Abstract

Abundant cases of plagiarism committed by some intellectual people in the Indonesia’s education fields have became such tragedy. Due to the amount of information which is available online are things that make copy-paste without proper citation cause plagiarism. This paper discusses about how to detect similar sentences which is probable caused by copy-paste. However plagiarism detection still needs further examination such as the existing of citation or not. Winnowing algorithm is used for detecting similar sentences between text files which is treated as a common subsequence problem. The algorithm finds document fingerprinting by changing sequence of N-grams from text into a set of hash values. If copy-paste sentences are found then both of text files must have the same document fingerprinting. Experiment has been done to observe the capability of detecting similar sentences by analyzing on value variations of n-gram, prime base b for hashing, window w, and threshold for determining plagiarism indication.

Abstract

SQL injection attacks toward web application increasingly prevalent. Testing to the web that will published is the one of preventive measures. However, this method sometimes ineffective because constrained by various things. Instrusion detection system (IDS) is able to help protect the website from various attacks. This study proposed an IDS for web applications from SQL injection-based attacks. The IDS is based on hybrid architecture with a signature-based detection method, type of data to analyzed is network packet and error log. The fuzzy logic inference engine used to be drawn the conclusion based on analyzed data. Proposed hybrid IDS has good result on detecting the various type of SQL injection attack and significantly reduce or even remove the false positive and false negative.

Abstract

Game strategy is one of the most critical parts of winning a soccer robot match and cannot be separated from the cooperation among robots in making movements to score goals. In this paper, a wheeled soccer robot game strategy called advance attack and defense has been developed. The strategy is combined with dynamic role assignment, in which robot can change from an attacker to a defender and vice versa. Defender robots are not only based on defensive area but will always block opposing attacker to score goal. The attack strategy performs a rotational trajectory for attacker robot to overpass opponent robot. This strategy has been proven to increase defense and attack effectiveness. Test results using soccer robot gameplay environment simulator developed by Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Robot with Intelligent System (IRIS) team show that the advance strategies are superior compared with basic strategies. In 30 matches, the advance dynamic strategy won 80%, drew 6.7%, and obtained the highest goal difference, 85 goals. The test was then verified with the implementation in the IRIS robots and showed the same performance. The developed game algorithms were tested in 2019 Indonesian wheeled soccer robot contest (KRSBI-B) and the IRIS team won the title.

Abstract

Estimasi daya merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dari optimasi daya di lingkungan klaster homogen. Sebelum daya dioptimalkan, terlebih dulu harus dihitung daya yang dikonsumsi oleh server. Beberapa studi telah dilakukan untuk memperkirakan daya yang dikonsumsi oleh seluruh anggota pada klaster. Namun, banyak dari studi tersebut yang masih menggunakan metode rumit dan perangkat keras yang mahal sehingga sulit untuk diterapkan di lingkungan klaster yang nyata. Dalam makalah ini, diusulkan metode estimasi daya yang lebih murah, sederhana, dan real time di klaster web server. Perhitungan yang lebih akurat dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Parameter yang digunakan adalah penggunaan prosesor, memori, dan antarmuka jaringan. Pemantauan secara terpadu dan real time dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan program daemon sederhana dan teknik pemrograman socket. Percobaan yang dilakukan pada klaster terdiri dari empat web server dan dua load balancer menunjukkan bahwa metode estimasi daya yang diusulkan mencapai akurasi 91,87% dan pemantauan daya berjalan dengan baik secara real time. Kata kunci: EstimasiDaya, KlasterHomogen, Regresi Linier Berganda, Web Server. Abstract Power estimation is very important subtask of power optimization in homogeneous cluster environment. Before optimizing power, we must first calculate power consumed by a server. Several studies have been conducted to estimate power consumed by all members in the cluster. However, they still use a complicated method and expensive hardware such that difficult to implement in real cluster environment. In this paper, we propose cheaper, simpler, and real time power estimation methods on cluster of web server. More accurate calculation is conducted by using multiple linear regression. Parameters considered are utilization of processor, memory, and network interface. Real time and integrated monitoring can be achieved by employing simple daemon and socket programming technique. Experiments are performed in the cluster consisting of four web servers and two load balancers demonstrates that the proposed power estimation method achieves an accuracy of 91.87% and power monitoring run well in real time fashion.

