<![CDATA[Abstract The research is motivated by the indiscipline of students in attendance in class, working and collecting duties. That is the behavior of student academic procrastination. Therefore, efforts were made to solve the problem, one of them using a technique token economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of techniques token economy in reducing students academic procrastination. <![CDATA[Abstract Guidance and counseling undergo development which is quite rapid.There has been a shift in the paradigm guidance from traditional approach leads on the approach of the development and comprehensive. In line for the implementation of the guidance and counseling comprehensive a string of has done research that the results show effective for implemented.Along with that some policies the government affirmed a notch evident during the implementation guidance and counseling comprehensive. Required the follow-up to that planned in a comprehensive manner so that this approach can diimplementasi effectively. The implementation guidance and counseling comprehensive should be supported by understanding whole about the concept of development for the school counselor at. Now some way to strengthen the competence of a counselor with various activities as the seminar, workshop and training on the application of the guidance and counseling comprehensive. In the effectiveness of the implementation of the guidance and counseling comprehensive one of them supported by collaboration with relevant parties. The research was conducted using quantitative descriptive analysis by the method of field research, which is conducted by survey to respondents. To analyze the data using correlational analysis techniques and multiple regression analysis techniques. <![CDATA[Abstract The research aims to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of the narrative approach in counseling Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to manage emotions. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental methods. The study design used is one group pretest-posttest design using purposive sampling technique. The samples were 6 students who score low emotion management. The instrument used in the form of guidelines for the interview to express emotion management profile of students in class X. The results showed that: (1) there are 6 students of 14 students interviewed, have a tendency to be difficult to manage emotions appropriately; (2) The narrative approach in counseling REBT apparently quite effective for improving emotional intelligence on aspects of self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and social skills. This recommendation is addressed to the teacher guidance and counseling, further research, and study of Guidance and Counseling Program.  Keywords: counseling REBT, narrative approach, manage emotions.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract Self adjusment being a major capital hearts facing the challenges of life are fluctuating. Self adjustment problems in this research will be enhanced through the provision of group counseling services based the value "nengah nyampur" in the philosophy of life Lampung people. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the review the provision of the model of group counseling services based the value "nengah nyampur" in the philosophy of life Lampung people to increases self adjustment studentsâ in the first grade of the MTs Al Falah Sinar Gunung. The methods of the research is a research and development (R & D). The result of the research shows that the self adjustment studentsâ in the first grade of Mts Al Falah Sinar Gunung increased significantly. This increase is characterized by the average value of studentsâ data pre-test and post-test in experimental group, the average value on the pre-test of 94.6 and average value on the post-test of 144.3. So that the average value increased by 49.7. Thus, the model of group counseling services based the value ânengah nyampurâ in the philosophy of life Lampung people effective to improve self adjusment studentsâ.  Keywods:group counseling service based the value ânengah nyampurâ, philosophy of life, self adjusment]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the discrepancy between the performance of individual counseling program on SMP Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Malang with standards. This study uses a standard of Guidelines for Performance Based Professional School Counselor Evaluation. Standard reads, âthe professional school counselor counsels individual students and small groups of students with identified needs/concernsâ. This study is an evaluation research using a discrepancy model. The approach used is a systems approach that is focused on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual counseling programs. <![CDATA[The parents have an important role in the development of student spiritual competence in secondary school because the parents become the main and the first mentor for student, the parents know the spiritual need of the student as a whole, and the parents can control student from deeds that deviates. Therefore, it is reasonable if Permendikbud No. 111 of 2014 was mandate that the implementation of guidance and counseling service in schools one of which with the collaboration counselor with all parents. <![CDATA[Midwifery practice is medical treatment which related to an expectant mother, puerperal mother, health nursing of children under five, and small child. Ideally, midwife practice service includes mental and health service because both of them are influenced each other. Individual counseling service which is intergreted with midwifery practice will increase completness of service. Individual counseling service is a kind of service to aid patient with mental problem such as feeling trouble, while midwifery practice help to heal patient physical including bodily disease. Person life quality that getting physical trouble is determined by one feeling in accepting self-condition. <![CDATA[This study is carried out due to less of students understanding about future career planning, whereas those students have enough self belief about their potential. Therefore this study aims to know the strength of relation between self efficacy and studentsâ career planning. This study used quantitative approach that emphasize on numerical data of behavior which is processed by statistics method. This study used correlational statistic design. Product moment was employed in this research. The result shows positive correlation between self efficacy and career planning of the tenth grade students of Senior High School Yasmida Ambarawa, in even semester 2014/2015. Based on the result, this research contribution consists of career planning 65.52% was influenced by self efficacy and the rest 34.34% was influenced by others. In conclusion, if someone improve self efficacy in career, their career planning will improve too.Key Words: Correlation, sefl efficacy, and career plannning.]]>

<![CDATA[Program implementation is very influential toward service outcome. This study aims to know the similarities or the differences between planning and implementation program by counselor. This study refers to discrepancy model which consist of four stages : (1) design, (2) installation, (3) process, and (4) product. The research subject is counselor of state junior high school 1 Yogyakarta. The result of questionnaire and interview shows that the score is relatively high. In conslusion, there are similarities between planning and implementation program of basic counseling.Keywords: evaluation, basic counseling of individual-social field.]]>
