Abstract

Tingginya kebutuhan manusia akan ruang dan perabotan didalamnyabaik tempat tinggal, kantor dan sebagainya serta banyaknya pembangunangedung maupun perumahan baru dan belum ada wadah berkumpulnya semuakegiatan mengenai mebel dalam satu tempat, untuk itulah dibutuhkannyaPusat Desain dan Pembuatan Mebel yang merupakan sebuah bangunan yangmenyediakan suatu sarana untuk semua kegiatan mebel yang meliputikonsultasi, desain, pembuatan dan penjualan mebel yang serba praktis bagimasyarakat dengan konsep one stop furniture design center dimanamasyarakat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan ruang dalam sekaligus pada satuwadah dengan konsep bangunan dan mebel yaitu modern.

Abstract

East Kalimantan's economy is currently dominated by economy basedexploitation of natural resource that can not be renewd, frpm the Gross RegionlaDomestic Product (GDP) in 2012 amounted to 390.63 is dominated by the miningsector amounted to 50.79 %, while the srgicultural sector accounted for only 5,35%. of course this is not the structure of the economy is expected by the ProvincialGovernment of East Kalimnatan because believe the economy theta rely eklpoitasiwater resources can not be renewe in the near future will decline rapidly as theexhaustion of reserves of water resources.Region of Tanjung Perengat is a region area of swap areas of potentialfor rice farming, due to the design of the network layout swamp water in the areaof cape Perengat are manya that can not be used again it will be conducted toreview the network design the water system in the area headland Perengat is to beuseful for the regional area of rice farming.In reneral from the Cape region of swamps survey area is relatively flatPerengat, which is an area of tidal marsh, where the influence of the tidal reach themost remote areas. Abstract

Water Treatment Plant (IPA) PDAM Unit Bekotok Tenggarong District, Kutai regency is processing package system with discharge capacity of 20 liters / sec. The processing of the water is raw water from a tributary of the Mahakam river known bekotok and has served several villages and villages among which village maluhu, mangkuraja, jahab and jonggon village with house connections (SR) of 1966 as regulars.Relative to population growth as well as social infrastructure that exists today, the Water Treatment Plant (IPA) PDAM Unit Bekotok Tenggarong District is not able to serve the water needs of society and social infrastructure, so that distribution is currently done pengiliran.So to be able to serve the needs of clean water mentioned above in order to maintain necessary measures and efficient strategic and planning for the needs of 10 (ten) years into the future, so that the needs of the community and the public as well as the smooth development can be met and there is no rotation

Abstract

Abstract

Final Project Faculty of Civil Engineering Department of the University of August 17th1945 Samarinda.Normal concrete is concrete that has a weight of 2200 - 2500 kg/m³ using naturalaggregates were broken or without broken.Fiber-reinforced concrete is a mixture of concrete plus fiber, generally in the form ofrods with a size of 5-500 μm with a length of about 25 mm. Fiber material may be asbestos fibers,plastic fibers (polypropylene), or a piece of steel wire. The fibers in concrete prevents cracks thatmakes concrete more ductile than ordinary concrete. The purpose of this study was to compare thecompressive strength value produced normal concrete and fiber-reinforced concrete that usescoarse crushed aggregate of Kampung Keay Kutai Barat and fine aggregate from Tanah MerahNorth Samarinda.This study uses a mix design method (Indonesian National Standard) SNI 03-2847-2002conducted in the laboratory using the maximum size of coarse aggregate is 40 mm. The sampleused for normal concrete or concrete fiber rovings variation of 0.25% and a variation of 0.5%respectively using 30 samples and the total number of samples is 90 samples.iiFrom the test results normal concrete compressive strength at 28 days averagecompressive strength value necessary (f'cr) is 108.050 Kg/cm² and compressive strength implied(f'c) is 87.987 Kg/cm2 of the average compressive strength necessary that targeted (f'cr) = 255kg/cm² and the compressive strength implied (f'c) = 175 kg/cm². Concrete compressive strengthtesting of fiber rovings proportion of 0.25% at 28 days the value of the average compressivestrength of the targeted (f'cr) was 120.49 kg/cm² and the compressive strength implied (f'c) was102.42 kg/cm² of the average compressive strength needs to be targeted (f'cr) = 255 kg/cm² andthe compressive strength implied (f'c) = 175 kg/cm². Concrete compressive strength testing of fiberrovings proportion of 0.5% at 28 days the compressive strength average (f'cr) was 114.58 kg/cm²and the compressive strength implied (f'c) is 93.68 kg/cm² of the average compressive strengthneeds to be targeted (f'cr) = 255 kg/cm² and the compressive strength implied (f'c) = 175 kg/cm².

