Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of e-government services in Wangaya Hospital, Denpasar City, but there are still some obstacles in its application. We use qualitative descriptive research and case study research. The data source has primary and secondary data. The purpose of this study is to find out what measures Wangaya Hospital in Denpasar City has taken to maximize information technology-based services and public services. Data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, and observations. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The problem with this study is manifested in his patient complaints regarding the performance, function, and characteristics of APDOL. The theory used is egovernment with a service quality measurement method called egovqual. Pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 3/2003 and Law No. 25/2009 on Public Services. Abstract

Community service is a performance that must be optimized by the government to get satisfaction from the community. The Beraban Village Government applies Digital Government as an innovation in improving digital media-based public services. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Based on this research study, using the theory of digital government according to the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) which consists of six indicators, namely user-driven, government as platform, digital by design, data driven, pro-activeness and open by default. Beraban Village by overcoming challenges related to technological limitations by facilitating village employees, data-based indicators that the debest application as a container for storing data is strategic in making it easier for the village government to store and manage data. Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Service of Denpasar City began to implement online services in the form of the AKU WARAS program, with the aim of providing ease of population administration management regulated in Permendagri No.7 of 2019 concerning Online Population Administration Services. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. Informant Determination Technique using purposive sampling. The results showed that the effectiveness of the AKU WARAS program at the Denpasar City Population and Civil Registration Service was categorized as having been carried out properly, but not yet fully effective. Because, the socialization about the AKU WARAS program is not optimal, there are still many people who do not know about the existence of the AKU WARAS program. Abstract

Minister of Health Regulation 43 of 2019 concerning Health Center states that Puskesmas are Health Service Facilities. The Selemadeg Timur II Health Center has berseni mission to provide proper health services in accordance with Law no. 24 of 2014 concerning National Health Insurance. The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) for Health is an Indonesian StateOwned Enterprise (BUMN) specially assigned by the Government of Indonesia to administer berseni national social security system for all Indonesian citizens. According to Law no. 24 of 2011 BPJS is berseni public legal entity that was formed to carry out insurance programs, especially health insurance. Based on the background of this research, the aim is to determine the effectiveness of BPJS in the perspective of improving the National Health Insurance service in Selemadeg Timur II. Abstract

The cocoa farming commodity in Indonesia is very high, as a country with the 5th largest cocoa producer in the world, Indonesia can provide a global market so that it can help increase economic income. The increase in the economy greatly affects the welfare of the community. Today one of the problems of public welfare is poverty. Jembrana Regency as one of the largest cocoa plantation producers in Bali is experiencing poverty problems, especially in Nusasari Village with the use of Cocoa Natural Resources so the Cocoa Lestari program is formed. The Cocoa Lestari Program certainly has various problems in its implementation process and its effectiveness is very important. This study discusses the effectiveness of the sustainable cocoa program in improving the welfare of Nusasari Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Abstract

BPJS Employment services at KCP Tabanan are based on Law no. 25 of 2009. The BPJS Employment KCP Tabanan office was established in 2015 until now in the implementation of its services there are still unresolved problems. This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan KCP Tabanan. This study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. The technique of determining informants in this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique which consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on this study using the theory of measurement of public services according to Zeitham1 et al, (1990; 58-60) which consists of 5 indicators, namely direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Abstract

The problem of environmental damage is becoming the concern of many parties. The lack of a role from the government of the Badung district office in implementing green open space management, the management of green open spaces in Badung district has only reached approximately 12% of public green open spaces and where the number for private green open spaces is 18%, which is already far exceeding than required. This has the potential to experience environmental damage along with the progress of development in all fields. Therefore, the author wants to analyze this problem by raising the title "The Role of the Badung Regency Government in handle Green Open Space (RTH) with the Perspective of Good Environmental Governance". Research Methods using qualitative research methods with a descriptive. Data were gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation, analysis using Role Theory Theory (Hendri 2003:264) Indicators of the role of personal relationships, roles related to information, decision-making roles. The findings show that the role of interpersonal relationships, related roles with information, the role of decision makers, Good Environmental Governance. it's been going well. The relationship between individuals is good, judging from the role of each stakeholder in the management of green open space. The role related to information has been shown through actors who play a role in managing Green Open Space (RTH), and coordination involving various elements of the community shows that communicationis very good, the ability to be a receiver and voter of information is also very important and can be done well. The role of decision makers has been good, as seen from the various policies implemented by the Badung district government to really help develop Green Open Space (RTH). Abstract

The goal of this research is to analyze the application of the Gojek Plastic Waste (GOTIK) program policy in a determination to overcome the presence of plastic waste through community participation in North Kuta District, Badung Regency. The researcher employed documentation, interviews, and observation as the data collection in this descriptive qualitative research. The findings illustrate the implementation of the Gojek Program for Plastic Waste (Gotik) in North Kuta District, there were 4 important items, namely 1) Communication, communication between organizations and implementing activities in the Implementation of the Gojek Program for Plastic Waste (Gotik) carried out several strategies, some of which were by preparing the apparatus who is responsible for each existing field and has carried out several socializations to customers. 2) Resources, resources are very important in managing waste as well as in carrying out several activities in the waste bank. 3) Disposition, policy implementation in order to achieve maximum success must be identified and the characteristics of the implementing agent known. 4) Bureaucratic structure, the division of tasks in the UPTD section is well structured and the community has significance influence in the application of the central waste bank. The obstacle encountered is that not all people want to participate in running the Gojek Program for Plastic Waste (Gotik) other than because people do not want to sort their waste, which makes the income of the waste bank decrease. Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises are a business program derived from therrimplementation of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages thati1seek to increase community income through the utilization of village potential and implemented by village communities. The type of research carried out is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data acquisition techniques use observational interview instruments, and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness of Village-Owned Enterprises are a business in the society is quite good but not optimal, BUMDes plays a role in developing village potential through the use of village agricultural land and village human resources, increasing household businesses, providing jobs, and improving community social. The level of effectiveness of BUMDes is also quite successful in improving welfare even though it is not yet optimal. The research recommendations presented were to maximize the management of the BUMDes program, carry out socialization to the people of Sidemen Village and establish a new program, namely waste management.
