Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that entered Indonesia in early 2020 became the starting point for the intensification of digital government-based services. Layonsari kecapil is one of the innovations made since mid 2020 by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Buleleng Regency and has been implemented until now, but in the service process on this website it needs to be reviewed with a performance assessment because there are still some problems. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study show that the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Buleleng Regency is quite good. Then based on the concept of digital government, there are several indicators that are still less than optimal, namely electronic participation/digital inclusion, cyber security, digital government promotion and for indicators of network readiness, management optimization, online services/applications, national portal/homepage, head of information and data disclosure. government is good enough. Abstract

The Buleleng Regency Tourism Office is an institution that manages 86 DTW in Buleleng Regency. One of them is Binaria Beach which has attractive tourism potential in the form of marine tourism. However, in an effort to realize its development, there are still several problems that cannot be resolved during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Therefore, it is important to know the extent of the strategy of the Buleleng Regency Tourism Office in an effort to develop tourism on Binaria Beach during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses strategic planning theory according to John M. Bryson (2016: 55-76). The method used in this research is using a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that the strategy of the Buleleng Regency Tourism Office has been going well but has not been fully handled optimally due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. Abstract

KPP Pratama Cileungsi is responsible for interacting and assisting taxpayers in E-filing their annual tax returns through electronic filing. E-Filing is established by the Decree of the Directorate General for Taxes No. Kep-88/PJ/2004, established by the Directorate General for Taxes No. Kep-88/PJ/2004. It's one of the services we offer. File electronic tax returns for taxpayers online in real time. Time via the Internet and the DGT website or through a provider of tax filing services designated by the DGT. This study aims to analyze the application of the quality of electronic filing services provided by KPP Pratama Cileungsi to taxpayers when submitting annual SPTs. This analysis references Parasuraman and Berry's (2011) five indicators expressed through their theory. The five metrics are Tangibles, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. As a result of this discovery, KPP Pratama Cileungsi still has some indicators flawed when implementing the electronic filing service. Keywords : service quality, E-Filing, KPP Pratama Cileungsi

Abstract

BUM Desa Arta Dana has a mission, namely to provide services that maximum in accordance with applicable regulations. Implementation of BUMDES in the Villagestill experiencing problems, namely in program management, employee performance, and community support and participation. This researchusing this type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. Determination technique the informants used were purposive sampling. This researchusing strategic management theory according to Wheelen and Hunger (2003),with four indicators, namely environmental scanning, strategy formulation,strategy implementation, evaluation and control. The results showed that the four indicators were running quite well, it's just that the government and BUMDes environmental scanning indicators have not been able to overcome the shortcomings and threats that occur by optimally utilizing strengths and opportunities, thus affecting the course of other indicators. Abstract

Penatih Village, East Denpasar District implemented an administrative service through the Penatih Information System (SIPENA). The concept is a development of the current Management Information (SIM) which demands a transformation of traditional government bureaucracy towards E-Government which aims to overcome problems in service delivery, such as the convoluted manual work system of village employees, the process of issuing the application letter is to long, and errors in collecting population data. This research measured by the effectivenes of service accoding to Richard M. Steers. Using the descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques in the from of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research shows that the effectiveness of the SIPENA in accelerating administrative service has not been maximized. Based on three indicatorrs used to see the efectiveness of administrative services that still encounter some obstacles in each of indicator. Abstract

Tax submission is the obligation of individual taxpayers to directly and jointly finance the state and national development. One of the efforts of the Directorate General of Taxes in facilitating the submission of annual tax returns is by using the E-filling Program. The Pratama Tabanan Tax Service Office is one of the service offices that has used the E-Filling Program, but even though it has used this program, the number of taxpayers who submit their annual tax returns is still relatively low which does not reach 50% of the number of individual taxpayers registered with the Taxpayer Office. Primary Tax Service Office. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results showing that the submission of Taxpayer Tax Returns online is still not fully effective, it can be see from achieving goals and integrity which are experiencing obstacles in terms of funding and socialization, while for adaptation is quite effective. Abstract

The implementation of the Quick Responses Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) program in punia funds at Pura Dang Khayangan Petitenget has an important role in helping transparency and accountability in financial management of punia funds. The results showed that the implementation of the QRIS program in donating punia at Pura Petitenget was running quite well but not yet fully running optimally. There are several obstacles that occur in the program socialization indicators, where the BPD Bali is still not optimal in socializing the use of QRIS in donations, there are still people who don’t know the QRIS program for punia funds so they prefer cash payments, lack of education for temple managers about the QRIS program, and also the temple management is still not cooperative with the placement of the QRIS logo. Abstract

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the municipality's economy is in decline and to overcome this, the Indonesian government has announced various measures. This is Village Minister Order PDTT number 11 of November 2019 to prioritize the use of village funds in 2020. Village funds, originally intended for village development and development, were transferred to a cash assistance fund called Village Fund Direct Assistance. The purpose of this study is to determine the success rate of the 2021 Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program. The author uses his Sutrisno effectiveness theory as an analytical tool and a qualitative approach using a qualitatively descriptive survey type. The survey site is Dangin Puri Kerod Village in East Denpasar Province. The results of this study suggest that village officials can reach out to potential families of direct cash assistance before they are identified. Abstract

The case in this exploration is to detect out aspects related to community participation that can be discerned through murserbang conditioning to the evaluation stage, so the purpose of this study is to determine community participation in structure evolution in Riung desage, Cibal quarter, Manggarai quarter. This study uses a type of qualitative exploration with descriptive path. Sources of data exercised are primary data and secondary data. The fashion of arbitrating the snitchers in this study exercised intentional slice. Grounded on this exploration study utilizing the proposition of participation tallying to Mardikanto et al( 2013; 81). The effects of the study show off that community participation in desageage structure evolution( case study road construction in Riung Desageage, Cibal sub-district, Manggarai quarter) is relatively good, because the community provides backing in the shape of dynamism, and allowed, this shows that nearly all community ingredients see and are active in resolution timber, perpetration of conditioning, monitoring and evaluation of evolution, and application of each stage of evolution carried out. Participation or participation is principally a shape of active and voluntary involvement and participation, the excrescency and evolution of participation in the evolution process requires active trust and occasion in the evolution process, mindfulness and company and community responsibility for the significance of evolution which aims to ameliorate the quality of life. Abstract

A regional levy is a regional levy as payment for services or the issuance of specific permits provided or granted by regional governments specifically for personal or business benefit, the items and contributions of which are linked to regional revenue growth. to increase Park fees, one of the unique sources of income from the community, is managed by the Bukti Praja Sewakadharma Regional Authority. The management of parking fees to increase the income of the city of Denpasar itself is included in Denpasar Municipal Ordinance No. 19 of 2011 in retaliation against public street parking services. In order to increase the original local income of Denpasar City, it is necessary to increase the park usage fee income, which will affect the local development. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the management of parking fees on public roads in Denpasar City is not optimized. This is illustrated by the fact that there are still valets who charge parking fees that do not correspond to the accuracy of the rates stated in the regulations, and that many illegal valets are still active. The purpose of this study is to clarify how parking fee management in Denpasar City increases the original area using the management theory of G.R Terry (2018).
