Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and promotion on purchasing decision of smartphone product to consumers in Semarang City.Sampling method using purposive sampling with limit of product usage period more or less for one year and at least 17 years old. The influence between variables is explained by using multiple regression analysis method. Based on the results of statistical tests in this study can be concluded that product quality significantly influence the purchase price perception decision significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as significant promotion of the decision to purchase smartfren smartphone products on Smartfren consumers in the city of Semarang. Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the influence of motivation, work discipline and work environment on teacher performance. This research was conducted at SMK 17 August 1945 Semarang. The population of this study is all teachers of SMK 17 August 1945 Semarang which amounted to 52 people by taking sempel using census method. The method of analysis used in this study is to use regression analysis method, that is using the value of Standardized Coefficients Beta and significant level. The result of the research shows that motivation has positive and significant effect to teacher performance, work discipline has positive and significant influence to teacher performance, and work environment have positive and significant effect to teacher performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of competence, motivation and compensation on performance (Employee Study in Mijen sub District Demak). The sampling technique used saturated samples / census, where all members of the population were sampled. The sample of the study was 100 respondents. Technique data analysis using validity test, reliability and multiple regression. While the hypothesis test tool using t test. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL), competence and work discipline on the employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province. In this study the independent variables that affect employee performance is limited toQuality of Work Life (QWL), competence and work discipline. The population in this study is the total employee Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province amounting to 182 people. In this study, using sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique and and elected as many as 92 respondents are used as a sample. The data collection through primary data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents as well as secondary data from archives owned by instance and literature studies. Data testing technique used include data feasibility test, model feasibility test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test t-test. The result of the research shows that Quality of Work Life (QWL) has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province. Competence has a positive and significant impact on the employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province. Work discipline has a positive and not significant impact on theemployee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah of Central Java Province.Keywords : Quality of Work Life (QWL), competence, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation at PDAM Tirta Dharma Jepara. In this study the independent variables that affect employee performance is limited to motivation, work environment with the mediation variable is job satisfaction. The population in this study is the total employee PDAM Tirta Dharma Jepara, amounting to 130 people. And elected as many as 116 respondents are used as a sample. Data testing techniques used include validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with alpha cronbach, multiple regression analysis, and significance test of coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis and mediation test. The result of the research shows that the ability of the model to explain correctly the effect of motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction is 64,3% on employee performance. While the other by 35,7% influenced by other variables. From the mediation test can be seen that job satisfaction mediate the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance.Keywords: motivation, work environment, job satisfaction, and employee performance

Abstract

This Study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality, trust and commitment on customer satisfaction debtor PD. BPR Bank Daerah Pati. The population in this study is the debtor BPR Bank Daerah Pati. Because the population is not known with certainty, then the sampling is based on the formula proposed by Taro in order to obtain a sample of 100 people. Test equipment used in this study testing the validity using factor analisys, reliability using Cronbach Alpha testing and hypotesis using multiple linear regression. The resut of analisys can be concluded that: the positive effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The better the quality of the service, the customer satisfaction debitor PD.BPR Bank Daerah Pati will increase. Confidence positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better trust then the debitor customer satisfaction PD. BPR Bank Daerah Pati will increase. Commitment positive effect on customer satisfaction. The better trust then the debitor customer satisfaction PD. BPR Bank Daerah Pati will increase. Keywords : quality of service, trust, commitment and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is a research that examines the influence of leadership, training and work discipline with the perspective of Human Resource Management theory. The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of leadership, training and work discipline on the performance of Islamic Hospital staff Nahdatul Ulama Demak (RSI NU Demak). The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling, while sampling technique using Slovin formula obtained 75 respondents. Data analysis used is the test of validity, reliability and multiple regression. While the hypothesis test tool using t and F test. The results showed that leadership, training and work discipline partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership has the greatest influence on performance. Leadership, training and work discipline contributed to the performance of 90.6%. Keywords: Leadership, training, work motivation and performance

Abstract

In order to maintain and increase sales, every company needs to hold the resulting product development efforts toward higher quality, thus providing effective, satisfying power and greater appeal. How and supplying the right product for the intended market, can satisfy its customers and can increase profits in the long run through increased sales. This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and the perception of price on purchase decisions Brand Samsung Smartphone in SMS Shop Semarang. This research is descriptive. The total sample are 100 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results showed that in partial analysis are variables product quality influence on purchasing decisions, quality of service influence on purchasing decisions, and the price perception influence on purchase decisions. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of trust, commitment and communication to customer loyalty at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi Semarang. The population is a number of individuals who have the same nature or interests. In this study the population is consumers who buy Toyota Avanza car products at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi Semarang in 2016 as many as 974. The sample in this study as many as 91 consumers who buy the Toyota Avanza products at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi and have been using Toyota Avanza minimal 2 years, where in this research sampling method that is purposive sampling that is sampling based on criteria specified that consumers who buy Toyota Avanza car products at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi, and owns a Toyota Avanza car at PT. Nasmoco Siliwangi. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence between the Trust on Customer Loyalty, there is a positive and significant influence between Commitment to Customer Loyalty and there is a positive and significant influence between the Communication on Customer Loyalty...Keywords: Trust, commitment, communication and customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Ownership Structure of Foreign Ownership (Forgn_Own), Institutional Ownership (Ints_Own), and Public Ownership (Public_Own) on Corporate Value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as intervening variable in registered financial services company in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. The research population is a financial services company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2013-2016 as many as 248 companies. While in the sampling by using purposive sampling method. With this method, there are 130 companies that meet the criteria. Data is obtained through Annual Report and Monthly. The results show that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant impact on Corporate Value, foreign ownership (Forgn_Own), Institutional ownership (Ints_Own), and public ownership (Public_Own) have a positive and significant impact on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in financial services companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2013-2016. Foreign ownership (Forgn_Own), Institutional Ownership (Ints_Own), and Public Ownership (Public_Own) have a positive and significant impact on Corporate Value of financial services companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2013-2016. And indirectly or through CSR, foreign ownership (Forgn_Own), institutional ownership (Ints_Own), and public ownership (Public_Own) also have a positive and Significant effect on Corporate Value on financial services companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013- 2016.
