Abstract

Issues and awareness of resource conservation and the environment must be able to motivate companies to compete in the market place. Conservation and environmental sustainability issues should force companies to adapt the strategic planning process at a new socioeconomic needs. Ecological considerations are relevant variables to achieve economic objectives through strategic green marketing concept (GMS) in the tourism business in a sustainable manner. In order to focus the development of green tourism is significant, it is the responsibility of the environment should be part of the agenda of the company, as well as an increased concern for environmental damage should be the concern of travelers, government and non-governmental organizations with a way to put pressure on the industry to have a framework that is environmentally responsible, establish codes of conduct, certification, ecolabelling, awards, and an alliance of green products. Green Marketing Strategic significant effect and can improve the quality of the environment, corporate profitability and economic growth of local communities. Abstract

Pemasaran merupakan kegiatan-kegiatan pokok yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Agar tujuan perusahaan tercapai maka kegiatan pemasaran perusahaan harus dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen. Komitmen restoran fast food kelancaran dan kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan juga mengetrapkan suatu sistem atau strategi yang kaitannya dengan restoran. Seperti misalnya perusahaan atau restoran itu memperhatikan adanya suasana restoran, pelayanan, service, menu hidangan, sarana parlor, display produk, serta atribut. Hal ini sangat terkait dengan sumber daya manusia juga selalu harus ditingkatkan , dan akhirnya mempunyai bobot atau nilai yang menjadi pilihan konsumen untuk bisa menjadi pelanggan atau masyarakat untuk sering melakukan pembelian.

The meaning of diversification and diferensification product is to make a product with kinds of variety subject and other subyek (tourism object). Fasility or service so it look all product have her own specialization the is sport, cultural, and adventure so it make more kinds of interesting product. The diversification and deferensification product is useful to increase service and sales tour package in travel agent, because that can make change at tour package more variety and more interest. The metode is to fix up all of componen more better. So the diversification and deferentification product very important to realization.

Job satisfaction of intra corporate employee must be created as possible: that morale, dedication, loyality, and employee’s discipline always looked after or even increasingly increases. Employee’s job satisfaction can reached by some steps like: perception of job, motivation and compensation of the job activities.

Abstract

Yogyakarta Special Region which has interesting places of interest and become a good potential to grow DIY citizen reconstruction. Tourism development efforts in each tourist attraction has been done to become an attractive destination for people who want to visit and recreation. One of them is the potential of the famous Water Tour is the water tour Lava Bantal and Embung Tegal Tirto existing Jogotirto Village, Berbah, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The Role of Awareness Group of Tourists in Water Tourism Development That is Lava Bantal and Embung Tegal Tirto In Jogotirto Village, Berbah, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta which has been developing water tourism object to become a destination place in Yogyakarta. Qualitative descriptive research with data retrieval through interview techniques to the actors of tourism that is the group of tourism awareness that developed the water tourism Embung Tegal Tirto and Lava Bantal and the spread of questionnaires to tourists who come to the water tour to know the responses of tourists to the Role of Group Conscious Tourism In Water Tourism Development In Jogotirto Village, Berbah, Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. From the results of the questionnaire that 51.6% of tourist wisatwan asses s infrastructure facilities in tourism is good enough. Lava Bantal as a water tour is considered clean enough where as many as 60% of tourists in addition to the Lava Bantal business to create a sense of security is running well, where visitors always diterjaminnya vehicle while parked and quiet while enjoying the scenery in the object this is said to visitors as much 50%. Abstract

ABSTRACT Studies on the existence of an activity is the same as searching for findings about community opinion against discussing the activity. Qualitative research shaped aims to find the opinions of the public about the conduct of the Festival of Lights as an icon of Sleman Regency tourism Organisations. Study of the results of research to prove the eksistnsi of the Festival of Lights includes aspects of promotion, the process of organizing, comfort and appeal activities show that being able to suck a lot of visitors and most of the people who made the research respondents agree and give a positive response (good). With regard to the results of such research could be recommended that such events can be followed up to the coming times KeyWord : Festival of Lights, Tourism Icon.

Abstract

One of the tourism products in Yogyakarta which is now again a trend and developed is educational tours and culinary tours that can complement other tours such as natural attractions and culture. Because the natural and cultural tourism products are very much in Yogyakarta. A lot of information from the print and electronic media that interest tourism such as culinary and education are widely sold in the media because it is very promising income and certainly increase the regional economic income. One of the educational and culinary tour is the Natural Enchantment Sendang Kumitir Hamlet that has the potential of culinary tourism and education. In this qualitative descriptive research the researcher exposed about the potential that support the tourism. SWOT analysis also explained that this tour should be developed by managers to be bigger because there is still enough land to expand the tour. From the results of the questionnaire data that tourists are enjoying the education and culinary tour because it is supported by the natural atmosphere that is still beautiful and cool because in the middle of the village and surrounded by bark garden is quite wide. In terms of service to tourists considered satisfactory in terms of attractiveness, facilities and human resources or managers in this case employees and owners of these attractions

Abstract

Museums are more important than ever before. They play a substantial role in people‟s leisure activities and belong to one of the most importance tourist attractions. The visitors have a strong effect on local economies, especially in touristic locations. Not surprisingly therefore more and more museums are founded usually in spectacular buildings. This research employs three dimention of service quality to understand the factors underlying tourist satisfaction of „Monumen Yogya Kembali‟.These dimentions investigated are namely Service Quality, The Appearance of the Museum and Collection Management. Sampling has been conducted at the Monumen Yogya Kembali between October 12- 25th 2015. Convenient random sampling has been employed to 100 respondent. Through a 4 point Likert-type scale, tourists‟ expectations of a perfect service provider has been compared with the practices Monumen Yogya Kembali to determine if there are any gaps. Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management‟ has been analyzed together with its effects on tourist‟ satisfaction through a regression analysis. Linear regression analysis is conducted to test the research model. The regression modelthat explains the satisfaction variable via Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management factors is tested. Accordingly, tested regression model is meaningful (F: 34,651, p < 0.001) and independent variables canexplain the 50,5% of change in the satisfaction variable. Closer analysis of the modelparameters suggests Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management variables have a significantly positive effect on satisfaction.
