Abstract

This research is purposed to analyze the effect of Leadership styles, Organizational Commitment, and Work Stress on employee performance at Lembaga Prestasi Indonesia Dunia. The study took 81 employees as a sample from Lembaga Prestasi Indonesia Dunia. The data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The Result of research indicate Leadership styles and Organizational Commitment have positive significant effect on employee performance. But, Work Stress have positive significant effect on employee performance at Lembaga Prestasi Indonesia Dunia.Keywords: Leadership style, Organizational Commitment, Work stress, Employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research test the influence of leadership, motivation, and discipline work of the performance of employees.The study is done in the industry and trade provincial central java. A method of the sample collection in this research using a technique conveniance sampling with a period research 2014-2016.Kuosioner used as data collection method. The sample of the in research namely 69 respondents employees office of industry and trade provincial central java. Regression analysis linear multiple with software spss 20 used to test hypotheses research. This research result indicates: leadership, motivation, and discipline work significant on performance. Leadership is not significant on performance, motivation influential positively and significant impact on performance, discipline work not significant on performance . R2 to research this is of 39,9 %, this means that model research that could explain 39,9 % for the performance, while 60,1 % described by other variables that not included in this research.Keywords: leadership, motivation, discipline work, performance

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decision on Oriflame product (case study on Semarang branch of Oriflame consumer). Sampling technique in this study amounted to 100 respondents as a sample with data collection methods using questionnaires by distributing a list of questions to respondents to obtain information. The purpose of this study was formulated to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions on Oriflame products. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of his research are: Price has a positive and significant influence on the decision of purchasing Oriflame product. Brand image has no effect on the decision of purchasing Oriflame product. And Product quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision of purchasing Oriflame product.Keywords: price, brand image, product quality and purchase decision.

Abstract

Customer purchasing behavior is unique because of the preference of everyone to a different things. It is influenced by many factors, including product, price, service quality, distribution, promotion and others. The puspose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, price, distribution and promotions on purchasing decisions at Gramedia Pandanaran Semarang Bookstrore, either partially or simultaneously. The result of the analysis can be concluded that: product has positive influence on purchase decisions. Price variable has positive influence on purchase decisions. Distribution variable has positive influence on purchase decisions. Promotion variable has a negative influence on purchase decisions. It is known that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0,281 which means that 28,1% of variation of purchasing decision can be explained by Product, price, distribution and promotion. Product, price, distribution and promotion has a positive influance jointly on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Product, Price, Distribution and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Product Quality, Price Perception towards Consumer Satisfaction and Its Impact On Consumer Loyalty. This research method using purposive sampling, with criteria of consumer age more than 17 years old and consumers who ever bought Wardah product in Toko Candra. The number of research samples are 100 respondents. The data test is done by instrument test consisting of validity test and reliability test. Furthermore, the test of regression analysis with F test, coefficient of determination test and t test. Based on the result of hypothesis test: product quality has positive significant effect to Consumer Satisfaction. Price perception have positive significant effect to Consumer Satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perceptions, and channel distribution to the satisfaction of Loop’s customer. The population in this study are all costumers who use Loop’s sim card that studied in Senior high school in Semarang. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples processed into research data as much as 123 respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of research that has been done shows the quality of products and channel distribution have no effect on costumer’s satisfaction. Abstract

Restaurant Nestcology Semarang brings the concept as a fine dining restaurant, Resturant Nestcology Semarang is intended to provide a new experience for foodies in Semarang, do not be surprised if the restaurant is also taking the tagline as the Land of Gastronomy. The problem is based on the study data as disclosed by Santos Thenu, that for a non-franchise of 100 stores, closed 80, so his survival 20%, franchise are more likely tosurvive, even for those who want to buy a franchise must exit costs more expensive. Where 80 cap was nearly half over because the wrong places. It is a challenge for resturant Nestcology to exist and survive.The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence between service and product quality to customer satisfaction, to analyze the influence of Customer Satisfaction to Customer Loyalty, and to analyze the impact of service and product quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction Mediated by at Restaurant Nestcology Semarang. The population in this study are customers of the visitors restaurant Nestcology Semarang, whosenumber fluktutatif (not necessarily), taken as many as 96 respondents in the sample (Ridwan and Akdon, 2013), using incidental sampling technique, further analyzed using multiple regression. The conclusion of this study is that the variable service and product quality has a positive influence and significant impact on customer satisfaction, and variable customer satisfaction has a positive influence and significant impact on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction is not statistically proven to mediate the effect of service on customer loyalty, but customer satisfaction statistically proven to mediate the effect of product quality to customer loyalty.Keywords : Service, Quality Products, Restaurant Nestcology

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang bagaimana pengaruh kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang difokuskan pada Current Ratio (CR) dan Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur periode 2013-2015. Yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diambil dari populasi dilakukan dengan purposive sampling didasarkan pada beberapa kriteria yaitu: a) Emitmen termasuk dalam kategori imdustri manufaktur. b) Emitmen yang telah menyertakan laporan keuangan per 31 Desember 2013 sampai dengan 31 Desember 2015. c) Perusahaan yang mendapatkan laba secara berturut-turut pada periode penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Current Ratio berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. (2) Return On Asset berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, personality, support supervisor on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Respondents of this research consisted of 98 people PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Data analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS software version 20.0 to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that Competence has positive and significant influence to employee performance, Personality has positive and significant influence to employee performance, Supervisor Support has positive and significant influence to employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi motif dari penerapan manajemen laba, apakah mengarah ke kepentingan perusahaan atau kepentingan investor sepanjang periode 2013-2015 terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur go public di BEI. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder pada 36 perusahaan manufaktur go public yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2015. Manajemen laba diukur menggunakan discretionary accruals, sedangkan kebijakan dividen ditunjukkan dengan DPR. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan panel regresi untuk fixed effects model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen laba berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Manajemen Laba tidak semata-mata ditujukan untuk Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), karena bukti bahwa sebagian besar tidak signifikan. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Laba, Kebijakan Dividen