Abstract

Power system stabilizer (PSS) and flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) damping controller to improve the stability of the power system has been widely used. A coordinated control method based on the combined computational evolutionary theory is proposed to overcome some of damping controllers simultaneously so as to keep the allowable level of power system damping. It works by making full use of favorable interaction between the controlling and minimizing adverse interactions so that the power system oscillations can be suppressed effectively. Proportional integral derivative (PID) controller tuning based power system stabilizer types PSS3B (PIDPSS3B), static var compensator (SVC) and automatic voltage regulator (AVR) presented in this paper. PID controller gain parameters such as proportional, integral factor, differential coefficient and get AVR selected and optimized by BF-PSOTVAC. The integral time absolut error (ITAE) standards of optimization design as objective function. The results of simulations show that performance index of system the proposed method is 42.7890. The BF-PSOTVAC method has the capability to damping optimally and suppresses error to minimum.

Abstract

The use of GPS is now widely used by various parties, especially in determining the positionof object location. GPS can be used to measure the land areas, on both wide and flat areas.It can also be used both at night and day, and even it can be used in bad weather conditions.This paper discusses the evaluation of the measurement result of land area using GPStechnology compare to the information containing on the land certificate document. Thegenerated GPS coordinates will be converted into units of meter so that length of each sidecan be known. Heron formula is used to calculate the area of a land plotted on the GoogleMap. From the series of measurement, GPS measurement fall above the land area expressedin the certificate and bellow the meter tape measurement. This measurement still need tostudy further to get a stable measurement. But it can be used by public community to showthe land location to facilitate the land trading. The limitation that must be considered inusing GPS is that GPS signal should not be hindered by any barriers such as leafy trees ortall buildings.

Abstract

The development of science and technology besides facilitating human life in various daily activities. These conditions will cause the body to not fit and the emergence of various health problems. Heart rate is one of the parameters that are useful for providing medical information. Heart rate measurement is very important in the medical world and is one of the standards for knowing one's fitness level. ECG is a medical test to detect abnormalities by measuring the electrical activity produced by the heart. ECG recordings are used to determine the condition of a person's fitness level. Heart rate monitoring can be done using Arduino Uno, AD8232, and Pulse Sensor. The results of heartbeat delivery can be seen through the Android application that was created. A person's fitness level data is sent via DataBase which is then forwarded to the Android application. The value range of a person's fitness level is 49-85 BPM for the male category, while for women with a range of values from 54 to 89 BPM. The error value of detection of a person's fitness level with Sensor Pulse and manual is 2.043%, the sensitivity value is 97.63%, the specificity value is 5.82%, and the accuracy value is 50.35%. In addition, ECG waves are also sent to Matlab for extraction using the FFT algorithm.

