Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on return on assets simultaneously and partially. This type of research is associative. The population in this study is financial statement data in the form of balance sheet and profit and loss at Pt. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk, 1982 - 2019 (37 years) since the company went public. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the criteria of financial report data available for 10 consecutive years, from 2010-2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that accounts receivable turnover partially did not have a significant effect on return on assets. and inventory turnover has a significant effect on return on assets. while accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on return on assets at Pt. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk.

Abstract

This study uses a comparative method that is carried out on consumers who have shopped at the Estizy and Aladin Distro. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there are differences in the marketing strategy of the Estizy and Aladin Distro. Samples were taken as many as 100 people using a sampling technique, namely Proportioned Stratified random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used the Paraid Sample T Test. The results showed that the Estizy and Aladin distributions were -1,926 with profitability or sig. (2-tailed) 0.060. Thus the value of t count <t table (-1.926 <1.984) and the value of profitability or sig. (2-tailed) 0.060 <0.05, then H0 is rejected (there is no significant difference). So it can be concluded that the Estizy and Aladdin distributions have differences that are not much different.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how and how much influence work motivation and work environment on employee discipline at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Bima City office. The population used is all employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Bima city, totaling 44 people (employees) with details of 30 ASN and 14 honorary people. The sample used in this study were 30 civil servants. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 21 software. The results show that: (1) Work motivation partially affects employee discipline at the regional disaster management agency (BPBD) Bima city. (2) Work environment partially affects employee discipline. employee discipline at the regional disaster management agency (BPBD) office of Bima city. (3) Simultaneously or simultaneously work motivation and work environment affect employee discipline at the regional disaster management agency (BPBD) office of Bima city.

Abstract

The target of this research is as a tool to find out and analyze the impact of compensation, work environment, leadership on job satisfaction. This type of research is explanatory research and uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all 32 employees of the Tasik Putri Puyu Sub-District Office and using a census sampling of 31 people because the researchers were reduced. The method of analysis that will be applied in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The research found that compensation, work environment, leadership and employee satisfaction at the Tasik Putri Puyu District Office were good. Compensation and leadership have a positive and significant impact on employee satisfaction. work environment has a positive but not significant impact on employee satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on work discipline. To find out and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. To find out and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance through work discipline. This research is an explanatory research and has a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 90 people. The number of samples used in as many as 90 people. The technique used in this sampling is total sampling. Data analysis and processing were carried out using path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Leadership and Work Environment on Work Discipline at the Bojonegoro Regency Education Office. There is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on employee performance. There is no significant influence between the Work Environment and Employee Performance. There is a significant influence between Leadership on Employee Performance through Work Discipline. There is no significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Performance through the Work Discipline.

Abstract

The influence of social media on tourism has risen, since through it tourists can get information to help them in their travel planning process. This article will focus on looking at the influence of social media on the visiting interest of domestic tourists using indicators proposed by Taprial dan Kanwar (2012), with Nusa Penida as a case study. The research that forms the basis for writing this article was carried out in the fourth quarter of 2020 when the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, hence all the questionnaires were distributed online through Google Forms. The study found that while the variables of ‘accessibility’, ‘speed’, ‘interactivity’, ‘volatility’, and ‘range’ simultaneously have a significant effect, only ‘interactivity’ and ‘range’ have a partially significant positive effect on visiting interest of domestic tourists. Furthermore, although the regression model can statistically be used to determine the interest in visiting domestic tourists, the effect is not large, only 49%, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors. This indicates that a deeper research is needed on social media indicators that, directly or indirectly, affect the interest of domestic tourists to visit a particular tourist site such as Nusa Penida.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the variables of entrepreneurial characteristics, experience and motivation on business success in MSMEs in Desa Timbulharjo. The research design used is quantitative research. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method and carried out by distributing questionnaires. The sample involved as many as 87 SMEs in Desa Timbulharjo. Data analysis used in this study include; (1) text data instrument, (2) classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, (3) hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was no positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial characteristics variable on business success. Meanwhile, the experience and motivation variables have a positive and significant influence on business success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial intention, individual competence and venture capital on business success in the Bamboo Weaving Craftsmen Group in Padukuhan Mertelu Kulon, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population in this study were all members of the local woven bamboo craftsman group, amounting to 75 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample, which means that the entire population is used as a sample. The location of this research is Mertelu Kulon Hamlet, Mertelu Village, Gedangsari District, Gunungkidul Regency, DI Yogyakarta Province. Then for data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques which are then processed with the SPSS 16 application. The results of this study conclude that entrepreneurial intentions do not have a positive and significant effect on business success, individual competencies have a positive and significant effect on business success, business capital has a positive and significant effect on business success, and entrepreneurial intentions, individual competencies, and business capital have a significant effect on business success. simultaneously to business success.

Abstract

Human resources are very important in every organization, the goals and objectives that have been set will not be achieved if human resources cannot make a major contribution to the successful achievement and goals of the company. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of career development and work pressure on goal turnover. This research was conducted at FuramaXclusive Ocean Beach Seminyak Hotel. The number of respondents is 80 people. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques are several linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS version 21. Based on the results of linear regression analysis obtained a negative and significant career development effect on turnover intention, job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial capability on improving earnings quality and firm value at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Nusa Dua – Bali. The variables used in this study are firm efficiency, free cash flow, firm value. The sample of this research was carried out by taking all the company's quarterly financial report data published by the Ritz-Carlton Hotel during the 2015-2019 period. Data analysis techniques used in this study: (1) multiple linear regression analysis with control variables, (2) moderated multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that managerial capability has a significant effect on earnings quality. Managerial capability has a significant effect on firm value. Earnings quality has a significant effect on firm value. Earnings quality moderates the effect of managerial capability on firm value.
