Abstract

Creating and rehabilitating a large number of small and sustainable habitats to empower communities based on ecovillages is the heartbeat of a sustainable natural system, which is expected to be able to improve the community's economy, as one of the achievements to reduce the ecological footprint. Bhakti Ring Pertiwi (B-Riper) is a local community based in Dukuh Hamlet, Penebel Village, Tabanan Regency, routinely carrying out voluntary social and cultural movements aimed at preserving the environment, especially for handling piles of garbage that occur along the Yeh River watershed. Empas, which flows and at the same time becomes the source of life for the community around the village. This study uses a qualitative verification design. Through a SWOT analysis approach looking at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist, several strategies were found that can be used by the community in developing the potential of Dukuh Hamlet, Penebel Village, Tabanan Regency, Bali as a tourist attraction to realize increased community empowerment.

Abstract

Nadia Mart Dawas is one of the UMKM in Badung that uses digital marketing for promoting the product. The types of digital marketing that used is Content Marketing, E-Mail Marketing and Mobile Marketing. The Digital marketing efforts are closely related to customer engagement. Customer engagement is a behavior that makes customers contribute to the company's where the contribution is not only like the purchase of the product but the contribution given is a feedback, suggestions and ideas. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Content Marketing, E-Mail Marketing and Mobile Marketing on Customer Engagement at Nadia Mart Dawas. This research was conducted by distributing online questionnaires to 150 respondents who are customer of Nadia Mart Dawas. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of several variables on other variables. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that content marketing variables, email marketing variables and mobile marketing variables partially have a significant effect on customer engagement, and after all the variables X tested together has an effect on variable Y with a percentage of influence are 55.5% , and 45.5% is influenced by variables that are not used in this study.

Abstract

: The screen printing business is a business engaged in printing services both from batik uniform printing to school uniforms, in this study which aims to analyze the business feasibility study to improve the screen printing business UD. Ananta in the Desa Adat Kapal, Mengwi District, Badung Regency, viewed from several aspects of both marketing aspects, legal aspects, technical and technological aspects, environmental aspects, financial and financial aspects, this study uses descriptive qualitative research with interview methods. The results obtained from this study indicate that company management consists of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. However, there are problems that occur in the external environment showing the level of competition both from the threat of changing school batik uniforms to school endek. Therefore the strategy used for the development of the screen printing business is to improve the quality of production which will affect the results given to consumers. From the financial aspect, the NPV (Net Present Value) value is Rp. 208,575,502, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) 13.49%, PI (Profitability Index) 1.6. NPV is said to be feasible because it has a positive value, an IRR that is declared feasible because the interest rate on the net cash flow of a project is positive and the PI is feasible because it has more than one value so that the company is feasible to realize.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in smartphone brand preference in relation to android operating system and iOS, by analyzing the relationship between smartphone features and selection of smartphone brands based on android OS and iPhone OS, and the effect of the features offered Operating system used today by a brand smartphone with an interest in smartphone devices. Samples in this study as many as 100 respondents students in Denpasar City who use smartphones with iOS and Android operating system. By using convenience sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis and chi square test. The results of this study prove the difference in preference to smartphones with IOS and Android operating system, with Android smartphones have a greater preference than iOS smartphones. There is a connection between the smartphone feature and the preference to change the smartphone device it has.

Abstract

The COVID-19 virus that has plagued Indonesia since the beginning of 2020 has had a negative impact on the economy, especially activities in the capital market. In essence, investors are interested in investing by buying company shares because of dividends and capital gains. The dividend policy is taken by the company based on the company's financial information. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of investment opportunity set, liquidity, and profitability on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the COVID-19 pandemic period year of 2020-2021. The population of this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2021. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling mcethod. The number of samples in this study were 49 manufacturing companies. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the investment opportunity set has no effect on dividend policy, while liquidity and profitability have a significant negative effects on dividend policy.

