amount to 108 respondents.Data collection using questionnaire (questionnaire) by distributing questionnaires to respondents to obtain information.Data collected using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) the organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. (2) the motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on employee performance.(3) the leadership negative and no significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze members intentions at the Cooperative Taman Usaha in Jepara City. The population in this study is a member of Cooperative Taman Usaha. Sampling technique using purposive sampling with criteria of respondents who have become members of the cooperative. The sample in this study was obtained as 115 respondents. Data analysis method used include, descriptive statistics, instrument test include validity test with KMO value >0.5 and loading factor >0,4 and reliability test with alpha cronbach >0,7, model advisability test include F test and coefficient of determination test , and hypothesis test with significance <0,05. Based on the results of hypothesis test results obtained: Attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the intention of being a member of Cooperative Taman Usaha. Subjective Norm have a positive and significant effect on the intention of being a member of Cooperative Taman Usaha. Perceived Behavior Control have a positive and significant effect on the intention of being a member of Cooperative Taman Usaha.Keywords: Attitude, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioural Control, Intention

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of celebrity endorsements, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions hijab Rabanni the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisbank Semarang who buy and use Rabanni hijab. The minimum sample size in this study, the number of research indicators as much as 20 so that the number of samples is 5 times the number of indicators or as many as 5 x 20 = 100. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The analysis tool used is the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Support celebrities positive influence on purchase decisions. Brand image positive influence on purchase decisions. The product quality has positive influence on purchasing decisions Keywords: celebrity endorsements, brand image, product quality and purchasing decisions

Abstract

The magnitude of a persons need to take care of themselves to look beautiful and the growing lifestyle of women, ultimately give a big influence for the rapid development of beauty industry in Indonesia, especially in the form of beauty clinic business.This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect ofservice quality dimensions namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction at Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang.The population in this study is the customer who perform treatment at Larissa Aesthetic Center Semarang and aged over 18 years. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected as respondents by using purposive sampling technique.Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire filled directly by the respondent. Analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test,, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis significance test. Data processing using SPSS Version 20. The results of this study indicate that the dimensions of service quality such as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, and assuranceempathy haven’t an effect on customer satisfaction  and empathy have aneffect on customer satisfaction. Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions. The population and sample of this research is the buyer of Polytron Smartphone brand in Polytron Smartphone Showroom Citraland Mall Semarang. Sampling method used in this research is Purposive Sampling method with the number of samples of 100 respondents. Data collected questionnaires analyzed by using Factor Analysis to test the validity of question items, alpha croanbach formula to test the reliability of the instrument, regression analysis to test the magnitude of partial influence of each independent variable tested with the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between product quality, price, promotion of purchasing decisions Smartphone brand Polytron.Keywords : Product Quality, Price, Promotion, and Purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline to employee performance PT. PLN (Persero) APJ. The population in this study were employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Network Maintenance numbering as many as 250 people. The sample in this study as many as 71 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The criteria for the samples in this study are mployees who work more than 3 years. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: leadership style and significant positive effect on employee performance. Job motivation and significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Labor discipline and significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: leadership style, employee motivation, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

This study on analysis the effect of brand image and product quality on satisfaction and its impact on purchase intentions motorcycle Honda matic in Demak city. The data used in this research is the primary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument. The population in this study is the user community residents or owners of motorcycle Honda matic, totaling 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling, that the sampling deliberate in accordance with the requirements of the sample used.With the characteristics of customer samples Astra Motor Honda Demak, and owners motorcycle matic Hondabrand The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are positive and significant between the brand image on satisfaction and product quality on satisfaction.
