Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the independence development program for Correctional Inmates (WBP). WBP training that does not deter the perpetrators results in many of them repeating the crimes they have committed after they are released from Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Class IIB Sleman Prison is a UPT which aims to form WBP so that they are accepted back into society. For this reason, the independence development program aims to provide skills to inmates and improve their social functioning after leaving prison. In general, the aim of this research is to discuss the evaluation of the implementation of the independence development program. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data using observation, documentation and interviews with fourteen informants. The theory used in this research is the process evaluation theory proposed by Adi (2001: 128). Process evaluation is carried out based on four components, namely best practice standards, policies, process objectives, and client satisfaction. The research results show that operational standards and service delivery processes are in accordance with statutory provisions. Service targets and human resources have worked in accordance with applicable policies. The long-term goals of the program have not been fully achieved. The officers have served quickly and have good care. The facilities available are still not in line with the number of WBPs, and the types of coaching programs offered are still not in line with the WBPs' interests. The Class IIB Sleman prison development program needs to be maintained in order to achieve short-term and long-term goals. Sleman Class IIB Prison needs to improve the skills of WBPs and expand the marketing of WBP products. Apart from that, correctional officers need to develop independence, so that officers can focus more on efforts to improve services to inmates. Considering the importance of the objectives of the self-reliance development program being implemented, it is hoped that inmates can take advantage of the development program while in prison. Abstract

Kamasan Tourism Village is one of 19 tourist villages in Klungkung Regency which is still facing obstacles in its development. This study aims to analyze the role of stakeholders in the development of tourism villages in Kamasan Tourism Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, documentation methods. Analysis of the findings uses Governance theory according to Sedarmayanthi (2012) through the three pillars of Stakeholders namely: government, private sector, and society. The findings show that the government's role is not optimal, the role of the private sector is also not maximized. The role of the community is quite good. The recommendation that the author can give is that the government must record existing craftsmen, and the private sector must implement existing craft product innovations. Abstract

Digital transformation is a change in activities from conventional to digital by utilizing the development of information technology. Local e-catalogs are a form of digital transformation carried out by the government in helping MSME players market their products digitally. The existence of this local Ecatalog is a form of empowerment carried out by the government in utilizing digital technology to help increase the growth and development of MSMEs. Bali Province is a province that has great MSME potential. The magnitude of the potential that it has has made the Provincial Government of Bali form a regional E-Catalog where the implementers are the Bureau of Procurement of Goods/Services and the Regional Secretariat of the Province of Bali. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out to what extent Digital Transformation Through Local E-Catalogs Is a Form of Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Bureau of Procurement of Goods or Services and the Economy of the Provincial Secretariat of Bali. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method using the Lucija, Vuksic', and Spremic' Digital Transformation Dimensions of 2019. The results obtained in this study are Digital Transformation Through Local E-Catalogs as a Form of Empowering Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods or Services and the Economy of the Regional Secretariat of the Province of Bali is quite good on several indicators such as strategy, human resources, and innovation in the implementation of the Local E-Catalog. However, there are still several indicators that have not been optimal in the implementation of the Local E-Catalog, such as organization and technology.

Abstract

Technology and information play such a crucial part in modern life that they influence the quality of every community service. Users are more likely to be happy with a service if they can utilize it quickly and simply to get what they need. The goal of this research was to find out how the quality of Pospay service at Pos Indonesia Denpasar affects the happiness of their customers. The purpose of this study is to quantify the impact that Pos Indonesia Denpasar's service quality has on their customers' overall happiness. One hundred clients of Pos Indonesia Denpasar were surveyed using questionnaires to collect primary data for this research. Statistical analysis revealed that the quality of Pospay service has an influence on the satisfaction of Pos Indonesia Denpasar customers, with a t count of 8.854 being bigger than the t table of 1.984 at a significance level of 0.000. Abstract

The provision of social rehabilitation to persons with disabilities by the Denpasar City Social Service aims to enable persons with disabilities to have independence and restore the function of persons with disabilities in society. However, in practice there are performance problems, therefore it is necessary to measure the performance of public organizations to review the performance of the Social Service in providing social rehabilitation for persons with disabilities in Denpasar City. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The informant determination technique in this study used purposive sampling. This study uses the theory of performance measurement of public organizations according to Agus Dwiyanto (2017). The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of social services in providing social rehabilitation for persons with disabilities in Denpasar City. The results of the study show that the performance of the Social Service in providing social rehabilitation for persons with disabilities in Denpasar City is quite good. Abstract

