Abstract

The Purpose of study is to examine and analyze the factors that effect the Dividend Payout ratio in LQ 45 companies. The population of this research are companies included in the category LQ 45 2013-2015. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. Based on the results of the sampling purposive obtained a sample of 81 companies. The results of this study show each variable has influence varies is Institutional Ownership and Liquidity positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, Growth of Companies negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, and Profitabilities positive effect was not significant to Dividend Payout ratio. Adjusted R^2 value is 0,640 this means that 64% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, while the remaining 36% is explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of profitability to firm value with dividend policy as intervening variable. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2015. These companies become the population in this study then only a few who qualify to be sampled. Sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is mediation regression analysis supported by path analysis. The result of research shows that profitability have positive and significant effect to company value. Dividend policy has a positive and significant effect on company value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. The ability of each of those independent variables to influence the change of company value is only 57,2%, the rest is contribution of variables outside of this research model. The dividend policy does not mediate effect of profitability on firm value. Keywords: Firm Value, Profitability, Dividend policy.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction can be achieved by improving product quality, brand image, price, and promotion purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, promotion and price, to consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted with a purposive sampling method with the following criteria: a) It is the people who live in Semarang and surrounding areas; b.) is the Toyota Avanza Veloz. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. Then analyzing the data obtained, including validity, reliability, test the coefficient of determination (R2), F test, and test hypotheses (T test). These results indicate that the quality of the products (quality of product) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, meaning that the higher the quality of the product will increase consumer satisfaction. Brand image (brand image) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, brand image means the better the customer satisfaction will increase. Promotion (promotion) positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, which means that the effective promotion is done it will increase consumer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of competence, motivation and compensation on performance (Employee Study in Mijen sub District Demak). The sampling technique used saturated samples / census, where all members of the population were sampled. The sample of the study was 100 respondents. Technique data analysis using validity test, reliability and multiple regression. While the hypothesis test tool using t test. Abstract

The success of a company is strongly influenced by employee performance. Every company will always try to improve the performance of its employees to achieve company goals. Factors that can improve employee  performance are motivation, compensation and competence. The purpose of this study is, (1) To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. (2) To analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. (3) To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this research is all employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero). Samples taken are all employees of PT Pegadaian (Persero) Branch Poncol that there are as many as 102 respondents. The independent variables and bound in this research are Motivation (X1), Compensation (X2), Competence (X3) and Performance (Y). The instrument used is a questionnaire. Instrument validity test using factor analysis, reliability test using Alpha Cronbach. After that the collected data was analyzed by multiple regression analysis method. The conclusion of this research are (1) motivation have positive effect to performance. (2) Compensation has no effect on performance. Abstract

This study attempts to analyze influence imagery and the quality of care of customer loyalty with satisfaction customers as variable intervening a study of Go-Jek Semarang.The population in this study is the customer Go-JekSemarang.The sample was conducted by using the method purposive sampling. With the results of the spread of the questionnaire obtained sample which used sample obtained a hundred people .The results of the study showed that (1) Noted for his imagery significant impact on customer satisfaction , (2) The quality of services has no significant impact on customer satisfaction , (3) Noted for his imagery of its effect on customer loyalty , (4) The quality of services has no significant impact on customer loyalty , (5) Significant impact on the customer satisfaction in customer loyaltyKeywords: Image, quality of services customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price perceptions and promotion of Samsung Mobile purchasing decision process in Semarang. The population in this study is the whole society of Samsung mobile users in Semarang. The number of samples studied is as many as 100 people selected in accordance with the criteria as respondents by using sampling technique purposive sampling. Data collection method used in this research is using questionnaire method filled by respondents. Analytical techniques used in this study are validity test, reability test, multiple linear regression test, model test, simultaneous significant test, hypothesis test. Data processing using SPSS Version 18. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price perception, and promotion have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision process.Keywords: product quality, price perception, promotion and purchasing decision process

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Motivation, Leadership and Work Environment on Employee PerformanceSecretariat Dewan Semarang City. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 83 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique for data collection is done by means of questionnaires.The analysis method used is data feasibility test, model feasibility test, hypothesis with used multiple linear regression The research results show that motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Secretariat Dewan Semarang City.Work has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Secretariat Dewan Semarang City.Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Secretariat Dewan Semarang City.Keywords: Motivation, Workplace Environment, Competence and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of trust, commitment and communication to customer loyalty at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi Semarang. The population is a number of individuals who have the same nature or interests. In this study the population is consumers who buy Toyota Avanza car products at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi Semarang in 2016 as many as 974. The sample in this study as many as 91 consumers who buy the Toyota Avanza products at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi and have been using Toyota Avanza minimal 2 years, where in this research sampling method that is purposive sampling that is sampling based on criteria specified that consumers who buy Toyota Avanza car products at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi, and owns a Toyota Avanza car at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between the Trust on Customer Loyalty, there is a positive and significant influence between Commitment to Customer Loyalty and there is a positive and significant influence between the Communication on Customer Loyalty...Keywords: Trust, commitment, communication and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance PT. Industri Jamu and Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk Semarang. Sampling technique from this research is using Accidental Sampling which amounts to 100 people. Data collection by using questionnaire (questionnaire) by way of spread list of statement to respondent to get information. The purpose of the study formulated to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance. Data were collected using factor analysis to test the validity of item statement, Crombach Alpha formula to test instrument reliability, regression analysis to test the magnitude of partial influence of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of the study are: (1) leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2) motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) the working environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Environment.
