Abstract

LPD Desa Adat Palaktiying is a village financial institution which aims to improve the welfare of rural communities through economic empowerment of the Desa Adat Palaktiying villagers by providing various credit and savings programs. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The technique of determining the informants used in this study is purposive sampling. The data sources used are primary data sources obtained through semi-structured interviews and secondary data sources obtained through documents related to research. While the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is to carry out the stages of data analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Based on a study using Henry Minzberg's role theory, the results showed that of the three indicators, which is the interpersonal role, the role related to information, the decision-making role, it could run well. Abstract

The existence of streetvendors in Tanah Abang area is considered a cause of congestion, disturbing pedestrians, and creating chaos. To overcome this problem, the DKI Jakarta Government nade one strategyor policy to organize Tanah Abang area, namely the construction of the Tanah Abang Multipurpose Crossing Bridge (JPM). Data obtained from observation, interviews , and documentation. The theory used is the theory of strategic management from Wheelen and Hunger with 4 indicators, namely environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. As well as using SWOT analysis techniques. Tanah Abang Multipurpose Crossing Bridge has not been fully maximized in overcoming the arrangement and empowerment of street vendors, low human resources, lack of awareness of traders ad the public. Abstract

The Government of Timor-Leste, through the Ministry of Justice (Ministério da Justiça), as one of the main functions of the government, is to provide the publishing service of the Bilhette de Identidade. However, in its implementation there are still some problems, such as technical problems related to the use of infrastructure that hampers services to procedural problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of services by using the theory of effectiveness according to Duncan. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that effectiveness has not been maximally achieved, especially on the integration indicators. Meanwhile, the indicators for achieving goals and adaptation have met the criteria for determining service effectiveness. Keywords: Effectiveness, Service, Bilhette de Identidade

Abstract

DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office is an agency that implements education policies. One of the educational policies implemented is PPDB online, this policy is implemented with the aim of making it easier for students to register for the desired destination school. The government issued PERMENDIKBUD Number 17 of 2017 which regulates the zoning system on PPDB Online in Jakarta Area. The zoning system is implemented with the aim of leveling education. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the zoning system policy on the acceptance of new online students in Jakarta area. Then the government made a zoning system on PPDB online with the aim of leveling education. The zoning system implemented on PPDB online develops every year with several changes. Abstract

(KRURA) is able to make the community more prosperous. However, as time goes by and the business activities of the Kedonganan Traditional Village LPD grow, the trust of the local customs and customers continues to grow. Kedonganan who wants to have his own house. Then the Krama Housing Credit (Krura) program was launched by the Kedonganan Traditional Village LPD. In addition, this Krura also aims to save or Bali's palemahan from foreign investor and outsiders. The three concepts will lead to three goals, namely trust, integrity and professionalism. With strong trust, LPD can be strong. Trust is a social capital for the Kedonganan Traditional Village LPD. The integrity of the LPD management and employees must be directed at the progress of the institution and the village, so that community integrity is expected to emerge towards the LPD. While professionalism is the key to the birth of trust and integrity.

Abstract

The Denpasar City Government through the Denpasar City Community and Village Empowerment Service provides free counseling services to the community in a program called "Mobil Konseling Denpasar Ceria". This service is a place for the community to share their problems and keep their secrets safe. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service in the Mobil Konseling Denpasar Ceria Program. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the service quality of the Mobil Konseling Denpasar Ceria Program is still not running optimally. There are several obstacles in its implementation, such as the unavailability of a forum for community aspirations for online service users, inconvenient use of services via WhatsApp messengers, and not yet optimal socialization of services to the community.

Abstract

Market E-Retribution in Galiran Market is an effort by the Klungkung Regency Government to prevent fraud in the absorption of market retribution income. The implementation of e-retribution gives hope for the realization of improvements in terms of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness, which are some of the principles of implementing good governance. However, in reality there are problems arises in some of these principles. The purpose of this research is to find out how the market e-retribution in Galiran Market is in the perspective of good governance. The theory used is theory of good governance according to Mardiasmo’s indicators, there are: accountability and transparency, participation, then effectiveness and efficiency. This research uses qualitative methods. The results of research show the market e-retribution Galiran Market has not optimally indicated the implementation of good governance, because indicator of accountability and transparency have not implemented optimally and indicator of participation have not implemented properly.

Abstract

Nusa Penida District has tourism potential with its natural beauty. Penida District is divided into three islands, namely Nusa Penida Island, Nusa Lembongan Island, and Nusa Ceningan Island. The purpose of this study is the extent to which the strategy set by the Klungkung Regency Tourism Office in tourism development in Nusa Penida District. The theory used is the theory of strategic planning according to John Bryson and the theory of SWOT analysis according to Sondang P. Siagian. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the strategy of the Klungkung Regency Tourism Office in Tourism Development in Nusa Penida District had been going well but not yet optimal because there were planning and implementation constraints in the field. This research produces recommendations for improving road access, expanding parking lots, building tourist attraction facilities, making events attract tourists.

Abstract

DLHK has initiated an innovative program to tackle this problem where people can dispose of waste in a more safe manner. The program “Pesan Gadis” is a door-to-door large garbage collection service for the people of Denpasar city, and free of charge. The purpose of this study to determine the performance of the Denpasar City Environment and Hygiene Service in Managing Large Waste through “Pesan Gadis” program. The theory used is the Performance Theory from Dwiyanto, which contains five indicators, namely Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, and Accountability. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods.The results showed that the performance of the Denpasar DLHK in Managing Large Waste through the “Pesan Gadis” program had been going well but not yet optimal due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure, an ineffective work task system, and socialization has not embraced the community so that the “Pesan Gadis” program looks passive.

Abstract

The background of the research is Presidential Instruction No. 3 of 2003 which requires all government agencies to implement E-government. The Denpasar City Manpower and Competency Certification Office implement an online job fair E-government website. The purpose of this research is to look at the implementation and obstacles in implementing the Denpasar City online job fair website using six key indicators for the success of policy implementation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of E-government can be said to run quite smoothly. This can be seen from the six indicators used, namely bureaucratic compliance, smooth routines and no problems, performance, support, capacity have been running well, but values ??have not been fully run optimally. It can be seen from the graph in 2017 and the lack of website updates so that website visitors decrease and make the implementation of E-government less than optimal.