A good management style with decisive leaders and proper leadership styles is one of the aspects that can enhance the underperforming performance of government employees, particularly addressing timeliness difficulties. This study uses a quantitative methodology and a correlation approach to look at the relationship between leadership style (variable X) and employee performance (variable Y) at the East Lombok Tourism Board. 70 employees were given questionnaires to complete in order to gather the main data for this study. With an R2 value of 0.877, the findings demonstrate that the leadership style used at the East Lombok Regency Tourism Office has a favorable effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the findings using simple linear regression show that at the East Lombok Regency Tourism Office, improving leadership style by 1% can boost staff performance by 44.1%. The tcount (8.448) is higher than the ttable (1.669), and the significance level of the test is 0.000, showing that the leadership style of the East Lombok Tourism Board has a significant and favorable impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how officials at the Gianyar District Regional Development Planning Agency function in relation to a democratic leadership style. This study employs correlation-based quantitative methodologies.Saturated sampling techniques were used to distribute questionnaires to every BAPPEDA officer in the Gianyar area in order to gather primary data. The degree of difference between the official performance factors and the democratic leadership style variables is determined in this study using a basic linear regression analysis test. The study's findings indicate that a democratic leadership style positively affects official performance, with an R2 of 0.916, meaning that 83.9% of officials perform better when they have a democratic leadership style. According to the significance test results, which were 16.269 greater than the table (2,008) with a significance level of 0.000, staff performance is positively and significantly impacted by democratic leadership. Effective leadership is a reflection of the staff's good work. To maximize the achievement of the organization's objectives, the Gianyar district's Regional Development Planning Agency must uphold and use a democratic leadership style in order to boost employee performance. Abstract

LPD Pecatu Mobile application is an online service innovation that has been implemented since 2019. The application is implemented in order to make customers are able to access information and make transactions by utilizing technology and information. The purpose of implementing the LPD Pecatu Mobile is to provide convenience and bring the LPD of Pecatu Village closer to its customers. There are many service features that customers can use in the application. Applications can be downloaded in the AppStore for iPhone users and in the PlayStore for Android users. The existence of this application will facilitate the work of LPD Pecatu Village employees and customers no longer need to come to the office to receive services. This study aims to find out how the quality of service based on electronic government is on the LPD Pecatu Mobile application in the Pecatu Village, Badung Regency. In this study the author uses a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The analysis of this study uses the theory of E-GovQual from Papadomichelaki and Mentzas . The results of the study show that the implementation of the Pecatu Mobile LPD application has been going well but not fully optimal. This is because there are still several problems in the dimensions including socialization that has not run optimally, sometimes there are errors in the application, the application users are still less and are fully active using the application, the iOS users have not been able to transfer between savings accounts. Recommendations that can be given are forming a socialization team on a regular basis so that the socialization schedule is properly scheduled, optimizing door to door socialization and social media, creating an official Instagram account for LPD Desa Adat Pecatu, adding contact persons to the application. Abstract

The Teaching Campus Program is part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) which aims to improve the quality of student education through aspects of literacy and numeracy, technology adaptation and school administration. SD Negeri 8 Batubulan was appointed to implement the Teaching Campus program based on recommendations and criteria from the Directorate General of Higher Education. However, the implementation of the Teaching Campus program has so far encountered several obstacles such as limited facilities in supporting the implementation process of the Teaching Campus Program, socialization and supervision of the implementation of the Teaching Campus by relevant agencies in this case, namely educational institutions at the Regency to Provincial level, the level of student competence in the field education when implementing the Campus Teaching program. This study aims to optimize the implementation of the Teaching Campus program in improving the quality of student education at SD Negeri 8 Batubulan. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected by observation, interview and documentation methods. Based on the literature review, this study uses public policy theory with the concept of optimization according to Siringoringo (2005). The results of the study show that the objective indicators and alternative decision indicators have been running optimally, but the resource indicators that limit the aspects of human resources, support and support are still not optimal. The recommendations that can be given are Conducting special training, selection and intense debriefing for students before implementing the Campus Teaching program, Procurement and increasing the availability of facilities, infrastructure and facilities to support program implementation, and Increasing outreach to schools and supervisory functions carried out by related parties.

Abstract

Fulfillment of the right of people with disabilities to get a job is set forth in the form of a policy to provide guarantees to persons with disabilities of that right. The role of special schools (SLB) as formal educational institutions for people with disabilities is needed to prepare better quality human resources (HR) for workers with disabilities according to their main duties and functions. By implementing the right strategies by SLB, people with disabilities will be able to compete and survive in the world of work so that in the future the goals and objectives of employment policies for people with disabilities can be achieved. This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by special schools (SLB) in responding to employment policies for people with disabilities, especially in SLB Negeri 2 Denpasar. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategies used by SLB Negeri 2 Denpasar in responding to employment policies for people with disabilities is very good. This can be seen from the several indicators used, such as goals, environment, direction, action, and learning, which have gone very well and provided maximum results or impact on workers with disabilities.