Abstract

The auction is procurement conducted openly (publicly) with the announcement widely through the print media and the official notice board (where possible through electronic media) so that the wider community / business interested and sprinkle qualifications to apply. Auctions held by the government, especially the Department of Public Works East Kalimantan province are now carried on electronically.With the aim to provide solutions to improve information technology and open systems through LPSE or procurement of goods and services on line through the Internet. Held system with procurement of goods and services electronically, it is necessary to know the identification of the efficiency of the system so that the relationship between service users and service providers can be concluded.The method used to collect data by way of questionnaires and interviews to the service user and service provider. While the method of data analysis using SPSS version 19.00.From the analysis it can be concluded with the procurement of goods and services are conducted electronically by the government, especially the Department of Public Works East Kalimantan province that does not produce a positive relationship between the service user by the service provider.

Abstract

Pabrik kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu industry hasil pertanian yang terpenting di Indonesia. Kelahiran perkebunan kelapasawit di Indonesia dirintis oleh Andrian Hallet (seorang berkebangsaan Belgia yang telah belajar tentang kelapa sawit di Afrika) pada tahun 1911. Sejak saat itu Indonesia dikenal sebagai produsi kelapa sawit  yang mencapai 170.000 hektar. Walaupun kelapa sawit bukan merupakan tanaman asli Indonesia tetapi produk olahannya yaitu berupa minyak kelapa sawit telah menja disalah satu komuniti perkebunan yang handal.Industri kelapa sawit merupakan industri hulu yang sangat penting. Industri makanan, kosmetik ,sabun, dan cat merupakan industri yang menggunakan bahan dasar kelapa sawit. Dengan berkembangnya perkebunan kelapa sawit saat ini khususnya untuk daerah Kalimantan Timur mengalami bertambahnya kebun yang semakin luas baik dari perseroan, kelompok tani dan perseorangan. Tetapi dengan bertambah luasnya perkebunan kelapa sawit masih dianggap kurang untuk pembangunan pabrik pengolahannya sehingga para pemilik perkebunan kelapa sawit harus mengantarkan hasil kebun mereka ke pabrik dengan jarak yang cukup jauh.Pembangunan pabrik kelapa sawit sangat penting untuk di tambah karena untuk menyeimbangkan jumlah hasil perkebunan dengan tempat pengolahannya, sehingga dapat berjalan dengan baik. Pembuatan pabrik kelapa sawit dapat dilakukan oleh pihak pemerintah maupun swasta dan dalam proses pekerjaannya dibutukan proses teknik dan survey agar rencana pembangunan berjalan dengan lancar dan efisien. Dalam proses pembangunan pabrik kelapa sawit terdapat proses survey yaitu penentuan lokasi lahan dan pengolahan lahan seperti topografi dan perencanaan penggunaan alat berat serta pembangunan pabriknya.