Abstract

This research was used to see the effect of discipline on productivity at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Bima City. The quantitative method used in this study shows cause and effect. The population used in this study were all employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Bima city, totaling 44 employees. The sample used is as many as 30 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Observation, questionnaire and documentation are data collection techniques used. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results show that: Discipline affects employee productivity at the regional disaster management agency (BPBD) office of Bima city.

Abstract

Permasalahan sumber daya manusia dalam keberlangsungan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali sebagai Lembaga pemerintah yang memiliki tujuan utama sebagai penyedia data terpercaya yakni pemetaan terlihat dengan terjadinya penurunan rata-rata kinerja pegawai di periode triwulan yang cenderung padat akan kegiatan. Pada tahun 2018, capaian kinerja organisasi tampak terjadi penurunan jika dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, insentif, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui responden penelitian, maupun studi literatur. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan cara perolehan data adalah self enumeration questionnaire. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 64 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda yang disertai dengan pengujian asumsi klasik serta uji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap kuesioner. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 persen, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, insentif, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sementara itu, ketika dilakukan pengujian parsial, hanya variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali. Kinerja pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik menjadi sesuatu yang penting bagi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas gaya kepemimpinan, didukung oleh bertambahnya motivasi pegawai, serta perumusan pemberian insentif yang baik, dan ditambah dengan lingkungan kerja yang baik, merupakan kombinasi yang baik yang akan berdampak signifikan pada kinerja pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali.

Abstract

The island of Bali as a tourist area is very dependent on the stretching of domestic and foreign tourist visits. According to the latest data from the Central Statistics Agency, tourist visits have decreased drastically from the previous year. This decline certainly greatly affects the economic activity of small and medium-sized communities, quite a lot of them have to be temporarily laid off or laid off by the company where they work or even experience a decrease in sales turnover for those who come into contact with or contribute to tourism activities themselves. Denpasar City as the capital of Bali Province and the center of trade and tourist visits has experienced a significant impact due to the influence of the spread of the Covid-19 Virus. This affected economic condition will certainly create new problems if the community is ready to anticipate the economic condition of the tourism sector which has not yet recovered by exploring the economic potential that can cover the lack of people's income. Business fields that are developing in the field of culinary, traditional medicine, medical equipment and ornamental plants are the people's choice to survive. The use of information technology is also a must for the community to be applied so that they can continue to interact quickly to support the business activities being carried out. The COVID-19 pandemic situation has had a positive impact on the community to keep trying to continue the business that has been initiated as an alternative to additional family income in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of materialism, endorsement and brand image on online impulse buying in Denpasar City and also to see whether credit card usage can moderate the relationship between them on online impulse buying. The population of this research are consumers who have made unplanned purchase online domiciled in Denpasar City, with a sample of 135 respondents. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using an online questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement tool. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The data analysis method used in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS version 24.0 application for Windows. The results of this study stated that the variable materialism and endorsement had a positive and partially significant effect on online impulse buying, whereas the variable brand image had a negative and partially significant effect on online impulse buying in Denpasar City. Also, the moderating variable credit card usage is able to strengthen the effect of brand image on online impulse buying in Denpasar City. This study is expected to provide an understanding of marketers which can later be used to design efforts that are possible to be applied by service or product providers to increase online impulse buying of consumers and their target consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe organizational culture, commitment, motivation and employee performance at the Tasik Putri Puyu Sub-district Office. To know and analyze the influence of organizational culture, commitment to motivation. The influence of motivation, organizational culture, commitment to employee performance, the influence of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance through motivation. Population and sample amounted to 31 people. The sampling technique used the census sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis methods include validity testing, reliability testing and path analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture, employee commitment, employee work motivation and employee performance at the Tasik Putri Puyuh sub-district office are all in high condition. Organizational culture does not have a significant influence on employee work motivation. Commitment has a significant effect on employee motivation. Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. Commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no significant effect on performance through work motivation. Commitment has a significant effect on performance through work motivation.
