Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Lembaga Penyiaran Publik TVRI Stasiun Jawa Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai dibatasi pada kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pegawai Lembaga Penyiaran Publik TVRI Stasiun Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 268 orang. Namun terpilih sebanyak 136 yang di jadikan sampel sesuai dengan kriteria yang di tentukan. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas dengan cronbach alpha, uji model dengan nilai signifikasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyatakan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variabel yang paling dominan pada kinerja pegawai yaitu pengembangan karir. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Pengambangan Karir, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at customer wardah cosmetics in Semarang City.The population in this study is customer of wardah cosmetics in Semarang City. and got 100 respondent sampling. Based on the analysis can be concluded that there is significant effect of brand image variable to customer loyalty, and significant affect of product quality variable to customer loyalty. There is significant effect of customer satisfaction variable of customer loyalty. The result of the research shows that the ability of the model to explain correctly the effect of brand image, product quality, and customer satisfaction is 54,0% on customer loyalty. While the other by 46,0% influenced by other variable. Keywords : brand image, product quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price perception of purchasing decisions in the use of INK helmet. In this study the independent variables that influence purchasing decisions are limited to brand image variables, product quality and price perceptions. Population in this research is student of Faculty of Economics and Business at Unisbank Semarang. And selected as many as 100 respondents are used as a sample. Data testing techniques used include validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with cronbach alpha, multiple linear regression analysis and significance test of coefficient of determination to prove the truth of the hypothesis.Test results obtained that there is significant effect of brand image variables on purchasing decisions. There is a significant effect of product quality variables on purchasing decisions. There is significant influence of price perception variable to purchase decision. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and brand awareness of the liquid syrup brand equity in Kartika Syrup packaging. The population in this study is the villagers Gubug who had consumed / bought the product of syrup in the packaging of bottles brand "Sirup Kartika". Minimum sample size in this study, as many as 100 people. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study were villagers Gubug who consume syrup of respondents aged at least 17 years old. The analytical tool used is the test of validity, reliability, multiple linear regression and mediation test. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Brand image has a positive effect on brand equity. The better the brand image, it will increase brand equity. Brand awareness positively affects brand equity. The better the brand awareness, it will increase brand equity Keywords: brand image, brand awareness and brand equity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price and promotion on the satisfaction of Kaligung train customers at the Tegal train station. The object of this study is the Kaligung train customer. The population of this study is the customer of Kaligung train service users. The total population of 560 passengers is taken from the number of passengers of the Kaligung train for one departure. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, model test with F test, determination coefficient test (R2) and hypothesis test (t test). The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression that service quality and price variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the promotion variable does not affect customer satisfaction. Based on the analysis using multiple linear regression, the variable service quality is most dominant in influencing the satisfaction of Kaligung train customers. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, Work Environment and Motivation on employee performance Regional Secretariat Office of Pekalongan Regency. The population in this study is the entire staff of the Regional Secretariat Office of Pekalongan Regency, with a sample size of 70 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The primary data collection method used is questionnaire and data analysis using multiple linear regresi model. The results of this study indicate that leadership is negative and significant impact on employee performance while work environment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of trust, service quality and price perception on passenger satisfaction of the Tawang Jaya Economy Class Railway Department of Semarang-Jakarta at Poncol Station PT. KAI DAOP IV Semarang. In this study independent variables that affect passenger satisfaction are limited to the variables of trust, service quality and price perception. The population in this study were passengers of the Tawang Jaya Economy Class Railway Department of Semarang-Jakarta at Poncol Station PT. KAI DAOP IV Semarang. And selected as many as 100 respondents were used as samples. Data testing techniques used include validity test with factor analysis, reliability testing with cronbach alpha, multiple linear regression analysis, and significance test of the determination coefficient to prove the validity of the hypothesis. The test results obtained that there is a significant influence on the variable of trust in passenger satisfaction. There is a significant influence on service quality variables on passenger satisfaction. There is a significant effect of price perception variables on passenger satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Work Environment, Motivation, And Work Stress, On Employee Performance On Regional Development Administration Bureau and Public Welfare Bureau at Office of Regional Secretariat of Central Java Province. This study also aims to determine the influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable and to know which variable is the most dominant influence among the three independent variables to the dependent variable, this type of research uses qualitative research, with employee population amounted to 81 employees. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. Based on the calculation of SPSS 19 from t test on work environment variables obtained significance of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha = H1 accepted, motivation variables obtained significance of 0.193> 0.05, then Ho accepted and Ha = H2 rejected, work stress variable obtained significance of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha = H3 accepted. F test results show the significance of 0.000 <0.05 then in this study independent variables together affect the dependent variable. The result of coefficient of determination obtained value of 0,39 meaning work environment variable, motivation, work stress can explain employee performance variable 39% and the rest influenced other variable not found in this research. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Quality Service, Trust, And Location Against Member Loyalty On Office BMT Walisongo Gajah Mungkur Semarang. This study also aims to determine the influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variable and to know which variable is the most dominant influence among the three independent variables to the dependent variable, this type of research uses qualitative research, with a membership population of 100 members. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. Based on the results of research shows that there is a significant influence of service quality variables on the loyalty of BMT members Walisongo Gajah Mungkur Semarang.Terdapat significant influence belief variable on the loyalty of BMT members Walisongo Gajah Mungkur Semarang.Terdapat significant influence Location variables influence the loyalty BMT members Walisongo Semarang. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation and Communication on Employee Performance. The object of research in this paper is POLRESTABES Semarang. The sampling technique in this study is to use probability sampling technique with the number of respondents 80 people. Data analysis used includes validity test with product moment, reliability testing with alpha coefficient (Cronbrach Alpha), multiple regression analysis, t test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the research are (1) Transformational Leadership Style influences not influence on employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Communication has a negative effect on employee performance. Keywords :Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, Communication and Employee Performance.
