Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perngaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen sepeda motor Honda di Pekalongan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang sudah membeli unit sepeda motor Honda di Pekalongan dan jumlahnya tidak diketahui. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli unit sepeda motor Honda di Pekalongan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji model dengan uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Hasil analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda bahwa variabel persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian Sementara variabel kualitas produk dan citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap proses keputusan pembelian. Abstract

Salah satu penentu loyalitas konsumen terhadap perusahaan diantaranya adalah tentang bagaimana perusahaan melakukan kegiatan public relations-nya, reputasi yang dimiliki perusahaan dan citra perusahaan di masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui loyalitas nasabah Bank Jateng di Kota Semarang yang dipengaruhi oleh tiga faktor tersebut serta pengaruhnya jika citra perusahaan menjadi variabel mediasi terhadap loyalitas. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diambil langsung dari responden. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan mengajukan kuesioner berisi beberapa penyataan tertulis kepada masyarakat yang merupakan nasabah Bank Jateng. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 114 nasabah dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu dengan ketentuan nasabah bertempat tinggal dan melakukan transaksi di Bank Jateng yang ada di Kota Semarang saat ini. Alat uji dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: pertama, public relations berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra perusahaan. Kedua, reputasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citraperusahaan. Ketiga, citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Keempat, public relations berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas yang dimediasi oleh citra perusahaan. Dan yang kelima, reputasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas yang dimediasi oleh citra perusahaan. Public relations dan reputasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap citra perusahaan. Public relations, reputasi dan citra perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. Kata kunci: Public Relations, Reputasi, Citra Perusahaan dan Loyalitas.

Abstract

This aim of this study is to know and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment, work stress to employees performance at PT. Tri Cahaya Prunama Semarang. The Method of taking data used in this study is primer data from form of questionnaires. Population of this research are employees from PT. Tri Cahaya Purnama around 500 people. The method of taking the sample is purposive sampling with amount of respondent is around 85 people. Hypothesis test in this research use multiple regression analysis. The result of multiple regression analysis is known that leadership, work environment have a positive influence to employees performance. While Work Stress did not have influence to employees performance. Keyword : Leadership, Work Environment, Work Stress and Employees Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Regional Secretariat of Rembang Regency. The sampling technique of this study was Accidental Sampling which amounted 120 people. Collecting data uses questionnaires (questionnaires) by distributing a list of statements to respondents in order to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the influence of organizational culture, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Data collected using factor analysis to test the validity of item statements, the Crombach Alpha formula to test instrument reliability, regression analysis to examine the effect of partially each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The research results are: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Work Discipline.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of service quality on satisfactoin, attitude, and intention to repeat treatment. This research was carried out at Boja health center. The number of samples oh this study were 100 patient. Data were collected by observation, interview, dokumentation study and questionnaire. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with the study period of 2012 to 2016. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study stated that the quality of service has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, attitude, and intention to repeat treatment in using medical services at the Boja health center. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance Institution of Quality Education Guarantee Province of Central Java. The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 134 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The test of determination (R²) indicate that employee performance can be explained by Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment of 51,6%, while the remaining is influenced by other variables outside of research. The f test indicate that Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment jointly significant effect on employee performance. The t test indicate that leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability, solvency, and asset structure on stock prices on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2016 period. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with the study period of 2014 to 2016. The relationship and or influence between variables is explained by using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that liquidity, profitability, solvency, and asset structure simultaneously affect the stock price. Liquidity and asset structure have a positive and insignificant effect, profitability has a positive and significant effect, while solvency has a negative and insignificant effect. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of work environment ,conpensation , and style of leadership on the employees performance of CV. Kezia Cipta Gemilang. Respondents research it consists of 82 on officials of CV. Kezia Cipta Gemilang. Model analysis the data used was test validity with product moment, reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha and multiple linear regression as using software IBM SPSS version 20,0to examine and prove a hypothesis research. The data collected following the completion of testing the results all data expressed valid and reliable. The result of analysis and discussion shows that: (1). Work environmentIt has some positive effects and significant impact on the employees performance, (2). conpensation have had a positive effect and significant of the performance of employees, and (3).style of leadership have had a positive effect and insignificant of the performance of employees. Abstract

This purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of service product, perceived price, and service quality to customer satisfaction of Wardah Beauty House Semarang’s customers. The population in this study were customers who made for minimal twice purchase of service and product at Wardah Beauty House Semarang. The number of samples studied were as many as 100 people were selected as respondents used purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study was questionnaire filled out by respondents. The analysis technique has been done by using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regressions test, model feasibility test and hypothesis significance test. Data processing using SPSS Version 19th. The results of this study showed that perceived price, location and service quality have positive effect and significant on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The population in this study is the total number of employees amounted to 100 respondents. The data used are primary data, that is data obtained directly from the source. The technique used for primary data collection is done by means of questionnaires to the respondents. The data collected in the analysis using factor analysis to test the validity of item statement, reliability testing using cronbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. Test result obtained that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of work competence on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of work perceived work environment on employee performance.