Abstract

Kemacetan lalu lintas di ruas jalan terjadi ketika permintaan perjalanan melebihi kapasitas jalan tersebut. Kepadatan lalu lintas terlihat pada ruas jalan HM. Kadrie Oening - A. Wahab Syahrani - M. Yamin - Letjen Soeprapto. Melonjaknya arus lalu lintas yang melintasi ruas jalan ini, karena ruas-ruas ini merupakan jalur utama antar kota serta jalur untuk menuju pusat kota samarinda.Biaya operasi kendaraan adalah total biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pemakai jalan dengan menggunakan moda tertentu dari zona asal ke zona tujuan. Biaya operasi kendaraan terdiri dari dua komponen yaitu biaya tetap dan biaya tidak tetap. Biaya tetap adalah biaya yang tidak berubah ( tetap walaupun terjadi perubahan pada volume produksi jasa sampai ke tingkat tertentu) sedangkan biaya tidak tetap adalah biaya yang berubah apabila terjadi perubahan pada volume produksi jasa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi biaya operasional kendaraan ringan pada kecepatan aktual jalan HM. Kadrie Oening - A. Wahab Syahrani - M. Yamin - Letjen Soeprapto pada jam rata-rata dengan metode PCI ( Pasific Consultant International ) diruas dan untuk mengetahui model hubungan antara kecepatan aktual dengan 8 komponen biaya operasional kendaraan pada jam puncak.Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pembahasan bahwa di ketahui biaya operasional kendaraan ringan dengan kecepatan aktual pada jam rata-rata di ruas jalan HM. Kadrie Oening - A. Wahab Syahrani - M. Yamin - Letjen Soeprapto jalur satu sebesar Rp. 24.200,00 dan jalur dua sebesar Rp. 24.600,00. Model hubungan 8 komponen biaya operasional kendaraan ringan dengan kecepatan aktual di ruas jalan HM. Kadrie Oening - A. Wahab Syahrani - M. Yamin - Letjen Soeprapto pada jam puncak, untuk biaya penyusutan, asuransi, bunga modal, bahan bakar, oli pengaruhnya dengan kecepatan aktual yaitu semakin rendah kecepatan lalu lintas aktual, semakin besar biaya yang ditimbulkan, sedangkan biaya ban, suku cadang dan mekanik pengaruhnya dengan kecepatan aktual yaitu semakin tinggi kecepatan lalu lintas aktual, semakin besar biaya yang ditimbulkan.

Abstract

Bridge as a means of transport has a very important role for the movement of traffic and boost the population and economy of a region Seeing the importance of the function of a bridge.the bridge must meet the requirements of making the existing bridge.One of the requirements that must be met in the manufacture of the bridge is the bridge resistance of the load bearing that works well which is caused by humans or vehicles passing over the bridge . there are many things that must be considered in the calculation of the factors which must be considered include , bridge dead load , live load , wind load , temperature loads and loads of vehicles or trafficSkripisi.               Long span composite bridge being simulated is 20 m, width 6 m carriageway, pavement width of  0.5 m and 0.5 m right side of the left side, so that the total width of the bridge 7 m. the size of the railing is 15 cm x 15 cm, and used composite type girder type I-beams

Abstract

Aktivitas pergerakan antara Kota Samarinda – Kota Balikpapan merupakan pergerakan yang cukup padat. Pergerakan antara kedua kota tersebut dapat dilayani oleh dua moda yaitu travel reguler dan travel non reguler. Angkutan moda travel non reguler banyak diminati mengingat harga atau biaya perjalanan murah permasalahan travel reguler dan travel non reguler adalah pergerakan penumpang rute Samarinda – Balikpapan yang cukup besar, tidak berimbang antara moda travel reguler dan non reguler akibatnya penumpang yang menggunakan travel reguler beralih ke moda travel non reguler dan tidak lagi memperhatikan faktor kenyamanan dan keamanan penumpang. Melihat kondisi semua pilihan diserahkan pada pengguna jasa yang mempertimbangkan biaya waktu tempuh dan waktu tunggu dari hasil analisa didapat suatu permodelan untuk Moda Travel Reguler adalah sebagai berikut:Y=-17,386-0,081(XI)+0,297(X2)+0,176(X3)+0,180(X4)+0,044(X5)+0,143(X6)+0,082(X7)Dan untuk Moda Travel Non Reguler :Y=-24,318-0,056(XI) + 0,106(X2)-0,070(X3)+0,165(X4)+0,327(X5)+0,352(X6)+0,309(X7)Dimana, Y= Jumlah peralanan dalam 1 tahun, X1=Pekerjaan, X2=jenis Kelamin, X3= Penghasilan /Bulan, X4=Kepemilikan Kendaraan, X5=Tujuan berangkat, X6= Latar Belakang /Alasan Pemilihan Moda, X7= Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai tujuan.
