Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies applied in the management of tourism destinations at the Broken Beach Nusa Penida tourist attraction. In this research, the writer uses qualitative research with descriptive method. The analysis uses Strategic Planning theory and SWOT analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that the management of the Broken Beach tourist attraction is not optimal. This can be seen from several indicators that are not optimal, namely indicators of initiating and agreeing on a strategic plan, and indicators of formulating strategies to manage issues. The indicators that have been fulfilled are identifying the organizational mandate, clarifying the organization's mission and values, assessing the external environment of opportunities and threats, assessing the internal environment's strengths and weaknesses, identifying strategic issues facing the organization, creating an effective and efficient organizational vision. Abstract

The Decree (SK) of the Badung Regent Number 67/054/HK/2020 concerning the Designation of Hotels and Restaurants to Receive Tourism Grants for the 2020 Fiscal Year is the basis for the community to obtain grant funds from the government. This study aims (1) to analyze the implementation of the Covid-19 grant fund in Badung Regency (2) to analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the Covif-19 grant. The results of the research on Covid-19 grant funds in Badung Regency are that several very important inputs are needed, such as (1) the Quality and Quantity of Human Resources implementing the Covid-19 Grant Fund Distribution needs to be selected who are competent. Abstract

Rumah Sakit Tk. IV Singaraja is a hospital that joins the Datasemen Kesehatan Wilayah Singaraja (Denkesyah Singaraja) which carries out the main task of providing health support and health services. The problems contained in this study are Rumah Sakit Tk. IV Singaraja has not become the community priority as evidenced by the decrease in the number of patients in the period 2016-2020. This study aims to determine the strategy for improving the quality of public services in Rumah Sakit Tk. IV Singaraja. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The analysis in this study uses the service quality theory by Parasuraman, Zeitaml, and Berry (1988) and the strategic management theory by Thomas L. Wheelen and J. David Hunger (2015). The results of research findings on the dimensions of service quality are good, although there are still some aspects that are not optimal. In addition, in the strategic management process carried out by Rumah Sakit Tk. IV Singaraja is also good. However, there are still strategies that have not been maximized, namely the uneven distribution of programs to improve the quality of human resources for medical and non-medical personnel. Abstract

Denpasar is a city that has the highest HIV and AIDS cases in Bali Province. To overcome this problem, the government of Denpasar has implemented a collaborative partnership between the Government, NGOs, and the society. However, the collaboration has been established is still experiencing several obstacles, such as the lack of HIV prevention facilities, the limited quality of NGO support, and the existence of misperceptions in the community that HIV-AIDS is a very dangerous disease. This study aims to determine the application of Collaborative Governance in HIV-AIDS Prevention in Denpasar City. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The analysis uses the theory of success measures according to DeSeve (2007). The findings show that the indicators of networked structure, commitment to a common purpose, trust among the participant, governance, access to authority, distributive accountability/ responsibility have worked well, but indicators information sharing and access to resources is still not optimal. Abstract

Sukawati Village is one of the child-friendly villages in Gianyar Regency. Childfriendly village development aims to respect, guarantee and fulfill children's rights and protect children. This research was analyzed using Wheelen and Hunger theory and SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are still problems related to the development of child-friendly village programs in Sukawati Village, where there is still a lack of socialization about work programs owned by the village government to the community, lack of balance between creativity programs and intellectual development programs, lack of facilities and infrastructure for children's play in schools. lack of involvement of the private sector in program development, lack of competent human resources in the field of technology. Abstract

Registration Population Administration Program (AKU DICARI) is a program issued by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Badung Regency. The purpose of the program is to provide convenience and bring services closer to the community. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study were analyzed using the effectiveness theory proposed by Duncan which consists of 3 factors, namely the achievement of goals, integration and adaptation, then shows that the implementation of the AKU DICARI Program has not been fully effective because there are still several problems in the indicators, namely the absence of the AKU DICARI Program SOP, there is a daily quota limit for submitting applications, file collection is still being done at the office, socialization is not optimal, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure and inadequate skills possessed by human resources. Abstract

Online Single Submission (OSS) is here to answer public concerns by providing accelerated business licensing services through Investment Services and One Stop Integrated Services. However, in its implementation there are still many obstacles faced, therefore it is necessary to measure the effectiveness of business licensing services in Tabanan Regency. This research uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Informant determination technique in this study using purposive sampling method. This study uses the theory of J.P Camble (in Zohriah 2017) which measures the effectiveness of the most common and most prominent public services. Shows that the effectiveness of the Online Single Submission (OSS)-based business licensing service has not been effective.

Abstract

PRO-Denpasar application on aims to accommodate and handle all public complaints in Denpasar City. Of course, this application is an alternative in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic because with this application, people get services online. Therefore, the service expecte d by the community is quality service by prioritizing user satisfaction. The method used by the author is the Quantitative method with the Probability Sampling technique using SPSS data from the questionnaire distribution. The theoretical basis used is service quality according to Parasuraman 2013 there are five indicators: reliability, responsiveness, certainty, empathy, form and using user satisf action theory according to Kotler and Keller 2012 there are 5 indicators: conformity of expectations, recommendations, loyalty, interest in returning, and system complain. The results obtained are that there is a correlation of 0.776 with a strong relationship level (Sugiyono, 2013) so that hypothesis 1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence of service quality on user satisfaction on the PRO-Denpasar application in Denpasar City, amounting to 60.2%. Abstract

The decline in the number of tourists and the closure of tourist areas have made the tourism sector, which was originally a source of livelihood for the people of Batuan Village, no longer able to provide the same contribution compared to before the Covid-19 pandemic. Community resilience is needed to face of environmental changes that have an impact on disasters. This study aims to determine the resilience of the Batuan Village community, Gianyar Regency in the tourism sector after Covid-19. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis uses the theory of community resilience according to Norris et al. (2008). The findings show that the people of Batuan Village, Gianyar Regency are resilient in dealing with the impact of Covid-19 on the tourism sector. Batuan Village through understanding resources in identifying problems and planning as well as how to deal with problems, and creativity and flexibility the ability to adapt to change, ready to accept new things in overcoming the impact of Covid-19.

Abstract

BUMDES is a business institution that is managed independently by the community and village government in an effort to strengthen the village economy. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises in increasing local revenue through motor vehicle tax payments. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type. Determination of informants using snowball sampling technique. The role of BUMDES is grouped based on the theory of Henry Mintzberg, namely interpersonal relationships, relationships between information, and decision makers. This study found that the role of BUMDES Wijaya Kusuma in the motor vehicle tax payment program to increase the local revenue of Tabanan Regency was able to help increase the regional original income of Tabanan Regency optimally. This is indicated by an increase in the local revenue of Tabanan district before and after the existence of the BUMDES, but the dissemination of information must be improved.
