Abstract

Public concerns about environmental problems encourage changes in consumer behavior. People are becoming more selective in choosing the products to be consumed in order to minimize the negative effects on the environment. Including in choosing skincare with environmentally friendly ingredients. This studied aim to explain the roles of branding images mediating an influences of the green markering in the purchasing descision on Sensatia Botanicals at Denpasar City. The research was conducting using 100 respondents taken using purposive sampling. Data analyse technique uses Path Analyze which is an equipped with a Sobel Test to test on role of mediation. The results showed that 1) Green marketing had a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of Sensatia Botanicals in Denpasar City, 2) Green marketing has a positif and significants impact on brand images at Denpasar City, 3) Brand image had a positive and significant impact on decisions. purchase of Sensatia Botanicals at Denpasar City, 4) Brand Images is positively and significantly able to mediate an effect of green marketing on the purchassing decision of Sensatia Botanicals in Denpasar City. The implications of Sensatia Botanicals' research results are expected to be able to consistently maintain a green marketing and maintain brand image to increase sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the role of financial technology and cashless payments as a business strategy for coffee shops in Denpasar City. The research method used is qualitative, namely the research method used with a descriptive approach. This study uses primary data and secondary data in the form of interviews, observation, documentation. The research results obtained are that some coffee shop owners who implement cashless payment-based fintech are those who understand more that fintech is not just a transaction tool with digital payments. Despite the fact that many fintech roles are used in the business sector to assist business activities and in terms of financial literacy, such as financing and financial arrangements and others. Coffee shop owners also admit that applying fintech can make transactions easier, especially for consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing the Work From Home (WFH) work system during the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of employees of the Bima State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). This type of research used associative, questionnaire data collection techniques with google form assistive media. The population in this study were all employees of the Bima State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL), totaling 39 employees, 33 civil servants and honorary 6. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so the sample in this study were all state civil servants (ASN), amounting to 33 people. Research site of the Bima State Wealth and Auction Service Office (KPKNL).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether or not there is a difference in Debt to Equity Ratio between PT Kalbe Farma Tbk and PT Kimia Farma Tbk. This type of research used in this research is comparative research (comparison). Comparative research is used to determine the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio between PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (X1) and PT Kimia Farma Tbk (X2). The variable in this study is DER (Debt to Equit Ratio). The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, which is taking the sample previously determined based on the aims and objectives of the research and the sample in this study is the financial statements of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk and PT Kimia Farma Tbk for 5 years starting from 2015 to 2019. Analysis of the data used in the form of two independent samples t-test. The results of the analysis show that there is a difference in Debt to Equity Ratio between PT Kalbe Farma Tbk and PT Kimia Farma Tbk, the results of data interpretation can compare the value tcount and ttable. If t_count ≥ t_table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So {(5,755) ≥ (2,306)}, then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Abstract

Along with the development of science and technology that has led to glob-alization, the relevance of the Indonesian Navy Trisila is again tested in encour-aging the formation of excellent human resources (HR) for its soldiers. This study aims to analyze the influence of Military Discipline, Hierarchy and Hon-or as elements in the TNI AL Trisila on the formation of superior human re-sources for Satker "A" Koarmada soldiers. The sample used in this study were all soldiers of Satker "A" Koarmada totalling 70 personnel. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data was then tested using the multiple linear regression method partially and simultaneously using SPSS 25 for Window Software. The results showed that there was influence of 80,7%Trisila TNI AL as a independence variable towards on the formation of superior human re-sources for Repair and Maintenance Service of 2nd Fleet Command soldiers as a dependence variable which means that the influence given is positive, powerful, and significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at the Bali Denpasar Employment BPJS Office. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Bali Denpasar Branch of the Employment BPJS Office, a total of 42 people. The sample in this study amounted to 42 people using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample technique. Data analysis technique using SEM-PLS 3.0. The results showed that: Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation and performance. Motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and motivation acts as an intervening variable on the effect of communication on employee performance.

Abstract

Social media is currently growing quite rapidly with the development of technology and information in the industrial era 4.0. In line with the use of the internet which is growing quite rapidly, it can be used by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to market their products online. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of brand love in mediating the influence of social media marketing on brand loyalty in culinary SMEs in Denpasar. 110 respondents were used in the research by taking purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is a Path Analysis technique with complete Sobel testing to examine the role of mediation. The results showed that 1) social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty to Culinary MSME consumers in Denpasar, 2) social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on brand love among Culinary MSME consumers in Denpasar, 3) brand love had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty to Culinary MSME consumers in Denpasar, 4) brand love is able to mediate the influence of social media marketing on brand loyalty to Culinary MSME consumers in Denpasar. The implications of the research results are to continue to promote and be active on social media by providing good service and quality as well as promotions or discounts so that positive comments arise from consumers.

Abstract

To describe organizational support, employee involvement, job satisfaction and work productivity of the employees of the Bojonegoro Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. To test and analyze the effect of organizational support and employee involvement on employee job satisfaction. the effect of job satisfaction, organizational support and employee involvement on employee work productivity, the effect of organizational support and employee involvement on employee work productivity through job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory, the research approach used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees in the Department of Community and Village Empowerment of Bojonegoro Regency as many as 34 people. The sample in this study were 25 employees. The sampling technique is census sampling / total sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is using SEM PLS analysis. Organizational support, employee involvement, job satisfaction, and work productivity are in the high category. Organizational support and employee involvement have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee work productivity. Organizational support and employee involvement do not have a significant effect on work productivity. Organizational support has a significant effect on employee work productivity through job satisfaction. Employee involvement does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity through job satisfaction

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to analyze the effect of recruitment, interpersonal communication, and creativity on the performance of Panama Bali Store employees. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The sample is determined by the census method of 40 respondents. data collected by interview technique, documentation, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using a Likert scale and multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that recruitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, interpersonal communication had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, creativity had a positive and significant effect on employee performance on interpersonal communication and creativity had a positive and simultaneous effect on employee performance in Panama Bali Store. Recruitment research, interpersonal communication, and creativity are needed to create and improve better employee performance to support company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of lifestyle, work-life balance and internal locus of control on the performance of part-time student workers in Denpasar City. The sample of this study consisted of 84 part-time working students in Denpasar City. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via a Google form using a Likert scale. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis method through SPSS 22. The results showed that lifestyle, work-life balance, and internal locus of control variables on performance obtained an F-count of 31.310 with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05 ), which means lifestyle, work-life balance, internal locus of control simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of part-time work students. In addition, the results of the t-test of the lifestyle variable stated a t-count value of 3.852, a work-life balance variable of 3.083 and an internal locus of control variable of 2.123 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), which means lifestyle, work -life balance and internal locus of control have a positive and significant partial effect on the performance of part-time student workers.