Abstract

Explorasi jenis musik tradisional diperlukan untuk mengetahui karakter music tersebut. Sementara perkembangan musik barat sudah sangat maju, musik timur, gamelan pada khususnya, masih mendapatkan stigma sebagai seni musik klasik dan terjebak dalam hal pelestarian seni tradisional, yang menghambat kreativitas untuk mengembangkan musik timur. Pengembangan mendalam musik timur diperlukan untuk membawa kembali kebesaran musik ini seperti yang ada di jamannya. Kami menerapkan pembuatan notasi musik guna memperluas pembelajaran bermain musik gamelan. Kami menggunakan Adaptive Cross Correlation (ACC). Percobaan menunjukkan metode yang diusulkan diberikan 2 - 7% untuk peningkatan kinerja gamelan nyata dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Dengan dimulainya riset dibidang musik gamelan, diharapkan pengembangan jenis musik ini dapat dilanjutkan seperti hubungan musik gamelan dengan musik barat, pembuatan musik gamelan elektronik, sehingga musik ini dapat mudah dibawa kemana saja sehingga menudahkan generasi muda untuk mempelajarinya. Kata kunci: Ekstraksi peralatan musik, model suara Saron, pergeseran frekuensi dasar, Cross Correlation. Abstract Exploration traditional music is necessary to know the characters of this music. While the development of western music is very fast, eastern music, such as gamelan, in particular, still have the stigma as the art of classical music and get caught up in terms of preservation of traditional arts, which inhibit creativity to develop the eastern music. Therefore, the development of in-depth research of eastern music is needed to bring back the greatness of this music like the one in its era.We apply the Adaptive Cross Correlation (ACC) method. Experiments show that the proposed method is given 2-7% for a real gamelan performance improvement compared to conventional methods. With the beginning of research in the field of gamelan music, the development is expected to continue this kind of music like gamelan music ties with western music, the manufacture of electronic gamelan, which can be easily taken and making it easier for young people to learn it.

Untuk menganalisa gamelan yang merupakan suatu orkestra dari beberapa instrumen diperlukan pemisahan di antara sinyal-sinyal instrumen gamelan tersebut. Salah satu metode pemisahan yang cukup handal adalah Independent Component Analysis (ICA) yang mensyaratkan komponen-komponennya independen secara statistik. Pada penelitian ini uji independensi pada sinyal gamelan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode statistik non-parametrik yaitu Least-Square Independence Test (LSIT). Pada pengolahan sinyal digital terdapat dua domain yaitu domain waktu dan domain frekuensi. Uji independensi dilakukan pada setiap pasang sinyal instrumen gamelan dari keluarga balungan yaitu Demung, Saron, dan Peking tidak hanya dalam domain waktu namun juga domain frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Squared-Loss Mutual Information (SMI) hasil LSIT pada domain waktu lebih rendah daripada nilai SMI hasil LSIT pada domain frekuensi. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh pengaruh dari Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) dimana tidak semua hasil transformasi pada domain frekuensi digunakan namun hanya meliputi frekuensi dasarnya saja. Abstract Gamelan is one of Indonesian cultural heritage that has been recognized worlwide that need to be preserved such as doing some researches. Analyzing gamelan that plays like an orchestra of several instruments is needed separation between them. One of powerful separation method is Independent Component Analysis (ICA) that has prerequisite independent statistically for its components. In this research we use non-parametric statistical independence test, i. e. Least-Square Independence Test (LSIT). In digital signal processing there are two domain, e.g. time domain and frequency domain. The independence test is held for balungan group that consists of Demung, Saron, and Peking signals not only in time-domain but also frequency-domain. The results show that the Squared-Loss Mutual Information (SMI) value of LSIT in time-domain is lower than that in frequency domain. This may be due to the influence of Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) where not all of the results in the frequency domain transformations used but only just covering the fundamental frequency. Abstract

Gamelan bali is one aspect of the art highly favored by both domestik and foreign tourists. One type of popular typical Balinese gamelan is Rindik. Rindik is one of Balinese traditional musical instrument made of bamboo. Now days, the number of foreign culture and today’s lifestyle give some impacts on the declining interest of Balinese to interact with this type of conventional gamelan. The younger generation is now more inclined to like devices which are played through electronics/software component. To increase public interest towards traditional gamelan bali especially rindik we need a breakthrough to digitize gamelan rindik and presenting it in the form of rindik software application. Today's advanced technology has made a way to digitize a wide range of instruments including rindik into computerized form. For example we can use frequency modulation as a voice synthesis technique. This method was developed by researchers in the field of sound synthesis. In this research, we have done the sound synthesis process of rindik instrument into digital form using frequency modulation. The best results were obtained through the synthesis comparison of carrier signal frequency and modulator is 1:7. Outcomes of this research is a digitizing result which is presented in the form of a gamelan rindik package on desktop based software application.
